Back inside, the home's 4-bedroom suites are spread across two levels, with three upstairs and one downstairs.

• Bedroom 1: upper level, primary suite, king bed, HD TV, private balcony, walk-in closet, ensuite with double vanity, deep soaking bathtub, plus separate rainfall shower with water wand.
• Bedroom 2: upper level, king bed, ensuite with shower.
• Bedroom 3: upper level, XL twin over full bunk bed, ensuite with shower.
• Bedroom 4: lower level, king bed, ensuite with shower.
