Welcome to Sea Beauty, a cute Caribbean cottage on the island's south coast. Perfect for small families and vacationing couples, Sea Beauty can also accommodate disabled guests as the home is both ADA and wheelchair-friendly. A new freshwater pool with a zero-entry slope for gentle water entry will delight guests of all ages.
What makes this home unique from the other villas we manage is the private beach lot across the street. The beach is like having your own private oceanfront beach park just for you and your party. Reserved for Sea Beauty guests only the beach lot is fenced for your privacy. Imagine having over 300 feet of pristine beach all to yourself! Sun loungers, beach palapas for shade, and a hammock cabana are just some of the beach amenities awaiting you. A tandem kayak is provided to explore the waters off the beach.
For disabled guests, a sand wheelchair and a Mobi-Chair floating beach wheelchair are available during your stay.*
Inside, Sea Beauty spans 1,800 square feet with an open-concept family room at its center and 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the cottage.
The home is wired with high-speed fiber internet providing reliable speeds and increased bandwidth for remote working professionals.
Sleeping Arrangements
(Sleeps 6 guests total, 4 adults max)
- Primary Suite: located towards the rear of the home, queen bed, ensuite with roll-in shower, handrails, and shower bench.
- Guest Bedroom: located towards the front of the home, king bed, shares adjacent hall bath equipped with a shower bath.
- Additional Bedding: a queen Murphy cabinet bed in the living area suitable for 2 children only.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofa seating and a wall-mounted HD television. Porcelain tile floors and ceiling fans throughout help keep the cottage comfortably cool.
The kitchen includes a full suite of appliances, plus all the necessities to cook and serve a home-cooked meal. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living area with enough seating for six guests. There's also a picnic table on the rear deck.
Located just 25 minutes from George Town, Sea Beauty is conveniently close to area attractions and nearby dining options. The Queen Elizabeth Botanical Garden is roughly a mile away, along with Tukka East, La Casita, and the South Coast Bar in Breakers.
Excellent snorkeling sites can be found off the beaches in the East End. Cayman Health City is only minutes away in the event of an emergency.
Locally owned and thoughtfully maintained Sea Beauty is a repeat guest favorite. Our homeowner personally reaches out to guests, both before arrival and during your stay, answering any questions you might have. True Cayman Kind hospitality at its finest!

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The homes in the Cottage District on the southeast coast offer great reef-protected snorkeling and proximity to the best SCUBA operators on the island, Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers.
Unique to Sea Beauty is its private beach lot directly across the street. Fenced off for guest privacy, this 300 feet of pristine shoreline is yours and comes equipped with a hammock cabana, two beach palapas, and a tandem kayak.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased over the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Everything Was Perfect!

Most Well Established Accommodation
This marks our second visit to the islands and the Sea Beauty stands out as the most well-established and ideal accommodation that truly embodies the concept of a 'Home Away From Home'. Traveling can be particularly challenging when one has a son with special needs, requiring extensive research and a leap of faith from my wife and me, oftne leaving us to navigate uncertainties on our own. Such stresses can be daunting. However, upon discovering Sea Beauty and the rapport established between Cathy and my wife through just a few text exchanges, our decision was quickly made. Whenever we visit Cayman Islands, we will exclusively choose to stay at Sea Beauty. The welcome basket was amazing and the icing on the cake, very thoughtful!

