Welcome to Hidden Treasure + Little Treasure, centrally located on the quiet southern coast.
With over 5,500 sq. ft., this stately oceanfront villa features a private infinity pool, beach fire pit, spacious interiors, and a screened dining balcony.
This 6-bedroom beachfront villa sits on over 100 feet of sandy beach and iron shore with convenient backyard snorkeling and breathtaking sunrise views. The private dock offers gentle water entry, while the hammock cabana is the perfect spot to lounge above the waves. The owners have recently installed an outdoor shower next to the pool and have purchased new sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
The main villa can sleep 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms, three of which are oceanfront. The 1-bedroom guest house sleeps an additional 2 adults, plus 2 small children on a sleeper sofa.
The gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar seating for four. The formal dining area provides seating for 10. The screened dining balcony seats 12 for meals with sweeping ocean views. Hire a chef for a night of gourmet dining or start your day with brunch service on the dining balcony.

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The villas in the Cottage District on the southeast coast offer great reef-protected snorkeling with calm waters plus proximity to the island's best dive operators--Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers.
The beaches here tend to be a mix of ironshore and sand, so foot protection—fins or pool shoes—is recommended.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the summer months. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

What A Great View, Space, Location - And No Sargassum!
My wife & I stayed this summer, with our 3 year old and 8 month old, along with my parents, brother and his family too.
We had access to the entire estate and found both the Hidden Treasure and Little Treasure properties to be very well equipped, homely and beautifully positioned on the Island to access everywhere we visited - and we went everywhere!
Our 3 yr old was afraid of pools, by the end of this vacation he became a water rat in this pool! A really good size, with safe and gentle steps to enter, our parents spent hours watching him! He did not swim off the dock, but we did and everyone found it a great place to hang out, very picturesque and having both stairs in the shallows and a ladder at the end to be very neat.
The furniture is very comfortable, especially the array of outdoor loungers and fast dry mesh sunbeds around the pool and on your beach. Everyone used the outdoor shower. Spacious bedroom suites, comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen - we ate dinner in on a few nights, enjoying the screened dining terrace upstairs, playing games at night up there together, well away from any mosquitos.
We all agreed what a great view the property had, the space, location and being summer no sargassum in this secluded place was a real bonus. We all had an amazing time and hope to repeat next year.
Wonderful Property, Spectacular Weather And No Sargassum!
My parents rented this fantastic villa for a family vacation this summer, Hidden Treasure & Little Treasure, we found them to be fully equipped, with comfortable beds and both were very clean. My wife, brother, sister in-law and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach and also the Kayaks. We all used the outdoor shower, which was a very helpful feature. The complimentary Gym was excellent, not to mention the local stores. We preferred Fosters to Hurleys. We went to Rum Point several times, used Red Sail for the Stingray City excursions rather than going to 7MB or West Bay. We enjoyed eating out at Macabuca and Ragazzi, not to mention Tukka East, which was great. This really is a wonderful property, well looked after in a fabulous location to get around everywhere. The weather was spectacular and a real bonus not to have any sargassum issues on their beach. We all agreed that we would like to return.
A Surreal and Secluded Setting That Could Not Be Better!
We visited this summer with a family of 10, ages ranging from 8 months to 70. We were delighted to find, despite reading about sargassum across parts of Grand Cayman this year, Hidden Treasure didn\'t have any on their private beach! We found the property to be very well suited to our family, with wonderful spaces to relax and ample bedrooms and bathrooms to allow for all our needs. The kitchen was supplied with everything, and more, than we would expect. The house was in excellent order and very clean, with some features often overlooked, like a very good quality high chair provided by the owners, and a Jack & Jill bathroom between a Queen and Twin, which was perfect for the younger ones & their parents in our family group. The entryway to the property is so unique, everything is very tidy, yet still natural and not overly manicured, that entrance with the incredible ocean frontage, panoramic views and sandy beach and you are living in a very surreal and secluded setting that couldn\'t be better. Wonderful infinity pool with very easy to use entry steps for all ages - and we found the outdoor shower super helpful too! Not our first time in Grand Cayman, we have been many times before, but this was our first visit to Hidden Treasure - we are hoping to revisit this wonderful property next year.
