Welcome to Turtle Breeze, a breathtaking, Balinese-style 6-bedroom oceanfront estate nestled in West Bay just north of Seven Mile Beach.

Designed with privacy in mind, Turtle Beach offers a micro-resort experience across 2 acres of lush tropical landscape bordered by the serene Barkers National Park. With no neighbors on either side, you’ll experience blissful seclusion and island tranquility throughout your stay.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are nothing short of spectacular. The centerpiece is a massive pool deck complete with a sunken lounge, a swim-up bar, and a heated spa overlooking the backyard beach. Surrounding the 80,000-gallon pool, you’ll find ample shade provided by towering palm trees, a covered veranda, and a bird-cage tiki lounge perched over the water.

The pool deck is flanked by an alfresco dining cabana offering a summer kitchen with a propane grill, wet bar, and a spacious outdoor dining table. Whether you’re enjoying a meal under the stars or a cookout by the beach, this setting is perfect for memorable gatherings. 

Ristorante Pappagallos, one of the Island’s oldest restaurants, is a two-minute walk away and sits on a natural saltwater lagoon with a bird sanctuary. Sun seekers will relish the villa’s private beachfront, ideal for long walks or snorkeling adventures right in your backyard. For adventure seekers, Turtle Breeze is conveniently close to ATV Cayman for land tours, Kite Surf Cayman for extreme thrills, and Pampered Ponies for horseback rides along the beach. SCUBA divers will find Indigo Divers just down the road in West Bay, where the whole family can also enjoy visiting the Cayman Turtle Center. 

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the estate’s mini golf course, complete with multiple tee boxes, sand traps, and a large putting area. Wedges, putters, and balls are provided, setting the stage for friendly competitions amidst the stunning surroundings.

This expansive estate is thoughtfully designed across three distinct structures: a 2-story, 3-bedroom main villa with a detached 1-bedroom poolhouse, a carriage suite over the detached garage, and a 1-bedroom guesthouse with a den and kitchenette.

Together, these accommodations comfortably sleep up to 14 guests, or 12 adults maximum, making Turtle Breeze the perfect choice for large families or groups seeking a private and luxurious escape.

The Main Villa + Poolhouse sleeps 8 adults max, plus 2 children in pack-n-plays or memory foam roll-away beds.

• Bedroom 1: primary suite, lower level, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the pool deck, spacious walk-in closet, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, and separate shower.
• Bedroom 2: lower level, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the pool deck, SmartTV, ensuite with double vanity, and zero-entry rainfall shower with water wand.
• Bedroom 3: lower-level, pool house, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to a private cabana and the pool deck, double closets, SmartTV, ensuite with dual vanity, and zero-entry rainfall shower with water wand. 
• Bedroom 4: lower level, king bed, garden views, double closets, SmartTV, ensuite with double vanity, and zero-entry rainfall shower with water wand.

The Carriage Suite above the garage sleeps 2 adults max.

• Bedroom 5: private entry, upper-level, king bed, desk + chair with dual monitor hub, SmartTV, ensuite with shower.

The Guesthouse sleeps 2 guests; suitable for family staff or teenagers. 

• Bedroom 6: private entry, queen bed, private den with SmartTV, kitchenette with sink, microwave, stovetop, laundry room, plus ensuite with shower.

Inside the main villa, the unique design places the living areas on the upper level, offering elevated ocean vistas and walk-out access to a veranda balcony. Sure to catch every guest’s eye is the tiki bird-cage lounge, which will be a popular perch for sunset happy hours and late-night hangs.

The upper level also includes a formal dining area, two media dens, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances plus a butler’s pantry. The two media dens—one for adults and one for children—are outfitted with Smart TVs and streaming services, providing entertainment for everyone.