Beautiful and Peaceful
Had a great stay at Sea Beauty! The beach access was amazing to have- so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed exploring the ecosystem close to shore- conch, crabs, fish, snails, a stingray, and a sharptail eel. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool offered a relaxing way to wind down each day. Thomas' favorite parts of the trip were the stingrays, the sand castles, and the nearby jerk and fish restaurants (Would recommend Captain Herman's, Everglo, South Coast Bar & Grill).
No Stone Left Unturned
NO STONE LEFT UNTURNED!! Every amenitiy, every supply, every spare anything. This has been BY FAR the best stpcked and provisioned Cayman rental we have had in 20 years of renting. Cathy is a true Cayman ambassador and host!! We will be renting this many more times!
The Perfect Home
Sea Beauty is the perfect home! We especially enjoyed the pool and the private beach! Cathy made our stay here so comfortable and communicated with us before we arrived about the effects of the hurricane prior to our arrival to the island (it hit 2 days before we arrived). We still had a wonderful vacation and Cathy made it very memorable for our family. It way exceeded our expectations and we will be back!
Our bit of paradise
This is our 3 rd time at Sea Beauty. We absolutely love it here. With the beach right across the street and now a pool in the backyard. It is always a pleasure to see our hosts on arrival. They are so warm and welcoming it truly makes our vacation awesome!!!!!! And we tell all our friends and family.
Absolute wonderful stay
We had an absolute wonderful stay at sea beauty! The property (villa, pool & private beach) is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with how our stay went. Immediately upon check in we felt a sense of home, cleanliness and peace. We had access to everything we could need (from a fully stocked kitchen. to toiletry items, beach items, laundry, items to clean up after ourselves etc!) having access to both the private beach and the pool was wonderful. We were also provided with a beautiful welcome and fruit basket upon our arrival! Thank you Cathy, Jerry and everyone at sea beauty for making our honeymoon so special! We can’t wait to come back
Beyond Expectations!
This property is straight out of a travel magazine for those who want to relax & unwind, but don\'t want to be completely removed from the action. It seems that Grand Cayman Villas & Condos are experts in providing close to everything you might need to fully enjoy some \'island time\'. What they didn\'t think of, the property owners, Cathy & Jerry did. As soon as possible, I will definitely be rebooking Sea Beauty to share it & Grand Cayman with more family & friends. Beautiful, Wonderful, Marvelous
Beautiful, Wonderful, Marvelous. Beach was private and clean and we saw turtles and fish right off the beach. There is a large rock straight out from the hammock pavilion which attracts fish. Rode kayak through rolling breakers in inlet. Stingray city was awesome- fed the sting rays \'Freckles and Darth Vader\'. We all got a lucky stingray kiss from Freckles. Also great snorkeling on trip. Booked charter with Cayman Snorkeling. A few spots: Spotts Beach, Smiths Barcadere, Edens Rock
Private Beach is the Best!
Beautiful place to stay in Grand Cayman! Private beach is the best. We had lunches and dinners. We went kayaking and my daughter enjoyed every minute. I will definitely come back and can?t wait for pool next time around!

Amazing Hospitality and Beautiful Beach
Oh sweet Sea Beauty! This is our second time staying at this wonderful villa- first time in 2018. The beach is just as we remembered it. Cathy, thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and making Michelle\'s 55th birthday that much sweeter! We had a wonderful time on the island and found so many things to do. We\'ll have to plan another trip to do all the things we were not able to do this time. See you in 2028!
Great Place
Sea beauty is a beautiful well appointed home. A great place to stay especially with kids, due to the safety or the yard and private beach. As a cook I found everything I needed to make delicious dinners. It was sparklingly clean and I can?t say enough about our host, Cathy. She is just wonderful! We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.
The Perfect Place For Our Dive Vacation
Stayed at Sea Beauty for a dive vacation and had a wonderful stay. First thing we noticed upon entering the property and house was the cleanliness. The property and and house were immaculate and everything is very well kept. We cooked many meals in the kitchen which was perfect for our stay. The welcome basket was stocked incredibly well with all kinds of nice surprises! The house has spacious shaded areas in the front and back for relaxing. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and shaded naturally well with a tandem kayak for use. We paddled out to the barrier reef on the kayak and enjoyed all the views of Frank Sound. Furthermore the property had a family of very friendly chickens that made for some good entertainment! Overall this property is perfect for a nice relaxing vacation.
Clean and Comfy
Great hosts! Clean, comfortable house well stocked with so many items. Loved the 300 ft. of private beach front just across the road for the cottage. Use of Kayak. So relaxing! If we return to Grand Cayman, this is where we want to stay!

Loved Staying at Sea Beauty!!
We loved staying in Sea Beauty! The peace of the location and the beach were a welcome restorative for us. It was a great place to come home to and wake up in each day. Every detail of this little cottage is just perfect you thought of everything and we felt instantly at home. We also appreciated the cute and incredibly use map hanging on the wall. An inspiration for our adventure!

