Would Stay Again
Very nice, would stay again
Would Definitely Go Back
Just got back from celebrating my 60th birthday with my closest sister friends. The house is roomy, each bedroom; except one, had their own bathrooms! Which is especially nice. The outdoor area was amazing as well. -it is truly a beautiful home and big enough for me and my sisters. Loved that Rum Point Club was not even 5 minutes away and there were plenty of restaurants on the north side. Would definitely go back.

A Vacation to Remember
This was a vacation that we will always remember! We had ten family members on this trip and had plenty of space. We spent most of our time on the patio in the morning and evenings. We loved that the beautiful beach was only a few steps away and enjoyed the pool, too. We rented a van to travel around the island. We truly enjoyed this trip,and we look forward to returning again soon.

Loved the Space!
We stayed here with two families. Five adults and five kids ages 7-68. We loved the space, the pool, the beach, the closeness to Rum Point, Kaibo and starfish beach. One suggestion: go to the grocery store as you leave the airport. The grocery stores on the north and east side are tiny and have almost no meat. Other than that all was good!

The House Was Great!
We took our 4 children and their spouses on a vacation to Grand Cayman. The house was great, a little shade over the pool would have helped in the very hot weather. We have been to Cayman several times before so we knew how to drive the very busy roads and which sites to see. We had a great time.

Excellent place to stay
Coral Kai house was an excellent setup for our group of 10. Thelda was great point of contact with communication regarding any questions we had before and during our stay. She answered Everything in a timely manner. The house location is great for tons of things to do. We went to Starfish point, Botanical gardens, Rum point dock for Stingray excursion with Redsail, Rum point activities, beach area and restaurant. The house was clean and stocked well with cooking needs. Great assortment of spices! We did our big grocery run Saturday evening and then if we needed little things, Chisholm\'s little grocery is just down the road. So you really don?t even have to leave this area. We liked it because it?s less congested vs 7 Mile beach areas. We would definitely return, great trip!
Awesome Stay!
We had an awesome stay over the Christmas 2023 week. House is huge and fit 9 of us really comfortably. Pool is incredible with great views of the turquoise ocean. We had several smooth days during the week and there is great snorkeling right on the reef outside the house. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again soon!
Exactly As Pictures!
Coral Kai was beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures they published and our family of 9 felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It was spotless when we entered and entry access was very easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the sunsets and sunrises on the beach were spectacular for the whole family to enjoy. Tonya and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful in so many ways. We were assigned a contact person but we were never able to reach her. However, Tonya was able to assist in every way as far as excursions, questions, grocery shopping and places to visit. I would recommend this villa to everyone needing a large place to stay in the Cayman Islands.
Our Happy Place
We have stayed at Coral Kai our last three trips to Cayman and each time never disappoints. When I need to go to my Happy Place i put my mind back to floating in the pool with my feet up on the edge looking out over the Caribbean. It just doesn't get any better than this! The property offers 5 bedrooms that are private and escape within themselves. We notice there were updates made to the villa this time and we so appreciate the owners for their continued care for this amazing property. Our experience with the staff of Grand Cayman Villas was exceptional, they truly want their guest to have a magical vacation, so very accommodating. We would highly recommend anyone visiting this property to bring with them a full face snorkel mask. We snorkeled everyday without every leaving the property. A couple of our favorite restaurants that are a must with each visit are Tukka on the East End and Casanova's in George Town. Once Rum Point is fully functional again, it will be amazing. We have spent a lot of time there in the past, this trip they are doing renovations so only went one time for lunch, great Hamburger (it's worth the $20)!

Picture Perfect
We had an amazing time staying at Coral Kai. The house was amazing and the view was picture perfect! Kids loved swimming in both the pool and in the ocean and the pool toys were such a great bonus. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Property was perfect! Outdoor pool area was wonderful too! Was unfortunate to find Rum Point beach under construction, but will be nice to see the completer restaurants.
Amazing stay!
Coral Kai exceeded our expectations! From booking to questions, the staff at Grand Cayman Villas were friendly, quick to respond, and helpful which made renting this place a breeze. By far,the best part of this house is the outdoor space/views. We ate almost every meal outside, swam for hours on end, enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach, and snorkeled right in front of Coral Kai. We paid extra to heat the pool and would definitely do that again in the future. There were many beach and pool toys for my kids to use. We loved the location of this house. Just a short drive to many places like Rum Point, Starfish Point and Crystal Caves. We loved the nearby restaurant Kaibo, too. We did rent kayaks but it was a little too rough for us to utilize them like we imagined. We couldn?t have asked for a better family trip! We hope to be back to Coral Kai.