A wonderful property in a gorgeous setting
Thank you for having us. You have a wonderful property in a gorgeous setting. The weather was spectacular and sargassum was not an issue which we were worried about.
Everything was really very nice with great appliances, cookware, dishes, cutlery, sharp knives and accessories. The beds were very comfortable.
Your guest services had the house incredibly clean and everything was very organised.
We have been coming to Grand Cayman for many, many years, we thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and this property was excellent.
The location was perfect for accessing the sights and all coasts are easy to reach, nothing is far away. We all agreed we would like to return, and hope to come again next August!
You Will Not Believe How Good This Place Is!
We had to cancel a trip at Christmas, we were due to stay 10 days on 7MB - we had 3 apartments for around $40k. That trip got cancelled, and upon recommendation from family, we found Hidden Treasure - an Ocean Fronting Caribbean Estate with a sandy beach on a deserted reef-bay for less than half the price of the 7MB condos. The property is amazing, very spacious, multiple reception rooms, be it dining in, dining out, relaxing downstairs, upstairs - two of the 5 ensuite bedrooms even had jacuzzi style oversized jet tubs - it has everything, but feels like a home away from home. We visited 7mb twice, really liked Tillies and Bonny Moon, but was equally happy at Tukker East & the South Coast Cafe! Had fun at Camana Bay, but the best bits for us was taking out the kayaks (two-man) as a family, snorkeling off the beach and chilling in the infinity pool. We\'ve already booked to go back this November - and we\'re taking some friends this time too....because it\'s big enough for 14, but homely for us 4 too! Honestly, you will not believe how good this place is - we were so close to everything, yet far enough away to get lost in vacation.
A Fantastic Home, in an Great Location on a Wonderful Island!
My wife and I had originally planned on staying at Hidden Treasure with our Daughter and Son (including their families) however, our son couldn\\\'t make it, so with us two, daughter, her husband and our 2 grandchildren, aged 11 & 9. With a smaller crowd, there was lots of room to really spreadout - our grandchildren made sure at least 1 meal was had at every dining table in the house....I think there are 4 dining areas! We visited many places and found the location of Hidden Treasure to be ideal for trips out across the entire island. We found the convenient proximity to Fosters Countryside Grocery store to be helpful and actually decided to cook-in on 2 nights, such was our fondness of the property. We also enjoyed some fabulous meals out too, Tukka East (where we fed the frigates) South Coast Bar & Grill, Rum Point Beach Bar, Kaibo Beach restaurant, Macabuca, Thatch & Barrel & Jessies in Camana Bay - we had a great time and would come back in a heartbeat....we\'re missing waking up to that blue ocean, waves gently falling over the reef on the horizon! I would also say in respect to your excellent guest services team, who responded to a couple of minor requests (battery in smoke alarm needed changing) very quickly, that we all agreed, this is the cleanest vacation rental we\'ve ever stayed at. It is a fantastic home, in a great location - and Grand Cayman certainly hit the spot for us!
A True Hidden Treasure
A truly Hidden Treasure, it so accurately describes the secluded oasis that is hidden behind the tree lined driveway! Turning into the hidden driveway was always fun, we often wondered what people must think is hiding down there as we drive through the trees! This was our first visit to Grand Cayman and both the island and this property didn\'t disappoint. We didn\'t know the different areas so the help provided to the location and description of the property was spot on! The South Coast location was brilliant, because besides spending loads of time on the beach or in the pool, we love to explore - it was perfectly located, meaning we never had any lengthy drives to go anywhere and it enabled us to go everywhere we wanted - we covered the entire island. Spotts Beach, Rum Point, Kaibo, a very hot botanical gardens , the turtle centre, Camana Bay, West Bay. We had 2 day trips to 7MB in total, which was more than enough for us as we loved spending time at the house! Several naps were enjoyed in the hammock, swims off the dock, hours in the pool and I especially liked to take my morning coffee under the thatched cabana, taking in the beauty and peaceful sound of the ocean and panoramic views. A stunning ocean fronting estate in a brilliant location to sample the very best of Grand Cayman.