This was our second stay at Sea Beauty, our first was nearly 6 years ago.Arriving at Sea Beauty felt like we were returning home, we received a wonderful welcome from Cathy who remembered us from our last stay and had some of our favourite items waiting inside the villa.As always, the villa was exceptionally clean and well stocked.The beautiful private beach was wonderful and clean. We spent most of our time there enjoying the sea, hammocks and solitude.We can?t wait to go back!
Most Gracious Host!
Can\'t begin to say enough kind words about our host Cathy. She was waiting to greet us when we arrived at Sea Beauty to give us a tour of the property and frequently checked in on us, via whatsapp, to make sure we were doing well. The house appears rustic on the outside but is brand new on the inside and fully stocked as others have said. The property is amazing. Coconut trees, wild parrots and postcard beach. We snorkeled, not scuba, every corner of the island and have to say that the best reef and marine life we found was at the reef we paddled to in Cathy\'s complimentary tandem kayak right from the front yard of the house. If you want a quiet and private vacation on a Caribbean island with crystal clear water and an amazing gracious host this is it! Thanks again Cathy!
Treated Like a Friend
If you get the chance to visit the beautiful Cayman Islands, Sea Beauty is a perfect place to stay. You will be greeted and treated like a long time friend. The house is situated in perfect location for experiencing everything Grand Cayman has to offer. The house is beautiful and has all amenities we needed. The communication with us from booking was perfect and we couldn\'t have asked for more from a great host. The beauty of the property is even better than the photos can ever show. I can\'t wait to get back.
Everything You Could Need or Want
This was a perfect vacation from booking until the moment we returned home. . Cathy gave us useful planning information before our arrival. When we arrived at the house, she was waiting on us. She gave us a wonderful tour of the property. Others have mentioned the welcome basket, but it has to be said again. It was fantastic - amazing fresh fruits, local jelly, pancake mix and syrup, teas, drink mixes, chips, and other snacks. The house had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens, beach towels, ice chests, life jackets, sand toys, etc. Also, for people who have stayed at other vacation rentals, you should be aware that they have thought of everything - laundry detergent, shampoo, condition, soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, Kleenex, napkins, make-up wipes, spices, first aid kit, sunscreen and bug spray. However, there is more to this property than the well thought out amenities. There is a private 300 foot beach with lawn chairs, chairs, hammocks, and a picnic table. You have it all to yourself. You can take the furnished kayak 15 minutes to the reef and see turtles, sting rays and amazing fish. There was definitely no need to go on a snorkeling excursion when it is in your front yard. We did go to the caves and had an amazing time. We ate at the Lighthouse several nights as it is only a mile down the street. Don?t miss rum point as it is very close. We can?t thank Cathy and Jerry enough for their hospitality. We hope to be back.
You want to stay here!
Sea Beauty is awesome for two couples! Very modern and impeccably stocked. We ate in nearly every night and enjoyed the grill, kitchen and supplies to use to create our meals. Kathy met us at the house and provided clear info on the house and beach across the street which is yours! Three hundred feet of solitude and impeccable equipment like hammocks, chairs and overhead cabana roofs . She provided us the most incredible welcome basket with fruit and other really nice to have things. Close enough to everything but isolated enough to give that cozy feeling. A tremendous value and we\'ve rented a dozen homes in the past. We will definitely plan on staying here again....and again!
Wonderful Place to Stay
Sea Beauty is a wonderful place to stay! We loved the gift basket, it was a wonderful surprise. The private beach was great for relaxing after a day of snorkeling. Eden Rock was our favorite spot. Go to the 3 buoys out from the dive shop. Thanks for having such a well stocked vacation home!

