Welcome to Hilltime, a spacious single-story beachfront villa located in beautiful Rum Point. Featuring multiple bedroom terraces, a private pool, and backyard snorkeling, Hilltime is a fabulous destination along the island's North Side.
Hilltime's family room has been reconfigured by separating the dining and living areas to free up space for everyone in your group to spread out. The living area has been reshuffled with sofa seating and a wall-mounted television opposite the kitchen area. A new dining table sits against the windows providing beachfront views with every meal. Vaulted ceilings and tall windows allow natural light and sweeping views to fill the home.
The new layout makes the best use of the space while accentuating the stunning ocean views throughout.
In addition to the family room, a double bunk room has been added to sleep 4 children or 2 adults. The bunk room comes furnished with a SmartTV and plush round poufs for comfy seating. The bunk room shares an adjacent hall bathroom with the East Bedroom.
Other upgrades include a Sonos Home Sound System. Set the vibe and let your favorite songs fill the home. A portable Sonos Move is located in the kitchen. Just grab it off its base and take your tunes to the beach or pool deck!
The villa's 5 bedrooms are divided by the family room with 2 on the west wing and 3 on the east wing.

- West Primary Suite: king bed, ocean views, television, blackout blinds, walk-out oceanfront terrace, ensuite with double vanity, makeup counter, large shower with walk-out access to the pool deck.

- East Suite: king bed, ocean views, large closet, blackout blinds, walk-out oceanfront terrace, and ensuite with shower.
- East Bedroom: king bed, ocean views, large closet, blackout blinds, walk-out oceanfront terrace, shares adjacent hall bath equipped with shower bath.
- East Bunk Room: 2 sets of double bunks, SmartTV, blackout blinds, shares adjacent hall bath equipped with shower bath.
The home's freshwater pool sits on the land-side of the villa protecting guests from trade winds in the winter and absorbing most of the sun's rays. Sail shades and all-new sun loungers circle the pool deck.
The pool deck also includes a cabana for shady relief from the island sun. For the grill master in your group, a new Weber propane grill is provided for island cookouts.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Modern appliances including dishware, utensils, glassware, and cookware are all provided. Hire a private chef for a night of in-villa dining or start your morning with a champagne brunch!
The beach behind the villa is wide and sandy with superb snorkeling inside the reef-protected shallows. Children, and the young at heart, will love the custom wood swing set installed along the beach. The property sits on a deep estate of over an acre with heavily-landscaped grounds.
Plenty of off-street parking is available with room to turn around in the driveway.