Wonderful home and location for a family vacation for 11 adults and five children. We all had a great time and spent a lot of time in the infinity pool. Definitely would return!
Awesome Place!
Family vacation, had a brilliant time in this stately property on this fabulous island - we loved the culture, pace and the privacy of Hidden Treasures location, with it's views, own dock, beachfront and thoughtful touches, like games and snorkel equipment - they even have a poolside shower, for washing the sand and salty water off. The weather was very warm, however, we also enjoyed lovely breezes and preferred to sit outside rather than in the AC - they have screened upper floor terrace that's great for easy going evenings, cards and drinks together. Hired a car for our holiday, which was essential, nothing is too far away so we were able to visit loads of stuff, restaurants, beaches etc all over....7mile, Rum Point, East End. If we could..... we'd go back in a heartbeat - it's an awesome place!
Outstanding Family Vacation
7 of us stayed, a family consisting grandparents, parents and 3 grown up kids - we had the best time! We went to 7mile beach once, Tillies was amazing but the beach was busy, very steep, the coast line and quantity of tourists were not our bag - our kids wanted to stay at Hidden Treasure! A wonderful private pool and sandy beach all to ourselves, kayaking out from shore as a family and snorkeling off the dock of an afternoon was like heaven! If you value your privacy, want a quality property in a stunning location choose Hidden Treasure!

House was great for our large family including 8 kids. We really enjoyed the privacy the home enjoys and rented kayaks and SUP\'s to venture out in South Bay.
BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, SUPER LOCATION
Our family had the pleasure of staying in Hidden Treasure - and also Little Treasure, it is an amazing property. Between the owners and their guest services, they've really tried to cover all the bases in making for a fabulous home away from home in a very impressive property. A beautiful property in a super location, with amazing views over the ocean, an infinity pool and sandy beach that provides for hours of joy.
It Is A Truly Beautiful Property!
This home is very well set up families (and larger groups). Well stocked kitchen and nicely appointed with everything you need. There was 15 of us, the infinity pool gave the family hours of pleasure and with it looking out over the ocean, such amazing views - we all said it was an incredible experience. The outdoor volleyball, cornhole games and chess board were such fun and a thoughtful touch, terrific for for the whole family. Sonos speakers provided across the house were fab, used and enjoyed often. The laundry area was a godsend. Plenty of towels, including beach towels provided. The guest services team provided provide a great service, It was so nice that we were able to rent kayaks, snorkeling gear and the paddling boards - it really added to our enjoyment. The ocean, the views...amazing. It is a truly beautiful property
Unmatched
This home, this spot, the beach it sits on, the dock with built-in cabana (and hammock) and the sunsets were all unmatched. The home and views were breathtaking and were enjoyed by our entire group. I look forward to staying at this same location and same home again. The home is a must stay for anyone looking to enjoy the Cayman Islands.
Unmatched location, views, pool, beach....Especially the Dock!
We have immensely enjoyed our vacation to Hidden Treasure in Grand Cayman. Its location, with private beach, incredible ocean views, and infinity pool - and especially the dock with its thatched cabana - is unmatched in our opinion. My youngest son is fascinated by sea turtles, having the chance to experience these with him, our family and closest friends up close is wonderful. This is our 2nd trip down here, Grand Cayman is such an amazing experience, we decided to do it again this year.
Wish We Stayed Longer!
My wife and I came about Hidden Treasure due to flight cancellations, the owners stepped up and offered us the help we needed..... The place is just as advertised, a beautiful, impressive main house in peaceful, quiet and really convinent location to explore the island. The pool, views etc were fantastic - but our star of the show was the secluded bay. Everywhere else on the island was windy and rough, yet here was calm and serene, it was almost surreal. We saw stingrays and squid whilst just standing on the dock, and such lovely birds - we got great photos of pelican who came to visit in the morning. we had a great time and both wished we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back, it\'s an impressive property!
Great adventure
Hidden treasure was a perfect property for a 3 generation holiday including 8 grandchildren from 1 to 11. The pool, the dock access to the ocean, the beach and coral waterfront kept everyone busy for hours. The outside area has sun and shade for different tastes and having the little cottage of the family with two babies was ideal for everyone.
The managers were wonderful and responded quickly to our needs and provided all sorts of extras.
The only improvement would be an outdoor shower and a large table outside on the main floor porch.