Personal Welcome, Wheelchair Access!
The personal welcome by Cathy and Jerry was so appreciated. The welcome baskets a delightful surprise! We loved our time at this quiet little oasis away from the hustle of Georgetown. Wheelchair access was terrific. We had use of a mobichair which opened up use of the beach and the water for my honey. The beach was lovely, other family members joined us here because the shade made it a great location for toddlers to play without worrying about them getting too much sun. Lots of sun for those who wanted it. The cottage was well stocked which made cooking easy peasy. We enjoyed exploring the East End. Would love to think we will return someday.
Had To Come Back Again!
What a wonderful 2 weeks again this year. After last year we had to do it again! Your hospitality and attention to detail made this the best 2 weeks of the year. Thank for the suggestion of having Hurley\'s deliver our food when we arrived. The new cabana was a lovely retreat, the roof over the deck was a wonderful addition. Wonderful Time
Cathy and Jerry you spoiled us! The house, the ground and private beach were exceptional. We enjoyed our snorkeling with the array of sea life including starfish, other fish and birds. The welcome backset was a nice hospitality plus. Your attentiveness to our needs was exceptional. This was our second year here and still have not seen all of the island. Perfect getaway!
Highly recommend a stay at this perfect cottage with a private beach. Husband and I are quiet people and enjoyed being away from Georgetown, the beautiful cove where the beach was, new hammock cabana, and quaint & clean cottage. We hope to one day visit again.
Tropical Paradise - No One Around
This place was amazing and comes with everything you will ever need to include your own private beach. The beach is like your own tropical paradise with no other people around. Plenty of sun or shade along with palm trees, lounge chairs, hammocks (my favorite place), kayak you name it they thought of it. This place is far enough away from tourists for a peaceful vacation but close enough to get anywhere on the island in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
Another fantastic week at Sea Beauty
This is the second time I have stayed at Sea Beauty. The booking process is so easy and everyone communicates very well. The property managers are great and make you feel as though you are family. The house has everything you need and more! The beach is beautiful and you pretty much have Frank Sound to yourself!! The sunrises are beautiful! Paddling out to the reef is amazing. There are so many fish, stingrays, spotted eagle rays, turtles and more!! I will never stay anywhere else on the island!! My family and I love all that Sea Beauty has to offer!!
The Perfect Vacation Stay!!
My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Grand Cayman and 34 years later were looking for the perfect spot for our anniversary. We found it with Sea Beauty. It is far enough away from the tourists and cruise ships of Georgetown to offer a quiet, laid-back island vacation that reminds me of Grand Cayman 30 years ago. Add a perfect cottage with a large private beach and my wife and I found our paradise. The true highlight was the gracious owner whose caring attention to detail is obvious. All you will need for your stay has been thought of and the pride of ownership was evident with a clean, impeccably maintained property. We will be back!!
Sea Beauty Perfection
Cathy was so helpful in communicating with us in advance of our travel to ensure all was in order. The cottage is lovely, and our own private beach was fabulous. A lovely welcome basket of snacks and fruit was awaiting us the day we arrived. There was a good supply of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, suntan lotion, etc., in the bathrooms in case you forget your own, and the kitchen was well stocked with about anything you might need to prepare meals at the cottage. We enjoyed using the kayak off the beach, just relaxing on the lounge chairs and listening to the waves, and walking along the beach at all times of the day. The cottage in nicely set in a central location on the island and not too far from a number of enjoyable restaurants. Silver Thatch helped us to arrange a fun snorkel excursion. It was a wonderful vacation, and we hated to leave. Did I say our own private beach was amazing? Can\'t say it enough! We hope to return again. Cathy is an amazing host!