Spacious and Well Stocked!
We rented 5 bedroom, 5 bath Coral Kai on the north side near Rum Point - what a beautiful house! There was an abundance of beach towels, kitchen dishes and pots & pans, utensils, etc. Also, included shampoo , conditioner, lotion and bath soap. Very spacious with a beautiful pool and huge covered patio with plenty of outside seating for our family of 10. Definitely a memory maker! Highly recommend renting a house over multiple hotel rooms.
Loved Coral Kai
Renting was very easy and the rental property managers were terrific in meeting our every need and very promptly. I think it helped having a property company to assist with this needs.
Great House, Greater Time
The villa was fantastic and everyone involved was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa and have hopes that we will return soon.
Perfect backdrop for our family getaway
This villa is gorgeous and we found it to be as the pictures presented. It was clean, well-stocked (except for no laundry detergent) and perfect for our family's getaway - the outdoor living spaces with couches, pool loungers and multiple tables/chairs to hang out on. Sand & pool toys were much appreciated. - Checkin: we arrived late, so were able to get into the villa using the keypad. Easy-breezy. - Silver Thatch Guest Services: they were awesome! They shared tons of recommendations based on what we were looking for and they were on-point. A word of advice: check everything you're renting from them before you load the car. We rented snorkel gear only to get back home and find they forgot to include the kids' ones. A bit of a bummer. - Location: It's on the north side of the island, so do note that it's ~45 mins from the airport, majority of the restaurants, Seven Mile Beach. It's an hour from Hell and most of the boats for the bioluminescent bay. It's less than 10 mins from Starfish beach (stunning). You won't find anything walking distance and there are literally just a few restaurants close-by. We still loved it to be away from the crowds and it allowed us to explore the island more than staying in the central area. - we rented Kayaks through silver thatch which were great to explore the water with. We're quite shocked that they would rent kayaks WITHOUT any life jackets. When we inquired we were directed to other outlets who would rent life jackets to us. - Someone will come to maintain the pool during your stay. It was unannounced around ~6am - a bit jarring to look out and see a stranger on the property. - sargassum on the shore is high right now. They were cleaning, but no way to get through that much. Tis the season. We highly recommend this villa to any larger families or family groups.
Awesome House
We arrived June 18, 2022 and stayed 6 nights. We had originally booked Coral Kai for 10 adults. However, only 5 could go. Thus, we had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and decorated beautifully. In the morning I would wake up and open the curtains, where a gorgeous view of the water awaited me. The property had everything one would need - all very nice. The floor plan of the house is so functional. We spent a lot of time on the patio facing the pool and the water. We felt very safe. They came and cleaned the pool while we were there. I would recommend the property to others.

Cayman\'s 2022
Our group of 9 had an amazing time at Coral Kai. The property way exceeded our expectations, many updates from the photos. House is very well stocked, including paper supplies. Property manager addressed our minor issues in a very timely manner. The outdoor space was perfect for young and old, allowing for those wanting shade to still be part of the activity. Need bug repellent as there can be mosquitos in the evening. Reef in front of the villa was used by many in our group. Wonderful stay, would differently visit this property again!
Well stocked and gorgeous!
Coral Kai was fantastic. The outside area was even nicer than the pictures. It is huge with lots out outside seating. Lots of kitchenware. Bedrooms are very large and five or six TVs. Pool area was great, lots of kids toys, snorkeling off the beach was okay (depending on seaweed). All rooms have ceiling fans. Silver thatch snorkel equipment was great. Very private beach, house next door was not rented but it wouldn?t be very close if there had been people there. Kuerig and coffee pods were provided. Tons of beach towels. Truly difficult to think of anything that could be added to make it better. Communication was excellent.