Wonderful Visit
We were not the first to arrive so our son handled the check in, so I can't vote on that. The facility is very beautiful, very clean and has everything needed for us to enjoy our time there. We used snorkel masks and fins and two kayaks from the welcome center which family members enjoyed. Our nephew lives in Georgetown so we got to spend time with him and other family members which was wonderful. Overall, it was a wonderful visit.
Everything We Needed
This was my eighth time staying in Cayman, first time at Hilltime. House provided everything we needed. Enjoyed many ocean red stripes! Saw a stingray jump out front of the house. We liked that the four bedrooms all face the ocean. Air conditioner worked well. Kitchen size was nice. Property manager quite responsive.
Stunning home on the water
Our one week stay in this gorgeous home was far too short. Access to snorkeling could not have been easier. Bedrooms were spacious, all with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool is small, so lap swimmers would not find it challenging. But the pool area provides a nice respite from the trade winds on the opposite side of the home.The Grand Cayman Villas and Condos Company , as well as our property manager Penni, were spectacular in customer service, providing quick responses to all our questions, and frequent reminders and/or inquiry re: any needs we may have had. Overall, the best rental we have ever experienced!
Incredible and Accommodating House
What an incredible and accommodating house for our party of 12. They were kids from under one to over 70 and space for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we cooked almost every night over our one week stay. We liked rum point because we were close to star fish point and the stingrays. A private beach in front of the house was so nice to have and we were able to snorkel and see many beautiful fish, even though there was a lot of seagrass that didn't bother us. All the locals were very friendly and kind. Our dinner at Kano was a highlight for all of us. We would definitely stay at this home again.
Amazing Time!
We had an amazing time. 3 families. 6 adults and 5 kids all under 7. House layout was great and clean. About 50 min from airport and 7 mile beach. 3 great restaurants up by rum point (kaibo/rum point beach club and tukka). Also where star fish and stingray beach leave from. House was exactly as pictured. Great beach and to the right about 50 ft was clear for kids to swim. I swam further out and the reefs were amazing for snorkeling. Host and property manager were super responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again.
Phenomenal House
We had a fabulous stay at Hilltime. 3 families, 6 adults and 4 kids. First of all, the pics do not do it justice as the house is phenomenal. Right on the beach, plenty of space if you need that me time when with a large group. Rum Point is quiet and beautiful, way less motion than Georgetown/7 mile beach area. You definitely need a vehicle bit it's not out the way. Capt. Herman's by far was my favorite. Big shout out to Tanya and her husband at check-in and during our stay they were great and their local recommendations were spot on. We will definitely be staying at Hilltime again. Peace! Perfect
Hilltime was perfect for our family, ages 12-81! The beach was quiet and private and the pool was amazing. Plenty of seating for dinner, movies, game time. The large kitchen was amazing as we ate meals at home. Fosters grocery delivery was exceptional and recommended. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful house and property. The house had a great layout for our family and the pool was enjoyed by all. The views and the beach were beautiful.
Very Nice
The house was very nice to accommodate a group. The beach right in front of the house was nice for laying out and enough room to play paddleball. Be aware that the shoreline along the water is shallow with rocky entry to get into the water. Water shoes recommended. However, you can enter on sandy beach about 50 ft from the property. Kitchen was well equipped. Communication was excellent. Pool area had limited space, but the beach was so nice that we didn?t use the pool much. This side of the island is quiet. Car rental recommended to get to most destinations for dinner, groceries, etc.
Nicest Rental We\'ve Ever Stayed In
Probably the nicest rental we\'ve ever stayed in. Amazing for all ages, ranging from 6 months to 70 years. To have an opportunity to spend this time in paradise all together is a blessing we will always remember and cherish.
Perfect House for a Family Vacation
Hilltime is beautiful! Perfect house for a family vacation. Amazing snorkeling! The pool is great when you need a break from the wind and sea. Penni was easy to get in touch with and so nice! The boat tour to sting ray city with Warren was the absolute best! Hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful property perfectly setup for family fun. Minutes away from Rum Point beach which has undergone some wonderful renovations, restaurant & outside beach bar are fantastic. Perfect spot for a day of beach fun. Low key chill vibe is perfect for families looking to escape the chaos of 7 Mile Beach. Highly recommend

Privacy is Unmatched
We had a wonderful time at Hilltime Villa. The area was great for four small children and the privacy was unmatched. Our chef\'s dinner with Chef Remy was amazing and we enjoyed our trips to Sting Ray City and Starfish Beach.
Loved Our Family Vacay!
We loved our family vacay at your beautiful house- perfect for a relaxing week away from high tourist packed areas! The snorkeling out back is great- as were the kayaks! It\'s like being on a deserted island with convenience of driving to get necessities. We loved exploring the blow holes and the great Mexican restaurant(La Casita). Also recommend Over The Edge restaurant! Our family loved the day on the private charter (Silver Thatch)- Warren was an. excellent sailor and guide!When the evening breeze blows, spend some time in the hammock- About the most relaxed we\'ve ever been. We hope to return!
The Best Vacation!
We had the best vacation! The house was perfect and accommodated our families. We felt like we had so much privacy yet we had plenty of things to do. The only thing I would recommend is buying groceries from Cost-U-Less, instead of Hurleys or Fosters. You will save a lot of money! We loved Stingray City, 7 Mile Beach, swimming with the dolphins, and the Bioluminescence kayaking. Jerry and Ray were the best on stingray adventure! Get up early and enjoy your coffee and this view!! Penni, you were great! Thank you for your hospitality!
Best of Both Worlds!
We stayed for a week in July 2023. The house was great for an extended family vacation. The main living area was the perfect size and the bedrooms were a good size. We enjoyed having the pool and being right on the beach. Best of both worlds.
Enjoy the View
We had the best vacation, Hilltime was perfect and accommodated our families.We felt like we hadplenty of privacy yret there was so much to do in the area as well.Recommend buying groceries from Cost-You-Less instead of one or=f the local grocery stores if you have a large geroup. We loved Stingray City, the beach at Hilltime, swimming with Dolphins and the Bio Bay.. Get up early with some Coffee and enjoy the view!

