Welcome to Gypsy, a luxurious island getaway! This elegant renovated villa is a true tropical paradise with a private elevated oceanfront pool and sandy beach. Prior to renovation in 2022, Gypsy was very popular with adult couples, as well as families.
Gypsy owners spared no expense in upgrading the kitchen, appliances, oceanfront glass doors, and decor; all with stunning oceanfront views in mind. BBQ cooking and enjoying cocktail hour around the pool are quite popular at Gypsy.
Gypsy is only a 5-minute drive from the famous Rum Point Beach (restaurants, beach bar, watersports) as well as the Kaibo Marina (restaurants, beach bar, coffee shop, and marina). Cayman Ferries run from the Kaibo to Camana Bay daily, providing access to the 7-Mile Beach area. Gypsy guests have access to a private fitness facility, less than 15 minutes away.
Gypsy's backyard oasis offers a private haven above the beach, ensuring your relaxation and privacy. Stairs lead down to a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing. The pool deck includes sun beds for your convenience, and large hedges and grassy lawns providing seclusion during your stay. For added comfort, optional pool heat can be provided for a $50 daily surcharge.
As you enter the foyer, the tall glass doors beckon your gaze to the private pool area and the stunning Caribbean Sea beyond. Gypsy offers over 4,000 sq ft of living space, with an additional 3,000 sq ft of outdoor paradise, accommodating up to 10 guests across four bedroom suites.

- Bedroom #4: 2 queen beds, garden views, shares adjacent hall bath equipped with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Gypsy's living areas boast astounding views, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The living room and family room offer ample seating for relaxation while enjoying the mesmerizing views. If you love music, the grand piano in the family room can be unlocked for your enjoyment.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances, a double oven, a built-in Subzero refrigerator, a Keurig coffeemaker, and plenty of counter space. A dining table with seating for 10 allows for memorable meals with your loved ones. A propane grill is available on the pool deck for island cookouts.
Please note that the owner does not permit pets, smoking, or events with invited guests on the property to ensure a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Unforgettable Experience
Gypsy was the perfect getaway! The minute we walked into this beautiful villa, all our of cares and worries seem to disappear. The amenities of the villa are spectacular and it has everything you could possibly need. Gypsy is magical and we can’t wait to come back!!
Will Definitely Return
Loved the property! The grounds were smaller than it appeared in the pictures but there was ample space for our family of five! Will definitely return in the future! Louise, the property manager, was excellent. She was very helpful and immediately addressed any questions that we had!
Better than expected
The property was stunning. Pictures don\'t do it justice. Last year we stayed in Turks, this year here at Gypsy Grand Cayman and without a doubt, we\'d come back to this exact spot. Amazing. Thank you.
Fantastic north shore villa
We had an amazing time staying at Gypsy. The pool looks out over the ocean, and the beach is huge and lovely. The villa itself is enormous and super comfortable. And if you want to do any cooking, I can't imagine you'll find a better place! The kitchen is enormous and professional quality, with everything you could need. The appliances and cookware is all super high end (Wolf, All Clad, Le Creuset, etc). Very impressive. Five stars, would stay there again. 🙂
Wonderful Property
We had a blast and the property is wonderful. The Rum Point side of the island is definitely slower pace than the 7 mile stretch, which we preferred.
Best House We Have Rented
We had two families stay in Gypsy for a little less than a week and we were in awe of the property. The pictures on the website matched what we saw when we got there, but what surprised us the most was the extras in the accommodations that we were not expecting. By far the nicest, and well stocked kitchen I have ever been in. Not only was everything high quality, there were multiples of it. The staff that got it ready was wonderful and we found ourselves relaxing at the house more than we expected. This is a no brainer for anyone to book, but please do not book it when we want to go back!!!
Amazing villa
Gypsy Villa charmed us from the moment we stepped inside with its beautiful beach house decor and welcoming vibes. The house was immaculate, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The house is very spacious, with well appointed seating areas for the group to gather. Also very well decorated - looks exactly as pictured. You can tell the finishes were high end. Communication and check-in instructions were clear, and our house managers Louise and Shamar were very pleasant and helpful. We ordered our groceries a day before our arrival and we were very pleasantly surprised that everything was put away and organized in the fridge. Shamar, our concierge, was a pleasure. He was very responsive to our texts, and was readily available to extend help in booking a boat ride, taxi etc. Service was top notch. Located in Rum Point, on the North side of the Island, the villa is about 1 hour away by car from the airport, 7-mile beach, and Camana Bay (at the opposite end of the island) - so a rental car is a must. We enjoyed the pool and the beach area, but unfortunately we were not able to swim there, as the water was overrun with seaweed during our stay, and so we ended up going to 7-mile or nearby public beaches for a swim.All in all, a great stay, and we recommend this villa to other travelers.
Everything You Could Possibly Want!
This was a beautiful property, with everything a family of 7 could want. Shamar was a fantastic liaison, helpful, friendly and on top of everything! No detail was overlooked, everything was perfect. Restaurant recommendations, activities, kayaks, he did it all. The pool and beach surpassed expectations. Highly recommend!
Great Family Vacation!
We had a fabulous week at Gypsy! The house is gorgeous! Every room was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every item you would need. The pool area is gorgeous as is the private beach. We spent most of our hours laying around the pool deck, swimming in the pool or sunning in beach chairs on the beach. However, the water in front of the house was not exactly swimmable. There was a ton of sea grass which made the water very murky. The reef in front of the house is still suffering damage from Hurricane Ivan so there were not alot of fish. Once the winds calmed down, the water was a bit gentler. But do not expect water like on Seven Mile Beach. Being adults, we were fine going in the water but I think smaller kids would be frightened. However, this did not deter us at all from having an amazing week at Gypsy. We did need to call the Property Manager about a few things and everything was resolved in less than 24 hours. Thelda was wonderful to deal with! We would definitely stay at Gypsy again when we come back to Cayman.

