Getting Around
A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

Beach Notes
Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a sandy barefoot beach just beyond the infinity pool. Guests can walk along the shoreline to the south for about half a mile.
The beach is protected by a natural limestone cove. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone, providing barefoot water entry.
Barefoot water entry can also be enjoyed next door to the north at The Grandview or Sunset Cove. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property for all to enjoy.
Booking Rules
- All rates are in US$.
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
- 10% Resort Fee added to all rates.
- A Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,500 is required for all stays.
- Refundable Damage Deposits will be returned 7-10 business days after departure pending inspection for damages.
- Guests must be 25 or older to book and agree to occupy the unit during the entire stay.
- Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change.
Minimum Stay Rules
- 4-night minimum from Jan 4- Mar 7.
- 5-night minimum from Mar 8- Dec 19.
- 6-night minimum over Thanksgiving week.
- 7-night minimum over Christmas & New Year's weeks.
- Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
- Inquire about last-minute or long-term rental discounts.
Aqua Policies
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
- All units are non-smoking.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily.
- We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum.
Deposit
- A 50% deposit of rent is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due as follows:
- Stays Jan. 4 - Apr. 14: 60 days before arrival.
- Stays Apr. 15 - Dec. 15: 30 days before arrival.
- Stays from Dec. 16 - Jan. 3: 90 days before arrival.
- The refundable damage deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is provided within 48 hours of booking.
Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Cancellations made before the final payment due dates below are fully refundable, less a US$200 processing fee:
- Stays Apr. 15 - Dec. 15: 30 days before arrival.
- Stays Jan. 4 - Apr. 14: 60 days before arrival.
- Stays Dec. 16 - Jan. 3: 90 days before arrival.
If a cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, all rent and service fees will be forfeited. Taxes and any equipment rental fees will be refunded.
No refunds for shortened stays made within the cancelation periods above.