The property was beautiful, comfortable and nicely stocked! We had fun with Silver Thatch Charters to the stingrays and a wonderful dinner at the Kimpton Seafire, and deep sea fishing as well. Hope to come back again in cooler season. Thank you.

Paradise
We absolutely loved our ten day stay at this location! If you?re looking for a place for a family get-away that feels like your on a private tropical island this is it! Our daily beach-front view was gorgeous from several windows facing the blue-green ocean. The furnishings were perfect with 4 of 5 bedrooms having king beds. The fifth bedroom had 2 bunkbeds. We snorkeled and kayaked in the waters out back that feature a reef. There was some seaweed but it was manageable. The pool is not on the ocean side and though it is not large it accommodated our family just fine! Larger grocery stores are about 40 minutes away but there is a smaller store close by for essentials. We did the touristy activities but this property was a private respite away from the crowds. Be sure to book a private charter thru Siverthatch - so much fun!We had a few issues but the manager responded each time ?even replacing the outdoor grill with a brand new grill! We highly recommend this house/property and we plan to return!
Start to Finish Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time?being on the ocean was great..Silver Thatch handled our kayak rentals and supplied snorkeling gear. Pool was wonderful!!! Had a problem with fuse in one bedroom, but Penny walked us through. We had pictures on the beach through with Alice, partner with Deep Blue Imaging?she was so professional and fun to be around?the house had perfect spots for great pictures. Was little farther from our activities but we did not mind the drive. Great restaurants, all recommended by Silver Thatch!
Spacious, Clean and Well Stocked
We had a wonderful week at Hilltime. The house had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The beach was amazing. We snorkeled, kayaked and paddle boarded everyday right off the back of the property. We saw tons of fish, sting rays, star fish, and turtles! The pool was also perfect for when we needed a break from the beach. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it. The only thing to be aware of is you are on a quieter part of the island so it is a drive to grocery stores or restaurants.

Our visit to Cayman Islands was even better staying at Hilltime. This home located near Rum Point was the perfect location. The private beach backyard, snorkeling, kayaking, swings and the most amazing views. Plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. Everything you need has been provided, just bring your swimming suit ?? Our host Penni was wonderful and responded quickly when we needed anything. The beach location with the views, coral walls and swings was the perfect spot for our professional family photos we had done. Our photographer thought the the area was so beautiful. Hilltime is terrific - even for just two people
More bedrooms than we need, but the common space and all the different outdoor areas are great. I wasn?t sure I?d like the pool being on the opposite side of the house from the beach, but having spent two weeks here, I now prefer it. We?ll be back next year.
Property review
Hilltime is just as advertised. They provided everything that a guest would need. The house is comfortable, the beach is great, the location provided a the location provided very private and quiet atmosphere, we had a great vacation.

Amazing PRIVATE house
If you are on the fence please let this review be the one to get you there. We recently stayed at this property and not only was the house itself GORGEOUS, spacious, & immaculate, it sits on its own private spot where you will unlikely see a single soul. The entire stay was amazing, starting in the driveway it is like its own botanical jungle with the pool and amazing deck in the front. Followed into the house where it overlooks the ocean to your own beach. The hammock sits under the shade and the snorkeling right off your beach is something I will never forget. Chisholms groceries is right down the road and will have a lot of what you need. Highly recommend tucca East as well for dinner, we had an amazing time and we WILL be back!

