Welcome to Cos Kai. This two-story luxury villa is a great family, or multiple-couple, home offering amazing sunsets and barefoot swimming from a palm-shaded beach.
Boasting over 6,000 sq. ft., Cos Kai is only a 5-minute walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club to the south and a 10-minute walk to the Rum Point Club to the north.
From the moment you enter the heavily landscaped car park, Cos Kai welcomes you to a luxurious private enclave on the Caribbean Sea. Mature palms, ferns, and ornamental shrubbery evoke a tropical feel before you even enter the front door.
Once you enter, your eyes are drawn through the living room's 16-foot wall of windows and out to the white sand beach and shimmering, calm blue water. The palm-shaded barefoot beach is dotted with 6 lounge chairs, two hammocks, an outdoor shower, a private dock, plus an outdoor dining set and propane grill for beach cookouts.
Sleeping Arrangements
(Sleeps 15 guests total, 10 adults max)
- Master Suite – sprawling oceanfront master suite with king bed, ensuite bath, separate sitting area, private balcony, and brunch nook with fridge, ice-maker, and coffee machine. This suite is also furnished with a queen sofa bed for 2 additional guests, a flat-screen TV with Bose surround sound and DVD Player, a partially covered sun-deck, a private ensuite bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower with ocean views.
- Second Floor Guest Suite – A soft blue oceanfront king master suite with ensuite bathroom with bath and queen sofa bed for 2 extra guests. This room has its own screened balcony with lounge chairs.
- First Floor Guest Suite #1 – A soft green oceanfront king master suite for 2 with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the screened veranda.
- First Floor Guest Suite #2 – A double-queen bed suite with garden views for 2-4 guests, ensuite bathroom, twin sofa bed for an additional guest.
- Second Floor Bunk Room – Bunk room with twin-over-full bunk beds. The room also doubles as a library with a selection of books to choose from. The crib pictured in the floor plan is no longer provided, however, one can be arranged upon request.
Cos Kai can accommodate 10 adults max, 15 guests overall, with two rental configurations to choose from:
(A) Full 5-bedroom house with sofa beds: sleeping 10-15 guests (10 adults max)
OR
(B) Full 5-bedroom house without sofa beds: sleeping a maximum of 10 guests.

Housekeeping or nanny service is available at an extra cost for a minimum of 4 hours. Services are arranged directly with an on-island property manager and paid directly to the maid or nanny on the day of service.
Hosting special events can be accommodated. There will be an event fee and supplemental refundable damage deposits required by the owners.

Incredible Views
Great location with incredible views!
Great Home for groups in a peaceful and beautiful location!
We stayed at Cos Kai with another family over spring break (4 adults, 5 teenagers). The views from the screened-in porch and the private beach were gorgeous and the screens protected us from the mosquitos that came out at night. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We snorkeled right off of our beach... lots of starfish! We also rented paddle boards and kayaks and enjoyed paddling around the bay each day. The house has lots of space. There was plenty of room for all of us when we needed a little separation. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the tv room every night when they were exhausted from a full day on the water. The location is really quiet. We could walk to Kaibo for snacks or dinner and took the short drive to Rum Point one day so the kids could enjoy the wave runners and social atmosphere. We arranged a deep sea fishing trip with additional trips to Stingray City and other snorkeling sites. The boat was able to pick up and drop off our crew on the private dock. We really can\'t recommend the house enough. It was perfect for our group!
A Welcoming and Serene Retreat
Our large family gathered at Cos Kai for the winter holiday and we had an amazing stay. Waking up to the serenity of the beach and ocean felt magical. The views from the upstairs bedrooms and the outdoor patio were amazing. The house and beds were comfy and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with spices and such so we could successfully cook dinners for our picky eaters. Shamar at Office was so attentive in helping us with everything from where to shop and eat to booking our excursions. We definitely recommend staying here!
Great Time
We had a great time during our stay. Claudia was very responsive, we had a couple minor things we needed assistance with after we checked in and she immediately had someone out to take care of all issues. We are already talking about when we will book our next stay! 5 stars!
Great Property For Families
We stayed at this property for a wedding with many family members. It was well located and a great place to entertain with a large screened in porch and lots of seating. The house was very well stocked with towels and the kitchen had everything one could want.

