Booking Rules
- Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
- 3-night minimum: Apr 15 - Dec 15.
- 5-night minimum: Jan 4 - Apr 14.
- 6-night minimum: Thanksgiving week.
- 7-night minimum: Festive Holiday Season
- Inquire about last-minute stays and long-term rental discounts
Aqua Policies
- Check-in is 3:00 PM (inquire for early check-in)
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM (inquire for late check-out)
- All units are non-smoking, pets not permitted.
- No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without prior written consent from the property manager.
- We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool, or on their patios or balconies, by keeping the noise to a minimum.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% (of rent) deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due as follows:
- Apr 15 - Dec 15: 30 days prior to arrival.
- Thanksgiving & Jan 4- Apr 14: 60 days prior to arrival.
- Dec 16 - Jan 3: 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to [email protected]
- Free cancellation if cancelled within 48 hours of booking.
- Cancellations outside of 48 hours but within the timeframe below are subject to a full refund less a US$200 processing fee:
- Apr 15 - Dec 15: 30 days prior to arrival.
- Thanksgiving & Jan 4- Apr 14: 60 days prior to arrival.
- Dec 16 - Jan 3: 90 days prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, rent and service fee will be forfeited. Any taxes or equipment rental fees will be refunded.
- No refunds for shortened stays within the cancelation period.

Getting Around
A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