Beautiful Home
We were immediately comfortable upon our arrival. The property manager greeted us at their office which is close to Sea Beauty, and was pleasant and informative. Everything in the home was prepared for our arrival, and we only needed to pick up some groceries. We loved the welcome basket full of fresh fruit. The landscapers came by one day and cut some coconuts down for us. Our stay just got better and better. The home owner was pleasant and accommodating. Wonder to work with. We loved that Sea Beauty is far away from foot traffic, and the touristy scene. Sitting on the front porch we enjoyed the green parrots in the trees nearby. The private beach is just beautiful, and we were in the water snorkeling at least once a day. We saw an octopus, stingrays, large colorful starfish, fish and coral. We were careful where we stepped to avoid breaking any coral. Very calm waters here. We snorkeled at Spotts beach as well where we swam a respectable distance from sea turtles, reef squid, fish, and stingrays. We are weary of stingrays but used caution when walking in the shallow parts of the beaches and some common sense and had no issues what-so-ever. We walked the Mastic Trail. We were careful to watch out for the rocks and tree roots. Pretty place to visit. We intended to be very casual, and so chose casual places to eat. We ate at Tukka (gratuties are already included). The food and drink were good. We enjoyed eating at Big Tree BBQ and Czech Inn Grill. Everyone was nice and the casual fare at all of these places was well-prepared. These are all places relatively close to Sea Beauty. If any point in our trip was low it was the half-day fishing charter that we booked through Reel Esea. Honestly, a complete waste of money. Otherwise, a fantastic stay, and Sea Beauty and Grand Cayman are highly recommended.
Exceeds Expectations
We rented this beautiful cottage with another couple for a week, and cried when we left. Cathy and Jerry were responsive and gracious hosts, beginning with a lovely welcome basket, ending with a considerate text and with plenty of helpful suggestions and answers to our questions in between. The private beach is more beautiful than described, and the home is roomy, immaculate and comfortable. We were thrilled with the whole experience.
Perfect Getaway
Sea Beauty was perfect for two adult couples. We had everything we could possibly need. The cottage is adorable, and also very roomy and comfortable... and spotless!! We spent every sunrise on the beach with coffee, loaded up the cooler with lunch and went exploring during the day, and returned to the peaceful beach and/or back deck every evening for cocktails and dinner. We enjoyed the kayak, the hammocks, the unbelievably warm water... I wish we never had to leave! The beds are comfortable, the toiletries are fully stocked, and there was every possible kitchen amenity you could ever need. The location is perfect. Very close to Rum Point, the Botanical Gardens, and the Mastic Trail (we loved the trail - rugged, but beautiful!) Just far enough away from the busy Seven Mile Beach area - we still visited there several times, but were happy to come back to the peaceful east end. Cathy and Jerry were wonderful hosts - Cathy was prompt answering any questions and making recommendations. I inadvertently left a piece of jewelry there and housekeeping was quick to let her know. She contacted me immediately and made arrangements to ship the item to me. She went above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend Sea Beauty. We can\'t wait to return.

Hosts Cathy and Jerry are truly just terrific people, thus are tremendous hosts providing as much or as little interaction as you prefer. Sea Beauty is Top Notch
The house was well stocked with everything we needed, was immaculate, and modernly furnished. The private beach is easy to access just across the street and is setup for comfort and relaxation with beach chairs, hammocks, and shade huts. We didn\'t see a soul while relaxing during our week there! It truly feels like your own slice of paradise. Cathy was a wonderful host and attended to all our needs, greeting us when we arrived and quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay. We can\'t wait to make it back.

Perfect Cayman Cottage
Sea Beauty cottage was absolutely perfect! The location was wonderful; easy to get to Georgetown, Rum Point, or the East End. The cottage was equipped with everything we could need, even sun screen. There were fabulous baskets filled with fruit, nuts, and local favorites awaiting us when we arrived. However, the best part by far was the beautiful private beach! The owners were always available for any questions we might have. It was the perfect place for us while we visited Grand Cayman. We can\'t wait for our return trip!

Sea Beauty and owners, Cathy & Jerry, made this our best Cayman visit ever! The cottage is absolutely perfect, with every amenity designed to make your vacation one of relaxation and fun. Kitchen is appointed with every need and two full baths make for easy sharing of two couples. Front porch and back deck are furnished for total relaxation and opportunities to commune with all of the natural nature on the island. The private beach is truly what fantasies are made of - a beautiful, quiet paradise, all to yourself. The kayak offers additional adventure and snorkeling opportunities that you do not find at a big resort. If peace and tranquility are what you seek, Sea Beauty is the place for you. We will never stay anywhere else - loved every single minute.

Sea beauty is Wonderful Place to Stay!
The home is very comfortable with plenty of room for three of us. We loved seeing the roosters and chickens running around and saw three iguanas out in the back yard. The beach was beautiful with plenty of places to relax between the lounge chairs and hammocks. We did our first snorkeling at the beach and saw fish and several large starfish. The seaweed came in heavily the later half of the week but we enjoyed hanging out early morning and late afternoon. The location is easy to get to and gives you an opportunity to easily explore all of the island.Cathy and Jerry where super helpful from answering questions to meeting us late when our flight was changed. They have truly thought of everything!We absolutely loved our visit to Grand Cayman! Thank you