Amazing!
This villa was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING. The privacy was amazing, the whole beach to ourselves. It was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Love being able to switch from the pool to the beach just by walking a few feet. Very responsive host who makes sure you have absolutely everything you need. Snorkeling right off the beach to the reef was amazing so many fish to see. It\'s not very common I want to visit the same place twice, but I I\'ll be staying her again!
Amazing Beach/Oceanside Home!
What a perfect place for a get away for two families! The house set up is perfect, everything is in great condition and you can\'t beat the location. It was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. Everyone had a blast. Coming back next year!
2nd time around
Our family stayed in his lovely home 4 years ago and it is just as great this time as it was then. we have two new members of the family...a 2 1/2 year old and a year old. The house was perfect for us, the 2 year old announcing daily that she loved 'my' house, 'my' beach and 'my' pool. The house has 4 spacious and very comfortable bedrooms plus another room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels! Penny, the property manager, was very responsive to requests and things were taken care of very quickly.

Highly Recommend
We had four couples and the house was ideal. Close to Rum Point and good restaurants, Penni was very helpful and responsive. House is well appointed, views are amazing and the beach in back was larger than most of the other houses. We highly recommend.
Lovely house, one of the best beaches
We have had a wonderful time at Hilltime. Penni was very responsive to any questions and was quick to assist with one repair request. We had four couples in our group, and the house was ideal with its four bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms. The house is set back from both the road, and the beach, which means you have plenty of room to enjoy the beach. There are several restaurants close by and all were good. The kitchen was well appointed and the pool area is lovely. We highly recommend this house.

What a perfect place for a family vacation! Awesome layout, smooth process and I go on and on and on. We loved snorkeling, sea kayaking, the pool, cooking in the kitchen and enjoying the island. We will return for sure!

Hilltime December 2022
We were a group of 4 couples in our mid-60s. The home is just lovely. Plenty of room for all of us and we spent a lot of time in the kitchen/living area. I think we saw 6 other people on the beach the whole time we were there. Very quiet and peaceful. Pool was bit cool but felt good. The beds are great! We all slept very well. Kitchen has what you need. We had groceries delivered the day we arrived and that was perfect after a long travel day. (Well worth the delivery fee.) Silver Thatch staff was great to deal with. We borrowed snorkeling gear. Do know this side of the island gets lots of wind. We didn't mind as it kept us cool. Star gazing was great. We swam all the way out to the breakers. Do suggest you wear water shoes. Coral can be sharp in places. This is our third trip to Cayman. We visit Seven Mile one time to eat and shop but that is plenty for us. Too many boat people. We loved the BBQ at Cayman Kai. So fun. Good music. We had a chef come to the house one night and that was a real treat. Highly recommend. About $100 per person. Rum Point wasn't open yet but getting close. You can still swim there, though. Yes, groceries can be pricey but hey, it's vacation in Grand Cayman. We ate breakfast in and ate late lunches. Had a few dinners out at night but spending $$$ out really isn't our thing. We were there for the atmosphere and beauty. A few bedroom doors to the deck do not open. Ask about that.

Fantastic and Clean
Wonderful. Upon arrival all my guests said \"Wow!!\" Very clean. Kitchen super well equipped. Beach and pool were fantastic. Plenty of towels and toiletries.
Great alla around property
Exceptional property. Even nicer than online photos. Penni came by shortly after arrival for a great orientation. We had a couple problems figuring out light switches but Penni responded no matter the time of day. More than amply supplied with kitchen equipment, drink glasses etc. Most everything looked brand new. Our friends were super impressed with the villa too. Used Silver Thatch to schedule a charter to Sting Ray City. Captain Warren was 5-star excellent, boat looked brand new too!!! Only thing we would change is....NOTHING!!!?
Family of 10 Christmas vacation visit
We enjoyed our stay at Hilltime. Very clean property with excellent manager in Penni . Just an fyi you are pretty isolated on Rum Point and with Rum Point main restaurant under construction expect 15-30 minute drives to East End for dinners. The staff at Silver Thatch friendly and efficient. We used Silver Thatch boat for stingray city and snorkeling trip. ??? to our captain Warren
Beautiful and private setting
This home was everything shown in the listing. It was beautifully furnished and the view is simply spectacular! We especially appreciated having the pool because our water activities were compromised by the excessive sargasm seaweed during our visit. We visited as a group of four couples and the four bedrooms with private bathrooms in each worked perfectly. Only suggestion is to replace the pool furniture as it is getting a bit worn (I'm sure from all the beautiful sunshine!). Thank you for allowing us to stay in your exceptional home! On a separate note, the booking company was very organized. The communication leading up to the visit was spot on and they made sure we had everything in order as to visiting from another country. After arrival, the check-in process was easy and we really appreciated the complimentary snorkel equipment and use of a cooler. If we ever visit the area again, we would definitely use their services!

