Getting Around
A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

Beach Notes
Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a sandy barefoot beach just beyond the infinity pool. Guests can walk along the shoreline to the south for about half a mile.
The beach is protected by a natural limestone cove. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone, providing barefoot water entry.
Barefoot water entry can also be enjoyed next door to the north at The Grandview or Sunset Cove. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property for all to enjoy.
Booking Rules
- All rates are in US$.
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
- 10% Resort Fee added to all rates.
- Guests must be 25 or older to book and agree to occupy the unit during the entire stay.
- Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change.
Last-Minute Discount
- Save 20% on a last-minute stay within 45 days of arrival with promo code LASTMINUTE. 5-night minimum stay required. No blackout dates apply. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
Minimum Stay Rules
- Minimum night stay requirements vary throughout the year.
- 6-night minimum over Thanksgiving week.
- 7-night minimum over Christmas & New Year's weeks.
- Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
- Inquire about last-minute or long-term rental discounts.
Aqua Policies
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
- All units are non-smoking.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily.
- We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum.
Deposit
- A 50% deposit of rent is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due as follows:
- January to Mid April Stays: 60 days before arrival.
- Mid April to Mid December Stays: 30 days before arrival.
- Winter Holiday Stays: 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Free cancellation is provided, if done within 48 hours of your original booking.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund, minus a $200 cancellation/admin fee.
If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the rent and resort fee will be forfeited but CI taxes will be refunded to the card on file.
No refunds for shortened stays within the cancellation period.
We highly recommend adding Travel Insurance to your reservation.