Best Vacation Rental!!
Sea Beauty is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. It\'s perfect for a family or 2 couples.The property was well kept, the grounds and beach clean and pristine. It was well equipped with the usual pots, pans, dishes, etc, but also with so much more we didn\'t expect. Kathy stopped by every day to feed the birds and was always willing to answer questions if we had them. If we go back to Grand Cayman this is the only place we will stay.
Sea Beauty Made Our Trip!
We want you to know that being able to stay in the aptly named Sea Beauty cottage just made our trip! It is so lovely, comfortably, and completely furnished with everything we could possibly need. We had a great time touring this charming and beautiful island, and were always glad to come home at the end of the day and relax on the deck or on the beach. We have friend who would lvoe it here and they will certainly be hearing about it from us! Thanks for helping us have a superb vacation.
Sea Beauty is a beauty
This lovely cottage is located on the south side of the island with easy access to Rum Point via Frank Sound Road. It has lots of space with a lovely deck at the back and front of the cottage. It is immaculate with all the accessories one would want, including a large variety of toiletries and other sundries such as sunscreen. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. They provided useful information regarding Grand Cayman\'s tourist attractions. Across the main road that leads to the East End there is an enormous private sand beach with a hammock, chairs, chaisse lounges and kayak. Water shoes are needed for the swimming area. We really enjoyed our time at Sea Beauty.
Definitely Staying Here Again!
Sea Beauty says it all! Jerry and Cathy meet you at the house upon arrival. Very nice hosts. We entered the house and it was even better than the pictures. You have two big welcoming baskets full of fruit and other nice things to use during your stay. The private beach is beautiful! We enjoyed it for some down time just to read and relax. It was such a wonderful vacation and if we come back to Grand Cayman we will definitely stay here if it is available!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Sea Beauty! Your home is beautiful and the beach is magical. We enjoyed our kayak trip out to the reef and found some starfish. 25th Anniversary at Sea Beauty
My husband and I spent 7 nights at Sea Beauty for our 25th Anniversary and had an absolutely awesome time! Cathy and Jerry were very welcoming. The house was spotless with tons of extras like bug spray, laundry supplies, soaps, shampoos, and much more. We could tell that they love to take care of others by the hospitality that they showed. The conch shells were abundant on the beach. I picked up some old conch shells and was delighted to see purple and green algae on them. They were beautiful! We also saw 7 star fish in the water at Sea Beauty. At Star Fish Point we saw over 200 star fish in about 2 hours of snorkeling! We enjoyed discovering new (to us) wildlife at the private beach. We also enjoyed the hammocks and the kayak. The full moon rising over the beach was breathtaking. The best way to sum up the private beach is PEACEFUL. We will never forget our special anniversary week in the Grand Caymans!
Peaceful and Private
We loved staying at Sea Beauty! We arrived with our two children (ages 7 and 8) and had the most relaxing and fun vacation we\'ve ever had. The private beach was definitely a highlight. The boys played, snorkeled, swam, and I relaxed in the hammock. It was so peaceful. The house also had everything we needed for our perfect vacation. Thank you!

My wife and I were able to enjoy a week here -- just the two of us. The house was amazing and the owners were so kind and helpful. They provided everything necessary for a trouble-free stay. We enjoyed every minute of the private beach, the non-stop breeze, and the sound of the waves hitting the barrier reef in the distance. If you want to enjoy a vacation that feels like you are on your own little island, you should definitely stay here.

Cathy & Jerry\'s Sea Beauty Cottage completely met and exceeded our expectations! The attention to details within the cottage made our vacation worry free. My daughters and I enjoyed the kayak, we rented snorkeling equipment, and explored the waters right off the private beach, where we saw starfish and beautiful corals with all their beauty.
It was simply amazing, beautiful and very clean.

Amazingly Wonderful Stay
Sea Beauty owners did a fantastic job with this house. You can tell it is well cared for and loved. The beachfront is amazing - we spent days enjoying the view. The snorkeling was fantastic and the parrots in the trees were a special treat. We will never forget the calm serenity and endless coconuts to drink out of. We will come back again in the future for some rest and relaxation.