Cayman Perfection
Our group of 8 - 5 adults, 3 teens - enjoyed every moment of our time at Hilltime. The house is wonderful for a large group with plenty of comfortable sleeping and congregating space. We enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach, the patios and the pool. The kitchen is big, beautiful and well stocked for cooking (important for us as we cooked 5 out of 7 nights). We appreciated the many beach towels provided, as well. The house is a true gem and we loved every minute there! The staff at Grand Cayman Villas & Condos were wonderful. Penni, the house manager, was responsive to all inquiries and issues. I was impressed with all of the information provided prior to our arrival - everyone was on top of making sure we were ready to travel and knew the requirements. Silver Thatch was amazing - we borrowed a speaker, coolers, an Apple TV and snorkel gear. Amazing not to have to tote those things on flights. Everyone that we talked to was helpful and kind. We ate at La Casitas on Penni\'s recommendation - amazing!! Everyone in our party loved it. We also at at Cocoloba on 7 Mile Beach - a beautiful place to end the day with a sunset and a delicious meal. This was the easiest international trip we\'ve made and we loved every minute - our week went by way too fast!

Wonderful house! Perfect for two families. Location is on the quiet side of the island, with only a little market near by. Get your bulk of groceries delivered! Would definitely go back. The sargassum can be a little crazy. Comes and goes. Highly recommend Hilltime!
Amazing views
Hilltime was the perfect house for our family vacation! It is very spacious and well equipped. The beds are so comfortable. The linens are crisp and white! No complaints from anyone and my family is very particular! Each of the four large bedrooms have an amazing view and their own access to the sundeck. We travelled to Grand Cayman with all our children and grand children to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Our grandchildren range from 3 years to 19 years and they all enjoyed the pool and beach. We rented 3 kayaks and a paddle board which were great to use right from the beach. We enjoyed snorkeling as well. Hilltime?s beach area is much larger than some of the surrounding properties. The sargassum didn?t really bother us much. We raked a path for the kayaks and wore water shoes. (Do bring water shoes as the coral can be rough. Also, watch out for fire coral. A few of my grandkids got a nasty rash from it. Don?t touch!) The house is bright and airy and well decorated. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and plenty of room for our large family. The only negative I can say is that if you?re going to cook much in the kitchen, be prepared to purchase everything including salt and pepper. The cupboards were bare of essentials such as condiments, baggies, aluminum foil, paper towels, napkins, etc. They do supply dish soap, hand soap and one small shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for each bathroom. If you?ve never travelled to GC before, don?t be surprised by the price of food! It?s quite a bit higher than US, plus add about 25% to the Cayman dollar for your cost. Also, Rum Point is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy water sports and solitude. We went to 7 mile beach one day which was nice, but we preferred the location of Rum Point. Never had to travel too far for fun things to do such as Starfish point, Kaibo restaurant and marina, Crystal Caves, jet skiing, boating excursions for snorkeling and swimming with the stingrays and deep sea fishing!
Family celebration
My family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children celebrated our 50 anniversary by booking the Hilltime villa. It was a beautiful house that accommodated our family perfectly. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Hilltime Views
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The view was spectacular, and we loved the privacy, and having our own private beach. We spent several mornings having coffee on the beach watching the sun rise. Definitely bring water shoes, as the start of the water is very rocky. Renting kayaks was key. Unfortunately a lot of the island was still closed and pretty quiet due to Covid, we will have to come back when things are in full swing again.

