Welcome to Villa Mora. This luxurious 7-bedroom 7.5-bath gated ocean estate sits on over 200 feet of beachfront with fabulous snorkeling and breathtaking sunset views of tranquil South Sound.
Spanning over 8,000 sq. ft., this magnificent oceanfront home features ample outdoor space including a 75-foot-long pool with a whirlpool spa, an expansive covered veranda, an outdoor kitchen with a propane BBQ grill, plus an oceanfront pergola.
The main villa sleeps 16 guests (10 adults max) across five spacious bedroom suites and two comfortable pull-out couches. All bedrooms except the twin suite enjoy spectacular ocean views and offer private balconies or covered porticos.
The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with modern stainless appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with seating.
The great room dining area provides seating for 14 and features a retractable glass wall providing walk-out access to the pool deck and open-air views of the Caribbean.
Villa Mora’s guest cottage sits at the far end of the pool beyond the heated spa and features two queen suites accommodating an additional 4 guests. Each suite opens out onto an oceanfront deck nestled against manicured lawns down to the beach. The cottage also features a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen and bar area.

- East Primary Suite: upper-level, king bed, ocean views, private balcony, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate glass shower with dual rain showerheads.
- West Primary Suite: upper-level, California king bed, ocean views, private balcony, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
- East Suite: lower-level spanning the entire east wing, queen bed, ocean views, TV, walk-out access to the pool deck, walk-thru den with queen sleeper sofa, ensuite with shower bath.
- West Suite: lower-level, ocean views, California king bed, small daybed, walk-out access to the pool deck, ensuite bath with shower.
- Garden Suite: 2 twin beds, lower-level, garden views, TV, ensuite bath with shower. (twin beds cannot be made into a king)
- Cottage Suite #1: detached from the main house, ocean views, queen bed, ensuite bath with shower.
- Cottage Suite #2: detached from the main house, ocean views, queen bed, ensuite bath with shower.
- Home Office: upper-level, ocean views, desk + chair, sleeper sofa suitable for 2 children only.

Villa Mora is conveniently located 10-12 minutes from the airport, and a short drive to Seven Mile Beach, Georgetown, as well as plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions. A hospital is nearby as well in case of emergencies.
Sandy beachfront in both directions for walking and reef-protected snorkeling all around with corals and vibrant marine life. Please wear swim fins or pool shoes in the sea.

Great Place for our Family!
Great place for our family of 6 with 2 toddlers. Kudos to Penny for getting the villa ready for our NY members, who arrived earlier than us.We loved the 7 Mile Beaches, especially cementery beach- perfect for playing in the sand in the shade of the coccoloba trees.
Wonderful House!
Wonderful house! We recently spent spring break at Villa Mora. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is amazing. Beachfront is lovely. We enjoyed renting kayaks and going out on the water. Across the street on the other side is a rugby club and we took in 2 matches during our stay. What an experience! All in all great visit. Would highly recommend.
Gorgeous home!
We stayed in Villa Mora with another family for a total of 8 guests, 4 adults and 4 teens. The house was large with plenty of bedrooms for all of us. It was clean and well appointed. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic! Everyone had a great time.

The Best Time
Thank you so much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL home with us! We had the best time swimming in the pool, swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. We saw so much marine wild life. We grilled in the amazing outdoor kitchen and after a funfilled day slept in the comofy beds! Penni is so helpful and accomodating. So Much Fun!
Thank you for letting us borrow your nice home. We had so much fun swimming in the pool, swimming in the ocean, going on the boat, going out to dinner and so much more! We grilled in the outdoor kitchen and after we are we went to bed in the comfy bed. Thanks for letting us stay here!
Perfect!
We had a wonderful 5 days celebrating our friends 50th birthday. The home was perfect and accomodated all 13 of us comfortably. Highlights of the time spent were a deep sea fishing trip, golf at the Ritz Carlton, and swimming with the sting rays.

Grand Cayman Luxury Villa
Our stay at Villa Mora 7Bedroom was wonderful! The home is beautiful with so many amenities. The location is convenient to everything on the island. The beach is amazing with so much marine wildlife to see when kayaking and snorkeling. The highlight of our stay here was our boat excursion with Captain Warren arranged by Silver Thatch!! Penni, the Property Manager was very informative and helpful! We definitely plan on returning for another stay!!
Perfect!
We came to Grand Cayman with 12 adults. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The grounds and the home are beautiful. We were about ten minute drive from seven mile beach. The beach at the house is great. I do recommend water shoes as it is approximately a 200 yard walk through some sea grass to get out to some of the swim able reefs. Once out there, there is some beautiful coral formations and tons of different fish species. Our group rented snorkel equipment through the property management company as well as a cooler and had all of that delivered to the house. We also chartered a boat through silver thatch watersports and had a fantastic time. Highly recommend them as they were friendly and taught us so much about the reef and the sting rays. Penni the property manager was extremely helpful with any questions we had and also shared a taxi cab service that could fit all 12 of us. Highly recommend this house for a group gathering. It was private but close enough to everything

Our group of 18 had the absolute time of our lives! Everyone at Grand Cayman Villas was so helpful and made the trip easy. The villa was unbelievable. Truly a paradise! There is no price to put on the memories we made!