we loved our week at coral kai. The house is even better than the pictures, and we were very pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The view was great, the pool was fantastic, and the kitchen was well equipped. we would absolutely recommend.
Amazing property and beach.
This home has been well-maintained and has a fabulous beach and a reef directly in front of the property for snorkeling. The fiber optic Internet directly into the home was a huge benefit for crystal clear remote video calls and the occasional work that had to be done on a computer. The house is comfortably decorated with amazing views from the master and primary guest room. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, washer dryer and Brand New gas grill. This owner clearly cares about the home and maintains it with attention to detail. The property manager was highly responsive and accessible when needed. We stayed there during the month of February 2022 and became intimately familiar with us home and loved every aspect of it. We were so impressed we’ve booked the same house for 2023.
Nice Place
If you want quiet time, then this side of the island is it. We have stayed on 7 mile beach a few times prior so decided to try this side. Unfortunately Rum Point was closed due to a storm and ongoing Covid issues. The house is a great size, the pool and outdoor area were awesome. Beach in front of home was clean. When we went out for walks, there was some coral and garbage along the shoreline due to weather. Cooking at home was nice, they could use a few more pans and misc items. Beach towels are a minimum.

New Years Staycation
Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at Coral Kai. Cooked in each night and had some nice family time. Rooms are large and beds are comfy. No issues at all. The checkin process was simple even under tough Covid restrictions. The beach was pristine. Kids snorkeled and kayaked daily. Come to Grand Cayman and stay here friend.
Ex-Pats Thanksgiving at Coral Kai
We were not able to travel back to the US to spend time with family there, and they were not able to come to Grand Cayman. Crazy times for sure! Hopefully we can bring our extended family back here in 2021. They would love it like we did. Thanks for sharing your property with \'locals\'!
Dream Luxury Staycation
Coral Kai exceeded my expectation. Well built, great building design, very clean, spacious, comfortable, amazing ocean view, perfect beach, good snorkeling, and a large patio and pool deck area that my family spent much time enjoying. Silver Thatch Guest Services was very outstanding. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area such as Over the Edge Restaurant, Kurt\'s Corner and Rum Point Restaurant. Great food and service. Sorry to have to leave. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful staycation with our immediate family at Coral Kai and recommend this property to anyone considering staying here. You will not be disappointed. We stayed here in March with friends and booked for just our family this time. Great property.
Staycation Pardise
Given the lockdown and ban on leaving the island, we spent a wee in Rum Point at Coral Kai. We do not have many chances to get to the Rum Point area, but we had a wonderful stay there. Well kept property. The manager responded to our questions in a timely manner. Scott was wonderful with recommending this home. We will book again later this summer.

Would Come Back in a Second!
We were two separate families, and this house had plenty of room. The amenities are all functional, its very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The property manager was very responsive. We were so happy with the location taking advantage of the beach bars at Rum Point, but so happy to come back to the house with our own private beach with kayaks, amazing snorkeling right in front of the house, nice clean and heated infinity pool and a great patio with both sun and shade. It was hard to motivate to leave! This house was perfect for our group, the property managers were responsive, and all this made our trip perfect. Would go back in a second!!
Windward Retreat
Coral Kai was exactly as described and with a few decorative improvements since photographed. The villa was perfect for our party of 10 adults and two small children. It was stocked with plenty of towels, starter paper products, spices, and soap. Being on the windward side, we did not have an insect problem but a mosquito sprayer is available on the property. Thelda ( property manager) was responsive to our requests and assisted with grocery and liquor delivery prior to our arrival. In addition, she recommended a reliable taxi driver for transportation to and from the airport. The silver thatch discount helps at the preferred vendors as well as free availability of baby items and snorkel gear. We loved the location of the villa and felt very safe. This was our second visit to Grand Cayman and the first time renting through Silver Thatch. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this property.