Great Villa with Direct Water Access
We were very pleased with our stay at Hilltime. Excellent layout with everything all on one floor. The water access was perfect...every day we brought our two year old down to the beach for playtime. Everything in the villa was neat and tidy. For sure we would come back again!
Hilltime - Repeat Staycation
Well we couldn\'t leave the island again, so we came back to Hilltime for another staycation. Better than the first as the kids knew where everything was. We love this home and even when the island reopens, we hope to come back for short stays again and again.

Thanksgiving on Island
Due to Covid travel, we were not permitted to leave the island this year to go back home for Thanksgiving. So we packed our bags and headed to north side for a relaxing week in Rum Point. Wonderful home and excellent booking process. We were well taken care of.
Paradise
Our family had a marvelous stay at Hilltime last week. The home is well maintained, beds comfortable and a wonderful elevated view of the ocean. The kids lover the pool as well. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope we can return soon if we can not leave the island.

Staycation
We had a wonderful 5 night staycation at Hilltime for our family. We were unable to leave Grand Cayman this summer for our normal Holiday. So nice to have an option locally to at least get away for a while. Thank you Scott, for helping us with the selection process. We will come again!

Spacious with Amazing Views
Hilltime is an incredible property with stunning views, privacy, and the pinnacle of relaxation. It is worth the drive to the North Side of the island to truly get away from it all. It is close enough drive to restaurants at Rum Point and Kaibo but it also the perfect property to just sit and enjoy the beauty around you. The kitchen is well organized and the house is spacious so people can find their own space and privacy. Each room and bedroom has its own amazing view of the water. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect property.
Great Property, Great Location
Hilltime is a great property with its own beach which means good snorkeling and kayaking. We enjoyed the open concept inside and the pool was wonderful. The inside was clean and had all of the necessity. The only unfortunate aspect was the change in ownership which meant a change in property management. The new property manager was not responsive at all. Her orientation was obviously subpar because she had never shown the property before (which we totally understand) but, to not be responsive thereafter was unacceptable. Otherwise, we would highly recommend Hilltime.
Fantastic stay at Hilltime
We stayed at Hilltime for a week and had a fantastic stay. The home is incredibly spacious and well maintained. The views and sandy beach are amazing. We also really enjoyed the pool and the private location - it\'s an incredibly quiet and peaceful spot. We ate all of our meals outside on the deck and loved the cool ocean breeze. It was really easy to get to Rum Point or Kaibo or over to enjoy the restaurants on the East End of the island. The water is great for kayaking and snorkeling but not as great for swimming, but we didn\'t seem to mind. The property manager was very friendly and easy to work with. We stayed with kids as young as 3 and grandparents and it was great for all ages. We\'d highly recommend it!
Hilltime property
very nice property we loved the trip. the tv never worked, the satellite was broken and hanging, we reported it first day but it was never fixed while we were there. other than that it was great.
Fantastic
It’s truly the most magical place. Peaceful but close to great restaurants and stores that getting around with a car was easy. My family of five felt like we were home but in a magical paradise.
Perfect Getaway From All Your Troubles
My wife and I brought two of our daughters and their husbands for a week of fun and diving. We came to get away from it all so Hilltime was the perfect place for us. Seven Mile Beach is a very busy and crowded area while Rum Point is much more laid back and quiet. The views from the house are amazing. We snorkeled right off the back beach and also at Rum Point which is only 5 minutes away. Grocery stores are reasonably close by. You can get free loaner snorkel gear, ice chest, and even a bluetooth speaker if you want. Book a boat trip with Silver Thatch while there. We went to Stingray City and a great offshore snorkel spot with Joe Linder. He is a great guide. Bob was very responsive to any questions we had.
Hilltime for a good time
Hilltime is a beautiful home with gorgeous views. Home is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the quietness away from 7 mile beach. We had the ocean to ourselves. It is a little rocky so bring your water shoes. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. We also enjoyed grilling and eating outside by the pool. There are a few restaurants in Rum Point that we enjoyed (Tukka, The Lighthouse and KAIBO Beach Restaurant). While visiting 7 mile beach we had a bite to eat at Sharkeez (good food, drinks and music). The owner was quick to respond to emails as we had a few questions upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Hill for sharing your home.

