Welcome to Starfish Kai, unit C28 of the Kaibo Phase II condominiums.
This 2-bedroom home checks all the boxes for an island vacation that offers both luxury and privacy while being only a short walk from The Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurants, and watersports.
Snorkel and scuba charters depart from The Kaibo Marina, as well as the Cayman Ferry to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The Rum Point Club is also within walking distance for snorkeling, barefoot swimming, and watersports. Starfish Point is also only a 5-minute walk west. For fun under the stars, book a kayak tour of the Bioluminescent Bay and watch the water glow at night!
The owners recently renovated this second-floor condo sparing no expense. Bright white shiplap wall treatment, porcelain plank flooring, and a full kitchen redesign show that nothing has been overlooked at Starfish Kai.
Wolf and Sub-zero major appliances, a beverage fridge, a built-in microwave, and beaded-edge cabinetry are all over the top.
Carerra marble throughout the bathrooms gives a very clean and tidy resort look. Nest thermostats control an entirely new air conditioning system.
Outside amenities include a large pool deck with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun. The shared pool includes a spa (heated in winter only) overlooking a white sandy beachfront with seaside hammocks for guests to enjoy. Beach chairs are also provided to take to Starfish Point and Rum Point Beach--just don't forget to bring them back, please!
Sleeping Arrangements
(Licensed to sleep 4 adults max, 4 guests total)
- Primary Suite - king bed, waterfront views, television, ceiling fan, ensuite with large rainfall shower, water wand, and shower bench.
- Guest Suite - king bed, television, ceiling fan, ensuite with rainfall shower.
The positioning of Starfish Kai also lends itself to amazing sunset views and less breeze on the beach. That said, on cooler winter nights, our guests can shut down the air conditioning and open the front windows to allow the eastern tradewinds to cool the home.
For a two-bedroom condo, Starfish Kai has the finer amenities of a four-bedroom villa. You won't find a more upgraded condo in the Kaibo Phase II complex.

The perfect escape
Absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! It had everything we could possibly need — clean, comfortable, and beautifully equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The space was cozy yet modern, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and Clean
We loved Grand Cayman and will definitely be back again. The place was beautiful and clean. Everything was accurately shown and the location was amazing.
Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing stay here, the condo was perfect just as the pictures look, but better. The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances and all the necessities, including an air fryer, ice maker, wine fridge. The bathrooms were nicely stocked too, tons of towels & beach towels, pool & beach toys. The condo rental company also rented us SUPs, which were a bit heavy to move, but stable in the windy week we had. The cove was perfect for swimming up & down and plenty of sea life to watch. We paddled to Star Fish Point every day. The rental company also loaned us a Nespresso Machine, cooler (they had them at the apt), a wireless speaker, snorkly gear etc. We hope to be back here soon.
Loved Our Stay
We loved our stay and hope to be back! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our family of four (including a 3 and 5 year old) right on the beach with a pretty pool and hot tub and plenty of beach chairs, toys. We were there right after Christmas and nothing was crowded, which was so nice. Two things to note about the location. Rum Point is great if you're looking for a quiet place to relax (and was awesome for our young kids) but I did not rent a car and next time I would. There is really only one restaurant in walking distance (which we loved but can only eat at so many times) and the Rum Point Club and market require driving. Thankfully our friends had a car we could borrow. Second, stock up on groceries on your way in as the closest market is very pricey. One other thing to note is that the management company is at a different location than the condo. We went straight to condo, which we could get into, but don't forget to stop on your way!
Can't Say Enough Positive Things
Can’t say enough positive things about this place! Photos do not do it justice! Extremely well appointed, very high-end appliances and amenities. Had absolutely anything anyone could ever need for the beach and more! All we needed was food and not one thing else! The location next to Cabo is outstanding… Can take the fair Kamana Bay so that you don’t have to drive across the island. Post are very responsive! Make sure to check with them about companies they partner with for discounts, including rental car, etc..wish I would have understood all of the benefits earlier.

We have had the most amazing stay here! Very well appointed, super high-end appliances, extraordinarily clean, every amenity thought of. We need absolutely nothing and thoroughly enjoyed this luxury rental! Worth every penny!
Beautiful Condo and Peaceful View
The condo was beautiful and the view was so peaceful to wake up to every morning. The condo had all of the amenities you could possibly need and was conveniently located within steps of Kaibo restaurant and coffee shop where you could also get picked up by boat for excursions (highly recommend visiting stingray city). Starfish point is within a 5 minute walk. Rum Point is on the quieter end of the island so highly recommend renting a car as you are about an hours drive to the popular 7 mile beach. There are also some other great local restaurants within a 15 minute drive. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful, well appointed condo, this is the place.
Wonderful
The condo had everything! It was recently updated and they did an amazing job. The owner has thought of everything and really went out of his way to make this the perfect place to rent. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the island in the future.

Stunning villa.
Part of the phase 2 buildings at Kaibo Marina. Beautifully decorated beach front first floor villa. Has everything you could ask for. Will be rebooking.
Absolutely Beautiful!
The condo is absolutely beautiful with high end appliances and a great screened in porch! It was our cool haven after long days in the heat! The pool was very clean and well maintained, plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and pool deck to enjoy. The whole area is very quiet and relaxing, we definitely enjoyed our stay in Cayman Kai!

Serene!
Firstly, Cayman Kai (the area in which the villa is located) is one of the most serene and beautiful places I?ve ever been. The close proximity to Starfish Point was incredible. A 3 minute drive and you?re in heaven! The villa itself is as beyond expectations. It has everything you could ever want to make you feel as if you were at home. Beautiful finishings to the villa were the cherry on top. Our family of 4 were very happy to stay there for a week. Highly recommend!
Excellent condo
Great location. Very quiet. Easy to drive around and visit other parts of the island. Condo/villa was in excellent condition and very nicely decorated and updated. We loved the screen porch with the high top table. Would definitely go back to the same unit!

Booking Rules
- 5 night minimum stay required.
- 6 night minimum stay required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 night minimum stay required over Christmas & New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