Already Told Our Friends What A Great Holiday Place It is!
The Hidden Treasure ocean front estate was a lovely as portrayed in the pictures.
We also used Little Treasure, the separate accommodation was used by my son and daughter in-law who have 2 kids under 3, which was perfect as we had 17 in our group in total, so no one was woken during the night.
Our family group was 9 adults and 8 kids under 12, so the pool, sand and beach were used continuously!
We borrowed equipment form your guest services team, snorkelled, swam etc - we were outside most days from 07.30 to 6pm - PERFECT!
We ventured out a few times, with such a big group, we enjoyed visiting Camana Bay where the kids played in the fountain & the adults got to sip wine & eat pizza - wonderful family time!
I\'ve already told our friends what a great holiday place it is!
A Beautiful House...Exceeded Our Expectations!
Hidden Treasure is a beautiful house that exceeded all our expectations. Our needs for early arrival and late checkout were gratefully facilitated by the guest services team the owners provide - and that wasn\'t the only time we leaned on their expertise. We hired a private chef through them for our last night, checked out their equipment and used their gym and fitness centre too! The maids were super helpful and the house was impeccably clean! The weather was perfect, we had 3 generations with us and we spent most of our time on the beach, the dock and shady thatched cabana enjoying breezes whilst sitting over the water. We really appreciated the toys / games for the kids, especially the pool toys provided! We enjoyed the parrot sanctuary, the Zen Garden Spa and enjoyed visiting different restaurants across the island - a great location to explore, but most of our activities revolved around the pool, dock, cabana and beach! We would recommend Hidden Treasure and Grand Cayman to anyone!
Outstanding Property!
We had a wonderful week at Hidden Treasure. It was a lovely place to celebrate with our children and grandchildren. We chose Grand Cayman because of its reputation for safety, accessibility, friendliness, and language compatibility. Hidden Treasure is a beautiful house that exceeded our expectations in every way. We used the guest services frequently and hired a chef for our last night. At the welcome center, we checked out various equipment and used the fitness center. The house was impeccably clean. For activities, we enjoyed the Zen Garden Spa, Cayman Parrot Sanctuary and spent most days in the water, on the beach/Dock cabana or around the pool. We would recommend Hidden Treasure and Grand Cayman to anyone!
Outstanding property in a location to die for!
We were blown away when seeing Hidden Treasure, it\'s an outstanding property set within a really gorgeous ocean front estate - and the pictures advertised are a great likeness to what you can expect. It\'s really lovely, and the location is to die for!
Perfectly situated to access the tourist trails of Seven Mile, Rum Point and the more traditional, quieter East side of the island too.
Plenty of things to want to stay home for though - the infinity pool, the private beach, the dock and what seems to be a private bay perfect for snorkeling, kayaking and stuff. Loads of dining options, nooks a crannies - everything you want to chill out and relax when resting.
If you want busy, busy, busy, bars, clubs, noise, traffic, cruise passengers and \"100 mph\" all around, this isn\'t for you - relaxing family time, everything you need and a great base to explore and make the most of the island.
An Ocean Front Escape, with Views to Die For!
My husband and I visited in November for a short stay on the Island. From the opening of the front door, and seeing the sky blue water in the infinity pool blending seamlessly with the crystal clear turqoise ocean beyond, we started to relax immediately! The airy rooms, open and family friendly spaces within this stately-styled home is a wonderful opportunity to escape into a heavenly oasis of a setting. Just outside the business and traffic of Seven Mile Beach, close enough to visit for day and evening, but far enough away to really unwind and relax into.....well, anything we wanted! Some diving, some sun bathing, some relaxing under the thatched shade of the cabana atop of the ocean in gentle, but consistent breezes. Dinner off the grill, sunset and beer on the screened patio terrace elevated above the reef protected private bay overlooking the Frank Sound - it really didn't, couldn't be better. For us, being a bit further out to chill and relax, choosing when to engage in the energy & atmosphere of the expensive Seven Mile region was the perfect blend for a Caribbean holiday. A truly wonderful location this Ocean fronted escape, with views to die for - we're already booked again, and this time we're taking the whole family!

Amazing Family Vacation
My family had an amazing vacation with this home as a base. We loved the mornings cooking breakfast and enjoying the beautiful views. Then outside to swim in the ocean and pool. Wife relaxed in the hammock on the dock with a book. Everyone loved the home. Wonderful home, location, and surroundings.