Beautiful Place to Spend Time with Family
We thoroughly enjoyed our too short week here spending time with our family. The house, the beach, the sun. Even had a bit of excitement saving a visiting neighbor who got caught on the other side of the channel you warned us about. I will definitely recommend Hilltime to clients.
Great Family Get-A-Way
Location is PERFECT. Your own private beach with comfortable lounge chairs and beautiful view. Away from crowds at 7 mile beach, but close enough to Rum Point to enjoy some 'Local Amenities' (Food, Cocktails, Water Sports, Charters, etc.). Property Manager is the owner, and is very helpful and responsive. Took entire family of 9 (6 Adults / 3 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone. 'Grand Cayman Villas & Condos' and their 'Silver Thatch Service' is OUTSTANDING. (Including in your rental costs, they offer you Cribs, High Chairs, Booster Chairs, Snorkel Equipment and a whole host of other items that you do NOT want to have to pack and bring with you, at no additional charge).

Highly Recommend Hilltime
Owner is VERY responsive in any help/needs you have. House is beautiful and view is even better!!!! Quiet relaxing location with easy and quick access to Rum Point! Beach is kept clean and beautiful, but be forewarned that the water is a bit \'rocky\' right in front. (You\'ll need to wade over the rocks to get to a more sandy soft spot). House has all the amenities you need, and what it doesn\'t have \'Silver Thatch Services\' can probably provide. Highly recommended!

If I could leave a 6th Star I would. My wife selected this house over a year ago to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary here for 9 days with 3 other couples. The location is perfect with a beautiful beach and snorkeling out front, and a beautiful pool out back. The entire property is well maintained and Bob Hill was great to work with and answered any questions we had while we were there. Each of the 4 bedrooms has their own balcony area overlooking the beach, and there is more than ample outdoor seating and chase lounges throughout the property. The kitchen was very well stocked with service for 8 with everything you need. Our favorite area was the great room overlooking the beach where we spent a lot of time playing games, eating and drinking. Our only difficulty was choosing to spend time at the pool or the beach. Rum Point Beach with a couple restaurants and stores is a little over half mile away, and an easy walk. This part of the Island was really nice and quiet. We hope to return someday with our entire family. You won\'t be disappointed.

The best villa
We generally rent villas for our vacations. Hill time was by far, the best ever. To begin with, it was immaculate. No offensive smells or heavy air fresheners. All rooms were beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and accessories. The kitchen was amazing. So often, you come to expect less than desirable equipment in rental kitchens. Not so with Hilltime. Each room had a view of the sea. We ate alfresco every meal. When the wind got up we dined poolside. The water was not the pristine beach as at 7 mile beach, but the lack of crowds more than made up for it. We cannot say enough about the quality of this villa. The owners should be proud.
Amazing time at Hilltime!
I’m not sure where to begin. I’m a professional travel advisor & have booked vacations for clients and my family for years but this one was really special. We LOVED Hilltime. The house was perfect for our needs; we are a family of 3 adult couples & my mother-in-law. Each bedroom has it’s on bathroom which was perfect. We loved the open concept and had some wicked games of Great Dahlmudie at the big table. The beach area is perfect & was cleaned of the annoying grass/seaweed twice during our stay. If it’s windy out it’s hard to kayak or snorkel there but when the winds subside it’s perfect. We used the kayaks & snorkeled by the reef & channel. Speaking of the channel; the owner Bob warned us to be careful by it as the tow can be fierce. I don’t think the people renting the house to the west of us were warned about this. They took a kayak over the reef & ended up in the water. My husband & son-in-law were able to get out there & bring them back safely. It was pretty scary though. In short, this was a great vacation & we LOVED Hilltime.

Amazing House
Spent my 60th birthday celebration with 7 of girlfriends and from the time he hit the front door we were delighted with every aspect of the house. The house manager Robert was awesome. Anything we needed he was available to assist us. And by the way the pictures on the website don’t begin to do this house justice. Loved the pool and beach also.