Perfect Villa
This was the PERFECT Villa for our group. We had 3 separate families plus another couple, and while we all felt together the whole time, there was also great privacy. The pools were awesome, the house was open and spacious, and the beach itself was great. The ocean outside of the beach wasn\'t ideal for swimming for the kids, but we did snorkel and take kayaks out daily. This was the perfect set up for adults who wanted to have a luxurious trip, and for kids who needed entertainment throughout the day. Also, the two entertainment centers came in handy when the kids would get tired of the sun! The house manager was also very helpful for all of our needs. Strongly recommend this Villa.

All That and More!!
This property is all that and more, the bedrooms were amazing, and the casitas were perfect for overflow. We had two chefs for two dinners during the week, the chefs were impressed with the kitchen to prepare dinner. The pool and hot tub were a perfect plus! the beach being right in our back yard made it for great Sunrises, and evening sunsets! We did have a few concerns nothing major, but one call to property managers and they were quick to help us. We will certainly consider this home again! Amazing!
Must Rent!
I rented this house for my husbands 50th with family. There was 14 of us. We had an amazing time! The house is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. This house is a must rent. It’s very private and a short ten minute ride to the beaches and great restaurants. Our property manager was excellent. Constant contact
FULL REVIEW!
Villa Mora is amazing, you won't be disappointed. There's plenty of space, we had 11 adults and 6 children. Just look at the pictures, it's pretty much all you need to know-- it is as described. This review is meant to be more informative to help you decide. Location: south side is really a nice spot. a bit out of the way of Georgetown and 7MB but still close enough to get to any part of the island easily. Close to the airport. There is a grocery store and a couple of good restaurants 1.5 miles east, and a good snorkel spot 1.5 miles west (Smith's Barcadere). Some of us rented a car, I just kept a couple of taxi numbers handy… they answer text or phone and show up pretty quick when you ring. Georgetown is about 3.5-4 miles away, and 7MB just above that. Do not want to go to Georgetown when the cruise ships come in. (Though the flip side is a lot of the stores close when there are no cruise ships, but the restaurants were still open and not crowded.) If you take a cab or drive up to 7MB we like Governor’s Beach with public parking and never too crowded and just below that is the Westin where you can parasail or jet ski. Regarding the villa beach, we were very worried about sargassum. I can’t speak to other months but at the end of June it was a non-issue for us. The entire east side of the island had lots of sargassum. The beach at Villa Mora is fine, it’s not great for snorkeling as mentioned on the website. It’s shallow out to about ½ mile off shore where the reef is. Once you get past that it drops down to about 12-15 feet and this would be good snorkeling. We did rent a couple kayaks and paddleboards for the week and that was a fun way to spend time on the water and get out to the reef. Rush hour is a big deal. You do not want to go north towards Georgetown/7MB from about 7-9am, or east towards the grocery store from about 4-6pm. Bumper to bumper traffic. Other times, minimal traffic.

Family reunion/vacation
Eleven of us flew in from Texas to visit family in Grand Cayman whom we had not seen since Covid began. This was a trip that had been postponed since September, 2020!! We had a ball together! We will do it again soon!
Worth the Wait
We were a party of 9 who pursued this property for 3 years because of Covid. It was well worth the wait. The Villa setting is stunning, and the accommodations superb. On arrival, the spa was not working, but the property manager arranged for a quick fix - even though it was a local holiday. Have no hesitation about renting this one!
Beautiful house on amazing reef
We had a large family gathering at Villa Mora and the property worked very well for us. The outside space is gorgeous with a large pool, hot tub, plenty of seating and a lovely beach. The ocean outside the property has a lot of rocks, seagrass and coral so hard to walk out but we kayaked out closer to the reef and jumped in and saw amazing wildlife - turtle, ray, many fish and even a nurse shark. The water was warm and fairly shallow but there was quite a strong current so beware. Inside the property, there are many bedrooms and spaces for adults and kids, so that worked nicely. All in all, a great property on a really interesting part of the island.

Wonderful Spot for Family Vacation with Everything You Need
Here with five of our children, two of their spouses, two of their partners, and a grand baby! We had a wonderful time, this place is beautiful, the accommodations are wonderful, the kitchen has every gadget you need and the view is just stunning. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!!
Grand Vacation
We were thrilled with Villa Mora for our party of 16 in 4 families. The layout of house meant that we could group children and families so everyone was happy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. We asked to borrow a Nespresso machine and that was acquired for our time there. The beach and pool were huge hits! We would love to return if we could ever get all the families assembled again.
50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
Celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary, 4 children and their families had a wonderful time of sand, sun and beauty. Slept 16 people comfortably. Close to 7 Mile Beach and grocery stores. Villa Mora is in an ideal spot. Great place for large groups.
Sparkling Water Views
We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful Villa Mora! The sparkling water view from every angle was incredible! The pool, the hot tub, the beach, the grill all was top notch! We can\'t wait to come back!

I had my husbands 40th at Villa Mora; 6 couples. We all had an amazing time together and apart. There was enough room in the property for people to all come together and have some alone time. Penni was also an amazing property manager that made herself available for everything. #Joe40th
Perfect Villa and View
After much anguish deciding on a property for our winter trip away from the cold, we settled on Villa Mora. We made the right choice, and would highly recommend this home to others as well! The main home has some much room we never felt cramped at all. The bedrooms were all large and comfy, living area enormous, kitchen well stocked. The guesthouse was nice for some of us to get some morning sleeping in!!! Views are phenomenal. Location is convenient to a dozen restaurants, bars, grocery, 7 mile beach, shopping, fish market, Smith Cove, airport, everything. Wee are hoping to make a return trip soon!

Booking Rules

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