We had a wonderful stay at Cos Kai. The home, amenities, view, etc. were exactly as described. Such a great place for our family get away. Coordination with Nathan was great. Having paddle boards and kayaks ready upon arrival was really great and we used them every day. Silver Thatch did a great job as well - everything was fantastic
Dreams do come true
My wife and I always talked about having a beach wedding. We didn't want anything too crazy and preferred the idea of having a micro wedding with just seven of us. We think we picked the perfect location for our ceremony. Cos Kai had one of the most beautiful beaches (trust us, we looked at a lot of the villas) and best of all because it's in the bay we didn't have to worry about seaweed build up. But most importantly it is facing just right to have some of the most spectacular sunsets you've ever seen. We can't wait to get our sunset wedding pictures back since I know they will look out of this world. The house is elegant yet homey. And the enclosed porch is a godsend at dusk when the mosquitoes get crazy. Look no further, pick Cos Kai.

Spacious with Amazing Water Views

Cayman Has So Much to Offer!
We brought our families to Cayman to discover our roots. We visited a family cemetery, and discovered an island with so much to offer. Our stay at Cos Kai was amazing and much more than we hoped for even. The beautiful waterfront and our own private beach provided constant activity, entertainment for all. We hope to come back soon! Excellent
Property was more than we expected. Very clean and well supplied. Only suggestion is, with a property this size, that there would be a dining table with. Seating for 10-12. We had10 and the dining table provided only had seating for 8. We would definitely recommend this property and would most likely request it for any future visits.
Fairy Tale Stay!
Claudia and the entire staff and team went above and beyond to make our special event and private wedding something out of a fairy tale! Claudia?s connections landed us with Cayman Kayaks , who provided us with Andrew Ebanks- IslandLife Watersports. Scott with Grand Cayman Villas suggested Tukka, ate at both locations and was picked up at our private deck by the owner, Ron! Amazing venue straight out of a Hollywood movie!

FAMILY VACATION
Our family had a magnificent stay at Cos Kai in January 2020. The house was even better in person than the pictures on the site. We had the house stocked with food and beverages before we arrived so the vacation started as soon as we walked in the door. The villa has all the comforts expected and then more. We had a few young children in our party and the beach was perfect for them - calm water and not very rocky. They enjoyed the sand toys that were on the property and loved going for kayak rides. We adults took full advantage of the beach, hammocks, screened porches and balcony. Everything in the home was first rate. The Silver Thatch Services came in extremely handy, as we needed a couple of pack & plays for the little ones. The location of the house was fine because we really didn\'t do too many trips far from the north shore. Rum Point is a great place to eat and hang out for a change of pace from the house. Kaibo Beach Bar up the road is also a nice hang out. This house is the second time our family has rented a villa through Grand Cayman Villas and it definitely will not be the last. It\'s always a smooth, friendly and professional transaction with the staff.

Cos Kai with the perfect home for our family vacation. We enjoyed Rum Point, Kaibo Yacht Club and waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. We hope to come back soon and stay here again!

Cos Kai Villa was wonderful! The porch was the perfect reading spot. We loved that we felt right at home especially over the holidays. Amazing property!
This villa was exactly as advertised, and even better than the photos! The rooms were spacious and impeccably maintained. Scott was fantastic to work with throughout the entire booking process. He was very accessible, and was always prompt with his responses. He provided many local recommendations for restaurants and local chefs for catered dinners, which was very much appreciated. The owner of the property met us at the villa when we arrived and was incredibly gracious. Given the opportunity I would 100% stay here again!