Better Than Pictures
I rented Gypsy to celebrate the life of my husband who passed in April. 4 of our 5 daughters, a couple of husbands and grandkids were able to join. We are spread all over the country so it was a perfect place for us to all get together. The house is so roomy that we never felt crowded or on top of each other. We loved the fact that we could snorkel right off the beach and rarely saw another person when at the house. Gypsy is beautifully appointed! We spent one night in a condo on Seven Mile Beach and, although we had a great time, we all said that we were so happy that we spent our vacation at Gypsy. Cayman Villas is a very professional company and I highly recommend working with them for your Cayman vacation.
Very Impressed
This house has it all! A sandy beach with good snorkeling within swimming distance, a wonderful pool to enjoy, luxury accommodations with comfortable, well appointed rooms, plenty of towels to go around and the best kitchen we have every had with plenty of everything, including coffee maker, Keurig, and a great blender. Not to mention the piano, a wonderful touch for the musician of the family and a couch to fit everyone. Don\'t miss out on this one, and we speak from experience as this is the 5th house we have rented in the Rum Point area.
Family Fun
North side and Rum Point are great areas. This property is well situated, nice beach, well appointed and all around very nice for a family getaway. Some maintenance issues. Be sure to let them know right away of any problems. Highly recommended!
Beautiful home on the north side . Sunrises were just breathtaking
We came to the Cayman Islands for a family reunion and there were nine of us. This is a beautiful spacious home with a great pool. The house is extremely close to the water which was good for the kids . Very calm and peaceful home and close to Rum point.
The Gypsy was amazing and had all the things we needed.
We arrived on Grand Cayman at the airport and were to the location of the house with in 1-1/2 hours with a stop at the grocery store. When we walked into the Gypsy everyone in our party was blown away by the flooring and the open plan. The back yard is private and the view of the water is amazing and I live on the water in Florida. the kitchen was large and all the rooms are private and not put on top of each other. There were pleanty of towels and the fridge seems to be oversized. We took a taxi to the house but decided to get a car the next day because you are very limited on getting around on that end of the island due to no taxi services. Rum point restaurant and the yacht club are 1.1 and 2.2 miles up the street and a very easy ride in a car. the pool has the ability to get heated and we took advantage of that because we were there in February. I cant wait to return to this end of the Grand Cayman island and relax again.

Gypsy Villa 4BR. was Great.
The house was perfect for our group. 8-adults 2-Grandkids 2yrs. and 3yrs. and with the all on one floor concept it was wonderful, the grandkids could run around with no worries. Well maintained with everything you could want. One drawback was the water access, due to the time of year from the rough sea the beach was covered with sea grass. We just piled up in the van and took them to Rum Point just up the road...3 minutes. All in all its was GREAT
Amazing vacation!!!
Awesome quiet location, very clean - highly recommend a stay here! This property is amazing. Very clean, great quiet location near Rum Point. We did a family trip with 9 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. I am a clean freak and this by far exceeded any place we have ever stayed. We visited the other side of the island near Seven Mile Beach, but prefer the peace and tranquility of this side. We made some unforgettable memories and every one of us would go back and would definitely stay at Gypsy. Just amazing. Can\'t say enough about it.
Beautiful, Well Maintained Home

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