This house was great for our group of 11. The pool was well used and we had enough space to spread out. We did need to drive 30-40 minutes to get to 7 mile beach area, but we also took advantage of other areas such as Rum Point.
Beautiful House
Beautiful house, but a little far from 7 mile beach and restaurants. I wish there were more restaurants on the East end. We did enjoy are stay the property was very relaxing.
Truly a Hidden Treasure
Stayed 10 days, and it was wonderful. Great beds, great pool, well stocked kitchen. Had private chefs twice and they were pleased with the kitchen too. The hammock on the dock was nice. And the 2 kayaks provided were used Dailey. Outstanding sunrises and sunsets!!
Paradise
Our party made up of 3 families w/kids ranging from 12 to young adults and a seven month old grandbaby. We had the best time on our annual spring break vacation together! This was our first time visiting the Caymans. We were 100% satisfied with Grand Cayman Villa Rentals, & the beautiful Hidden Treasure home we stayed in. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool was amazing & the views were stunning. We cooked several meals in the home & the kitchen was fully stocked w/all cooking necessities. The little guest house was perfect for our couple with the 7mo. old. We were able to get a packnplay, high chair, &other baby amenities from GCVR. The location of Hidden Treasure was ideal for the “island speed” we enjoy most. We found that the west side of the island (Georgetown & 7 mile Beach) were very congested and lots of crazy traffic & oh the roundabouts! The north and east sides of the island were much more our speed! Rum Point is a very easy drive from Hidden Treasure. We found the Rum Point Beach & restaurant/bar to be absolutely beautiful! We snorkeled w/turtles right off of the pier there. Also, when booking excursions, we recommend finding ones that depart from Rum Point, Kaibo Marina so that you don’t have to fight the crazy traffic as you do if you depart from the west side of the island. We highly recommend Stingray City & Coral Gardens. At Coral Gardens you literally feel like you are snorkeling in a surreal aquarium! We also enjoyed a bioluminescence tour where we put on full bodysuits &got into the water to fully experience the magic! It was AMAZING! While the beach out front of Hidden Treasure isn’t really conducive to play on, the pool and patio were magnificent & the long dock with the ladder off of the side was very useful to enter the water to snorkel or kayak. We would highly recommend Hidden Treasure for a large multifamily vacation. Lastly we were very happy w/our property manager, Angella. She was attentive & prompt to all of our needs.

We stayed as a family and the house was perfect. Bed configuration was perfect and the kids loved all the games and the pool.
Love the Location & House
We loved our time in Grand Cayman and our stay at Hidden Treasure. We especially enjoyed the privacy and being away from the hustle & bustle of Seven Mile Beach. Angella, the property manager, was very attentive to our needs. We hope to be back again soon and will definitely recommend Hidden Treasure and Grand Cayman Villas to family and friends.
Everything and More
The house was everything stated in the description and more. We had a large group ages 18 to 82 and it met all of our needs!!!!! The house and guesthouse were clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked well with all your kitchen needs. There were games hidden away for rainy days?.. we never had to use. But let?s get to the outside!!!! The pool was incredible and well maintained. Outside seating was great that you could sit under cover or in the sun and still be part of the pool fun. The young adults enjoyed a night of sitting by the fire. Angela the host was very quick to respond when I emailed her about being out of propane. Actually she was very responsive anytime we had a concern or question. Which wasn?t much. The 2 kayaks that came with the house were great. Pretty much everyone in the party enjoyed a trip or several out to the reef to snorkel and fish. Honestly we snorkeled other parts of the island and our reef location was just as good. Now I will emphasize the beach location is not your 7 Mile Beach location. It is rocky and not a huge beach. Until you get out passed the rocks you don?t have the beautiful ocean clear water. However with the infinity pool looking out to the ocean it was perfect. We didn?t mind. If you like the busy, touristy feel of the Cayman?s not the house location for you. There is a drive for most restaurants and grocery stores. It?s quiet and secluded and away from all the touristy busyness!!!!! We ??loved it. Would stay again.

Excellent Privacy
Spacious beautiful private home. Well stocked kitchen perfect for a private chef. East side location making it quiet. Amazing pool and beach area.
An Oasis
We had a wonderful time at Hidden Treasure with friends. I found the location to be perfect. We spent most of our time on the East End and it was a quiet oasis. We actually spent a day fly fishing and were excited to see that a few of the spots our guide took us were just down the beach. It\'s close to some nice local eateries, and a very reasonable drive for some day or nights out. Beyond that it\'s close to grocery to stock the house and cook a few meals in a well-equipped kitchen (with grill). The house itself is clean, well-furnished. The views are sublime. The poolside space is so relaxing and there is a decent amount of beach space as well. While our party did not have kids, I could see this property being very family friendly. There were a few board games and lawn games available - including Cornhole of which I am the defending champion. Exactly the rejuvenating vacation we needed. Would definitely book again.

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.

All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