High Quality Standard
Coral Kai has set a standard for my family of 7 adults and 3 children. The villa was spacious, clean and fully equipped. 5 Bedrooms and 5 Baths were perfect. But the best part of this vacation was the pool that overlooked the beach. It doesn?t get better than that. This was without question, the best family vacation we have had and we are seriously considering a return visit. Grand Cayman/Rum Point was a great place that was out of the way of the crowds. We found a number of local restaurants and food stands and loved the people. I would recommend this villa and the Grand Cayman Villas without question. It was a easy process to book, our Property Manager was available when necessary and our damage deposit was returned in a timely manner.
Stunning
This property was amazing! Didn?t get any mosquito bites until we went to visit other people?s villas on the island. There is a propane mosquito catcher. Pool was warm, House was a perfect cool temp. The home was clean! No ants or bug problem. Location is in a laidback part of the island. Very easy to find. Would recommend again
All you could ask foe
This was our second stay at this property. It was a perfect week. Private pool, Caribbean beach to yourself, comfortable beds, well-stocked Kitchen, covered porch for any weather, powerful AC, responsive management, access to laundry and extra fridge...this was everything we needed and more. Just a few hiccups on day 1, but it was handled quickly which is all you can ask for. I can?t wait to come back.
Great multi family vacation week!
We were a group of 14, which included 6 children aged 3-15 and their grandparents. The house was perfectly laid out to have group dinners and gatherings as well as space for separation and quiet on the upper porches. The booking was seamless, and I always received quick responses from guest services when I had questions. The staff, especially Penni was very helpful with on island requests and suggestions for things to do for entertainment. We walked to Kaibo daily for coffee or muffins, and the ferry over to Camana Bay is located there as well, so we could scoot over to 7 mile beach in 20 minutes when we wanted a faster pace. Overall, we had a fabulous, memorable vacation and we would love to visit Grand Cayman again. If we do, we will be sure to book through Grand Cayman Villas directly!
The Perfect Place to Vacation
Our family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children) spent an amazing 8 days at Coral Kai. (Our first year was at Villa Zara.) The home was perfect -- well equipped, clean and welcoming. The ability to snorkel right off our beach was an added plus. Our private charter with SilverThatch was awesome! We swam with the sting rays, snorkeled at an amazingly colorful reef and even got to see the mangroves! It\'s our second year renting a property and a charter boat trip from Grand Cayman Villas & Condos and SilverThatch, and we are truly impressed with their service and attention to detail. The last two years on Grand Cayman have been our best vacations ever!!
Superb!
Absolutely great experience. Booking and prearrival were perfect. There was plenty of communication and they answered all of my questions. The property is exactly as described. We purposefully stayed in the Rum Point area to avoid all the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach. Although we took several trips to that side of the island and had no trouble with the drive. My children could not get over the fact that you could just walk out the back of the house and snorkel! We picked up our complimentary equipment at the welcome center and they helped fit us with all the right sizes. The house is well appointed. Beds are comfy and plenty of towels. We used the kitchen regularly and it is well equipped. All the appliances and AC worked fine. There were plenty of TV\'s and an excellent selection of channels. The house was large enough that you could fine a quiet spot if you wanted although we stayed around the pool area most of the time. We stayed a week and all wished that we could have stayed longer. We were fortunate that there was always a breeze off the water so it wasn\'t too hot and there were no bugs/flies/mosquitoes. We would love to back!!
Beautiful villa with an awesome view
We stayed at Coral Kai for one week. Our group consisted of 4 couples celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The villa had everything we needed and large enough that each couple had enough privacy when desired. The Silver Thatch benefits that are provided were great as we used a Keurig, snorkel gear, and cooler. Checkout of the items was very smooth and Peyton Ebanks was very helpful during the process.We highly recommend using Silver Thatch Charters for a trip to Stingray city and snorkeling. Captain Joe was extremely helpful and full of insight. Would definitely use Silver Thatch Charters again on a return trip to the island.
Beautiful Home with Fantastic View
Coral Kai is a beautiful home! The home is nicely furnished and had all the amenities that we needed for our week long stay. The view from the back of the house is gorgeous! The home is in a great location. It\'s very private and relaxing! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent it again! Highly recommend staying at Coral Kai!
Beautiful villa
We were a family of 10 grandparents,children and grand children. It was exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool area was our favorite place to hang and watch the sunrise every morning along with watching the kids swim and looking out over the ocean. You can easily snorkel out to the reef and see plenty of fish. You can stand up the whole way as it is only about 4ft deep to the reef. You do need water shoes or flippers though. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to get away if you wanted some quiet time. I would definitely recommend this villa, we didn?t want to go home. The only down fall was they were having trouble with sargassum grass which was hitting a lot of Caribbean islands they warned us ahead of time about the situation but we decided we wouldn?t let it ruin anything we just went through it and snorkeled. Nothing you can do about Mother Nature. Anyway the weather was great 88 degrees everyday and sunny. Definitely will go again. Make sure you do your major shopping on the other side of the island. There is a small grocery store just down the road. And another down about 20min on the east end. Starfish point is close by and Rum point. Plenty of things to do but we were happy staying right at the villa what a relaxing vacation.
Wonderful villa great beach
We were a family if 10, grand parents children and grand children. What a wonderful place waking up every morning to the sun rise we took pics everyday. Having the pool right ther and being able to see the ocean and watch the kids at the same time was great. The house has everything you need in the kitchen plenty of towels and beach towels, beach toys for the kids. The beach was beautiful white sand. There was a lot of sargassum weed that came in and is kinda stinky but we were warned about it ahead of time and we didn’t let it bother our vacation can’t stop Mother Nature. If you get by the sargassum you can snorkel the whole family went quite a few times, you will see plenty of fish, only about 4ft deep out to the reef make sure you have water shoes or flippers on. Nobody wanted to leave amazing vacation we all agreed we would like to go back. Called grand cayman villas and silver thatch services to ask a couple of questions which they answered right away or got back to me shortly. We also had a photographer come to the villa to take photos of the family and she did such a wonderful job. Great House! Beautiful Beach!
It’s pretty far to get to a store for food, etc. But being in a cove with amazing snorkeling, a private beach area and a pool was worth it! We will likely be back.