Clean and Well Appointed, Piece of Paradise
Sea Beauty is a lovely Cayman cottage. The front and back porches are great places to enjoy the atmosphere. Our huge iguana visitor was a rare experience. The private beach is a little piece of paradise. Cathy and Jerry are kind and caring. Thank you for the teapot and the bananas and coconut water. The people everywhere we went were polite and helpful. We loved Stingray City, botanical gardens aand Rum Point. Thanks for everything.

It wouldn\'t take much for me to cut and run to this island paradise... When I die I would like to have my ashes scattered in the water here where my spirit can dance with the Gods of the Sun and Maids of the Sea. Another life here in the sun!
We hit the Jackpot
Sea Beauty is a very special place where there are many fine places to stay on this beautiful Island. Out of the way from Georgetown, a pristine 300 foot private beach all to yourselves, and the very comfortable, clean and functional Sea Beauty. We could not agree more with all the previous comments. The purpose of our trip was to be with our two sons who stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman to take their scuba diving certification classes. A nice place to stay ? but still not Sea Beauty! When they visited our special quiet vacation place on the southeastern part of the Island, their reaction was simply that this is paradise. We hit the jackpot. My daughter left her jacket at Sea Beauty. No problem. Host Cathy Frazier delivered it to our son at the Holiday Inn. Thanks Cathy. We also liked dealing contractually with Jim Leavitt of Grand Cayman Villas. Everything was seamless via electronically through DocuSign, Inc. Thanks Cathy and Jerry Frazier for making our five day stay at Sea Beauty memorable.
A Comfortable Home away from Home
Sea Beauty was everything it promised to be from the accommodations to the lovely private beach. Cathy and Jerry were very welcoming and attentive to detail. The cottage is extremely well appointed and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck on the back of the cottage, as well as the hammocks on the beach. Bring your camera, Grand Cayman has many photo ops! (blow holes and coastal shots) We would definitely stay at Sea Beauty on our next visit to Grand Cayman.
Paradise in the Caymans
If your idea of vacation is relaxing on a beach away from the maddening crowds then this is the place. This totally accessible cottage steps from a private beach was an amazing find. Newly remodeled with a gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, dishwasher, washer and dryer and walk-in shower, our every need was met. Cathy and Jerry made sure we felt right at home. The house was nicely stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. A car is a must if you want to explore and driving was easy on the East End. I wish we had stayed two weeks!
My home away from home
I had the pleasure of staying at Sea Beauty with my two daughters for 5 weeks this Summer. It was absolutely the most wonderful experience. The home was immaculate, with the most comfortable furnishings and all new appliances. No detail was overlooked when setting up this rental, we had everything we could want or need. Sea Beauty is just as the name describes with a pristine 300 foot beach located directly across the road. It was so peaceful and quiet, we felt like celebrities enjoying our own private paradise. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and watching the Cayman green parrots and playing volleyball on the beach. I enjoyed some sunbathing and reading while the girls played and we even did some snorkeling. I especially enjoyed the 4 Cayman Whistling Ducks that come to visit and get a snack. We came to the island for scuba diving and we keep coming back because of the wonderful people we have met there and Jerry and Cathy Frazier are the best!!! I would recommend this property to anyone and I look forward to going back there again myself.
What's not perfect about paradise?
From first glance, Sea Beauty swept my breath away, it's totally enchanting, appointed with the best of everything (air coditioner is noiseless, windows sparkle, appliances newest and best, water heater pure genius, linens luxurious and abundant, etc. and goodness everywhere). I was met by owners who explained the simplicity of running the house. They provide you with a phone which is a total pleasure to use and have, Island resources available easily and a phone call away-- all preprogrammed into phone--, police station close but not too close. And the beach: there stretches 300 feet of glorious private beach, where my visiting cousin spent a whole day and was perfectly happy between sea dips, hammock rests and lounge chair reading, strolling, and returned refreshed, and happy as a clam. Amenities were so well considered, felt like best packing ever because i had no needs which owners had not thought of, everything was there! Made me miss my handicapped friends and family. They would have been able to manage with wheelchairs, very uncommon in Cayman. Here it is set up perfectly and thoughtfully. While compact, house could absorb many folks comfortably, and happily. Location is perfect for enchanted time in enchanting place, away from bother and messy bits. I long to return.

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 5 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
