Welcome to Evolution, an oceanfront paradise with picture-perfect panoramic views of Grand Cayman's south coast.
Located mid-island, our guests are only 20-25 minutes away from the airport and Seven Mile Beach, the same distance to Rum Point, and 20 minutes to the best kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and scuba diving in the East End.
Evolution was specifically designed to offer seven large bedroom suites and a massive vaulted great room, all on one floor and each with direct oceanfront views with walk-out access to the pool and spa. This is a great entertaining villa for hosting a large group.
There is only one way to design such a villa… so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250′ of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town's cemetery beach.
Choose from two primary suites, four queen suites, and a slumber party suite that sleeps 8 across two sets of full-over-full bunks and an Xbox One gaming console.
Mid-week light housekeeping is included for all 7-day stays. Please contact the property manager to schedule.

Definitely Recommend 10/10
We stayed at Evolution for 5 nights celebrating my 40th birthday. There were a total of 14 adults and it was perfect! Each room had their own bathroom and view of the ocean. Living space was huge and the outdoor was spectacular. The staff was incredible, helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend 10/10.
Stunning Home with Breathtaking Views!
This house was stunning! The view was breathtaking! Would absolutely recommend staying here. The reservations and guest service staff were SO friendly and attentive. Only issue we had were locals using the pier on the property and asking to use the pool and jacuzzi.
The Perfect Place
I booked Evolution for 5 physicians and their spouses, including myself. Evolution was the perfect place for us to relax, recharge, collaborate, and enjoy each other\'s company. The residence was large enough that we were able to have our own space, had enough options for activities that we did not feel like we always had to leave, and enough amenities for us to enjoy one another. For the most part, the property had no major malfunctions or maintenance issues, was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend the property for any gatherings of friends or family!
Absolute Luxury
I loved my recent stay at Evolution. The house is 5 star luxury throughout with sea views from every room. Stunning setting with private beach and jetty, infinity pool and hot tub. A very special place.
Fabulous Evolution villa
What an amazing villa, luxurious and right on the beach at Bodden Town. A fabulous 4 night stay, making the most of the infinity pool and the beach, with an easy trip to Rum Point & the Crystal Caves. All the mod cons, beautiful rooms and every room has incredible sea views! A wonderful stay and being able to lie in bed and watch the moonlight sparkling on the sea was magical.
Stunning!
Spent 4 days at the wonderful Evolution and managed to fit in some kyaking, lots of swimming, drinking and loads of relaxing. This is a quieter part of the island, but it\'s all the more beautiful for that, and close to Rum Point, Crystal Caves and the funky Czech Inn! Evolution is luxurious, comfortable, well equipped - and huge! It was a fantastic stay.
Paradise on Earth
Evolution is the perfect place for a group holiday, a large family or just a group of friends. You will be spoilt by the range of amenities and the standard of luxury. Every master or queen bedroom is fitted out with everything you could possibly need - from a range of luxury toiletries to a TV, music and a fabulous ensuite bathroom... plus every room opens onto the pool area. The kids\' bunk room is a fantastic space that sleeps 8! The dining / living space is spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The well equipped kitchen is ample for any size group while the TV and music system provide entertainment. The luxury doesn\'t stop when you step outside - the infinity pool, the spa, the loungers and outdoor BBQ all make this the most superb venue. Watching the sun rise and listening to the ocean just outside your door is simply magical. Only thing wrong?? We had to leave when our time was up! You will not be disappointed in this stunning house and its location.
Excellent Group Accomodations!
All 7 bedrooms have oceanfront views and their own bathrooms. Excellent for large groups like ours! Truly enjoyed our stay and Louise was great and very responsive and helpful with local recommendations!

The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Evolution Villa is on the water and is reasonably secluded. The ocean in front is great for snorkeling but bring water shoes as the shore is a bit rocky. The house features 7 bedrooms (six for adults) and 7 bathrooms All are ensuite. Two masters at either end of the house. Graciously appointed and comfortable. Infinity pool set amongst lots of free space. Jacuzzi a touch small. We hired Rent a Chef (Remy) and he was brilliant. Food preparation and taste was high end restaurant quality. He also helped with small conveniences that made the stay enjoyable.TV\'s were good size and run by Apple Ipads in each room. About 40 minutes from Georgetown and 20 to the airport. We had a couple issues with the pool heater and each and every time we had a question or issue, our concierge immediately engaged and resolved it. Very professional manager who caters to luxury clientele. Also very friendly and courteous.
Spectacular for 6 Adult Couples
The house was beautiful and the outside was spectacular. We had 6 couples that vacation every February to a different location and this was by far our favorite house. Would definitely recommend private chef services. Additionally, the concierge was very responsive
Outstanding Grand Cayman Rental
We had our family reunion at Evolution and it exceeded our expectations. Our family consisted of 10 adults and 12 kids ranging in age from 7 to 17. The house was immaculately clean and seemed brand new. The pictures online don\'t do the property justice. Plenty of activities at the house including kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. Our kids used the pool and hot tub extensively. There is a rocky entrance into the water so the dock made getting into the water much easier. The property as well as the whole island felt very safe. The only negative that I read online about the property was not negative at all. The property sits between a cemetery and the ocean. The house is built such that you can\'t even see the cemetery from the house so no issue there.The property manager was top-notch and the best we have ever experienced. Great communication before we arrived and responsive of requests while at the rental.

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum are required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum are required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays are subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire with your dates.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and occupy the property during the entire stay.
- Weddings and events with up to 50 guests are permitted with the owner's written approval plus a US$3,500 event fee and a 5-night minimum.
- Events require an additional refundable damage deposit of $2,500.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