The distance from stores is completely by design in an effort to reduce traffic, loitering and keep the area high end residential paradise. Most guests would see that as a plus. Cayman Kai area is a safe, peaceful, family residential part of the island. There are three large grocery stores on the way to Coral Kai, another mid-sized grocery 15 minutes east and a convenience store 5 minutes away. Many guests also use local delivery services for groceries as well.

Wonderful vacation, beautiful house
Our family (grandparents, children, grandchildren) celebrated 50th wedding anniversary staying at Coral Kai. The house was better than its pictures, spotless, plenty of room for all, beautiful view from the large veranda, splendid pool, lots of pool toys for the grandkids. The rooms were furnished very nicely with lots of seating indoors and out. The linens were first class and plenty of beach towels too. The location of the house close to Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish Beach is convenient and the area is perfect for a quiet vacation. We all spent time on the beach and in the water walking out to see coral formations on the reef. The water is calm so the kids enjoyed this too. Water shoes are recommended however the beach is sandy unless you walk out. There was a lot of seaweed washed up on the beach, a minor complaint. This might be seasonal but I think periodic raking up would be an improvement. All in all an outstanding property.Cayman Condos and Silver Thatch are a first class group. The entire rental process was excellent. The folks are professional, courteous and very responsive. We also chartered a boat from Silver Thatch for Sting Ray City excursion and I highly recommend this.All local people we met were very welcoming and helpful.
Perfect Spot for Family Vacation!
Our family of 9 (grandparents, children and grandchildren) stayed at Coral Kai for 5 perfect days to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This villa is outstanding with plenty of room for all. It is spotless, spacious, airy, has a beautiful view from the veranda and the pool is great. There is plenty of seating indoors and out. There is an ample supply of toys for the kids to use in the pool or on the beach. The linens provided are plentiful including lots of beach towels.All the appliances are like new, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. It is close to Rum Point club, Kaibo and Starfish Beach. The beach is large and sandy and it is possible to walk all the way out to explore the coral formations on the reef, just use water shoes out there. Water is very calm so kids enjoyed it too. There was a lot of seaweed washed up the beach. This might be a seasonal issue but the only minor complaint. Perhaps having it raked aside occasionally would be an improvement.I also have to comment on the very friendly and helpful residents of Grand Cayman. Everywhere we went they were the best.
As advertised!
We have just returned from 10 glorious days at Coral Kai. We were a family group of 8 including a 2 year old and 3 month old. The set-up of the villa was perfect. Lots of room for everyone, loved the number of bathrooms! This is one of the first times that we have stayed somewhere where the pictures and description of the property were actually true - if anything the pictures didn\'t show the roominess of the villa. We were all pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is well stocked, appliances all work well. Lots of beach towels. One thing that we might suggest is that the propane tanks be checked before guests arrive. That being said, we contacted the property manager via text and she arranged for a tank to be delivered in about an hour. The pool was lovely, well maintained. Lots of pool and ocean play things available in storage bins on the pool deck. There were some bugs on the evenings when there was no wind, but not a problem. We did lots of snorkelling right off the beach. Lots to see - we have done snorkelling in lots of other places and this was comparable with just about anywhere. We were very happy that the air conditioning and fans worked so well, particularly travelling with little ones. Also the outside covered areas were well used.Loved the location - exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and very private.We did pre-order groceries through Eddie at Cayman Shoppers. This was the best! The groceries were waiting for us in the villa when we arrived. Also, would like to complement Scott for his prompt and informative communications. All dealings with staff were excellent. We would highly recommend this villa and Grand Cayman Villas and Condos.Silver Thatch Guest Services - The staff was very helpful and it was great to be able to borrow baby gear and snorkel gear and pick up our wine order. However, the cost of this service was very high.