Perfect Cayman Getaway

Fantastic Home!
Hilltime is an absolutely beautiful home which we enjoyed tremendously. From the fantastic views to beautiful rooms, we were thrilled to get exactly what was presented. Although the sargassum weed was in town, we enjoyed all aspects of the home, pool, beach, Rum Point and beyond. Silver Thatch staff was very accommodating and great to work with!

Wonderful well-appointed home!
We stayed at Hilltime for a family graduation celebration. The entire experience with renting the home was very positive. We were well-communicated with prior to, during and after the vacation by the realty company and there were no surprises. The house was lovely - very comfortable and perfect for our gathering. The kitchen is well-appointed with high-end finishes and appliances and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice as well. The pool area was great and the beach was fantastic. If you rent this home and like to snorkel, just be careful of the current that flows through the passage out front. Our teenagers got caught a bit unaware of the challenge out there and had a bit of a scare. Overall a lovely home and great for vacation!
Wonderful villa!
Hilltime is a spectacular property with amazing sea views, large open spaces, large bedrooms and a very well appointed kitchen with every gadget you might need. The four bed, four bath villa was perfect for us and our three adult children and their partners. The location at Rum Point was exactly what we wanted for relaxing, diving and sailing. It is well away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach. The Wreck Bar at Rum Point, about a mile from Hilltime, was lots of fun. Two miles or so away is Starfish Beach and the Kaibo Yacht Club where we were picked up for diving and sailing. The only suggestion for the unit is a larger sofa in the living area. The cable system was out when we arrived but we called and the problem was fixed the next morning. Everyone we interacted with was very courteous and responsive to our needs. We loved the hammock under the coconut trees and the swimming pool!
First Time on Grand Cayman
This was our first time on Grand Cayman and friends recommended the Rum Point area to us. The management company was helpful in directing us to the right home based on our family needs. We were so pleased with our choice of Hilltime! The home far exceeds the photos, especially the open living area and kitchen! All of the bedrooms had wonderful views. Obviously the owners take great care of their home. It shows in every aspect. The beach was wonderful and we spent every afternoon in the water, snorkeling, swimming and kayaking. We saw literally thousands of fish. The Rum Point area is perfect for families. We spent time at Rum Point Club and the Kaibo Marina. Both have activities, sun and shade. The kids loved Rum Point. We loved the location and the rum drinks!!! We will come back to Grand Cayman and we will come back to Hilltime!!!
Great house for couples trip
Our group of 4 couples stayed at Hilltime in May. The house was perfect for couples; 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowing everyone their own space. Upon request, one bedroom was set up from twin/twin to a king for the 4th couple. The house had every needed amenity; appliances all high end, kitchen items all top quality and lacked for nothing. Lots of extras normally not found in vacation rentals like spices, oils, water cooler dispenser (no need for bottled water) and good supply of basic items normally not supplied. The extra den/TV room was very nice with a comfy sectional. The views from every bedroom and main living area was the best feature of the house! Having our own private sandy beach was a treat; clean of natural sea debris compared to some of the neighboring properties. Tip:bring water shoes as ocean entry is rocky with coral, bring bug spray for early morning, dusk & evenings. We ordered delivery from Italian Kitchen (east end) on the night of our arrival; delicious. We enjoyed a full moon dinner at Tukka; very special; dinners at Kaibo and Rum Point; pricey but great atmosphere/tasty. Another highlight of our trip was the private silver thatch charter for snorkeling and sting ray beach. Only some minor suggestions: have house temp set at comfortable level upon arrival (our first night was unbearably hot, but we were told thermostat was mistakenly not lowered as the house had not been used the week prior). Would be nice to provide larger beach towels vs. bath size towels for the beach; and provide instructions for thermostat and dishwasher as we had some user issues. We did need to call the house manager a few times; when the alarm system went off on our arrival (we were not given the code/instructions before we arrived for some reason; the security system works very well, extremely loud and the security company called immediately); we needed thermostat help; and to get a net to skim the pool. Our issues, however, were resolved very quickly.

- A Departure Cleaning Fee is required for all stays.
- A refundable damage deposit is required for all stays.
- Refundable damage deposits will be returned to the guest 7 days after departure pending any damages.
Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