Most Relaxing Vacation EVER!
A group of 8 of us just got back from a week at the Coral Kai. This is a beautiful house in a quiet area. The ocean view is INCREDIBLE. The house is lovely and well-maintained. There are 2 master suites, 2 queen rooms, and one room with 2 singles. All of the bedrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, bowls, tupperware, utensils, knives, etc. The patio provides much shade, which is nice. This is a great property for those seeking a quiet, relaxing vacation. This is close to Rum Point (driving) where there are a few restaurants. Also close to the East End. If you are looking for more of the action of Seven Mile Beach, the drive is far. We went into Seven Mile one day and it was a blast, but it is pretty far if that is where you want to spend the majority of your time. It\'s a quick trip to Stingray City, which is a must. The locals are so friendly. All in all, our group had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend. Also, the management is super helpful for any requests.
Beautiful Home in a Gorgeous Location
Coral Kai was spectacular for its gracious and wonderful location and amenities. The home is equipped with all you need and many things you will just love! We had a fabulous vacation with our family and hope to return soon. This home is a true gem.

Lovely time!
After hurricane Irma devasted St.Martin, our group needed to find a place quick to vacation or cancel our yearly trip. Someone suggested Grand Cayman. We were lucky enough to find several villas that fit our needs, but decided on Coral Kai. The interactive floor plan was a really great tool in making this decision. It was clean, comfortable, nice pool, all the equipment to cook some great meals! The layout is great. Several of our group likes to have some space protected from the sun. The outdoor space is perfect. They are still a part of pool fun, but not sitting in the sun. We recommend this villa.
Wonderful property and quiet location
Family of 4 enjoyed a relaxing stay at Coral Kai. Management was very helpful in resolving one issue that came up during our stay. We will return to this villa in the future.

Great one story Oceanfront Villa with a super floorplan.Very large bedrooms ,baths and closets.Very open kitchen and living area with high ceilings.Beautiful views overlooking the pool and the ocean.Very spacious lounging area outdoors.Easy beach access .Maids were great and Scott took great care of us.Kaibo Yacht Club,Over the Edge and The Light House restaurants were all excellent.Of course Rum Point is only one mile away and is a great place to unwind and spend the day.Would definitely recommend Coral Kai to any of my friends or family!!
The search for the perfect house ends here
We check out tomorrow and our crew of 8 is sad to leave. House is better than pictured. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms spread apart for privacy. Outside you have the pool with a perfect view, the beautiful ocean with good snorkeling and the covered patio for rainy days. We could all still be outside when the weather was bad. There were 11 lounge chairs on the pool deck, 5 or 6 down by the water, patio tables and chairs and the awesome outdoor couch and chairs. We also liked that this property doesn\'t seem to gather sea weed the way others nearby do, so getting in the water is more pleasant. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and the extra fridge was nice for drinks. Beach towels and bath towels were in good condition and access to laundry was perfect. Rum Point is an easy jog on the road if you go early. Air conditioning works super well. We all felt this was one of the nicest places we\'ve ever stayed and there is no need to keep looking at houses if we ever come back.
Coral Kai is an Excellent Vacation Villa
Excellent property, very well kept modern villa. If it wasn\'t for mosquitoes, this would be truly the paradise. We found two large reefs right out in the ocean to the right of the property with a lot of fish for snorkelers. Large shaded patio with a gas grill - allowed us to prepare and enjoy lunches and occasional dinners. All appliances, internet, and TVs are in operational order. Since we had couple of small children in our party, we paid for a heated pool and it was warm. We enjoyed the villa, patio, pool, ocean and the scenery tremendously. We went to the Rum Point to eat couple of times. Avoid Rum Point Club, its a tourist trap, but Kaibo Bar and Grill was fine, especially their pizzas. Stingray City is a must! Reservations must be made ahead of time. Highly recommend Grand Cayman Villas, reputable and customer oriented company. As far as property, Coral Kai is an excellent vacation villa.

Fabulous house!
I researched many properties before deciding on Coral Kai. The pictures of the lanai were what made my final decision. I can tell you that you will not be disappointed if you choose this house! The pictures do not do it justice. It has many upgrades not shown in the pictures. The kitchen was fabulous and even had a pro waffle maker like you find in the hotels. My kids loved eating waffles every morning. The house is huge and everyone had their own space. We were 3 adults and 3 children aged 14, 13 and 6. There is a coral reef directly in front of the house and they loved the snorkling. The pool is wonderful and relaxing and the outside lanai was our favorite place. The furniture is very nice and plenty of shade, and this side of the island gets a constant breeze that you don\'t find on the southside, so it was always pleasant even on very hot days. The house really lacks nothing. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. There are plenty of towels and beach towels even for a large family. Excellent house in many respects
Right from the start, our experience was great with this house. The folks at Grand Cayman Villa Rentals are excellent at responding to enquiries, and overall are very professional and prompt. They bought 2 life preservers as soon as we asked if they had any, and they bought a new gas grill because the old one had been taken away. Very good service. The house is beautiful, and comfortably appointed. The layout is great for multiple people. We had a toddler and an infant along with two grandmothers and a brother, and everyone had their own space and rooms. There were plenty of towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size--we never felt cramped. The outdoor furniture is comfortable. It was wonderful to have the pool and the ocean right outside the house. The beach was fine for our toddler to play on, with no strong waves and enough sand to walk around and play. Water shoes helped. Many reviews have said how great the snorkeling is right outside the house and I would say it was mediocre at best. I travel around the carribean snorkeling and I would rate this about a 2 or 3 out of 10 for snorkeling. I explored a large area of the reef in both directions from the house. Nearby, at Cayman Kai and Rum Point public Beaches, the snorkeling is much better, with some very healthy coral and fish life (maybe a 7 out of 10). In front of the house, there are fish in the water, but there is almost no healthy coral. I was very disappointed in the quality of the snorkeling right in front of the house, and that was one of the major reasons we chose this house. We loved the location, being close to Rum Point with a few good restaurants nearby, and away from any crowds. We cooked almost every meal at home, which saved money and was very convenient with two little ones. Best time ever with family
This place was as advertised maybe larger then pictured and we had a great time. 10 Adults and a couple of toddlers had lots of room to run and hang out. Outside patio and pool had plenty of chairs and lounges for all of us. The covered patio area was good for sunburns needing a little break from the sun. There were plenty of pool floaties, life jackets, goggles, snorkel gear and beach toys for adults and kids. Pool was warm and was serviced while we were there. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Washer and dryer are great, only need a few sets of clothes and then wash and wear. We brought to many clothes, could have saved weight in suitcase. Ocean was warm and only steps away. It is shallow, max depth is 4 feet, but still easy to snorkel around. Descent snorkeling around a few coral areas right in front of house. We rented an SUP board and had a lot of fun with that, because the reef offered protection from big waves. Great snorkeling at Rum Point only 5 min away. Only had problem with bugs one night when there was no wind. Booking Rules
- 5 night minimum required.
- 6 night minimum required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 night minimum required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