Spring Break Oasis!!
We couldn\'t have asked for a better villa for our family\'s spring break! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great central location between The Kaibo and The Rum Point Club. The views are incredible!! Backyard beach was soooo nice to have. We rented some kayaks and paddleboards and had a ton of fun out on the water. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would totally consider a return trip to this area!
Dream Come True
This was our first visit to Grand Cayman and it did not disappoint. Claudia was a very hospitable host! We enjoyed Cos Kai very much, it felt like home the minute we stepped foot inside. It was absolutely stunning and we loved every bit of it. My husband enjoyed going to all the restaurants Tukka, Lighthouse, and the Czech Inn, we highly recommend to anyone coming to Cayman. We took three separate trips with Silver Thatch Water Sports to snorkel at various spots across the island. Our kids had a great time too hanging out at Rum Point and kayaking around behind Cos Kai. Thank you for everything!!
Loved Our Stay
We had an amazing time at Cos Kai. Our whole group fit in this house and it didn\'t feel the slightest bit crowded! We loved being able to be so close to great restaurants like the Rum Point Club and the Kaibo. The beach is spectacular. Our group\'s favorite part was having a private beach just for us. 3rd Times the Charm!!
This was our family\'s third trip to Grand Cayman and we immediately fell in love with Cos Kai! We were looking for an amazing beachfront in Cayman Kai and we found it in this home. We spend most of our time on the beach and in the humongous screened porch. You won\'t get sick of these views!! The pictures are just what the house looks like - GORGEOUS! We are all homesick for Cos Kai now! Coming back next year to our new favorite vacation spot 🙂
Beautiful Layout
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Cos Kai was perfect for our big 11 person family. My mother-in-law adored the layout of the house. Claudia was extremely helpful during our stay and gave us many recommendations for our stay. We loved being able to walk out the back and right into the ocean. We didn\'t need to ever leave, but there were so many fun places to explore and restaurants to try. Our kids adored going to Stingray City with George at Silver Thatch Water Sports. All in all a fantastic trip!! We will be back.
Vacation in Paradise
I can not say enough fantastic things about Cos Kai....our vacation was wonderful! It truly is a dream vacation. Cos Kai is so perfectly located to Kaibo and Rum Point that we could walk to either. We spent New Years Eve at Kaibo, WOW!! Ringing in the new year there was priceless. The house itself was HUGE. There were 10 adults and never did we have an issue with space. The house is beautiful and equipped better than my own home. The backyard is a beach....literally a beach. We would wake up every morning with 4-5 starfish right in our backyard beach. Paddleboarding and kayaking was a hit with the teenagers. I felt like my eyes had filters on them with the vibrancy of the colors of the flowers, sky, water, palm trees, etc. It was amazing! I would go back in a heartbeat.
Fabulous vacation
We arrived the 12/26 to the Cayman Islands and walked into the most amazing house with the most spectacular view ever!!! The house was perfect! We had 10 adults in our party and not one time was there ever a time that the house seemed crowded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly imagine having available to use for cooking. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing! We would get up each morning with at least 3-6 starfish right there on our beach. Snorkeling was amazing right in your own back yard. Waters were calm, even though the seas were a bit rough from the winds that week. Walking the beach daily was one of the highlights of the trip. Breathtaking doesn\'t even half way describe the views and the vibrancy of the colors. An amazing trip that I would recommend and if you can stay at Cos Kai I would highly recommend that!
Wonderful Time!
We have a wonderful time here at Cos Kai! We traveled with 3 other families, two of whom stayed at Tarasand across the water. We celebrated both a 50th and 16th birthday, as well as Thanksgiving. Cheers for Delaware!We are part of the above group! Best time ever! This villa is amazing! We will spread the word about the villa and will also be back very soon!!
Perfect Location
Wonderful house, beautiful location. Our family had a great time! We loved going to Rum Point and Starfish Point! Also the Kaibo Yacht Club was great for dinner - the beach barbecue was awesome! We saw a nurse shark by the dock last night. Thanks for sharing your wonderful house with us! We thoroughly enjoyed.
Girls Reunion
We had a girls reunion, came from Virginia, North Carolina, and Utah. Awesome home, well equipped, everything we needed and much more! The Rum Point Restaurant was EXCELLENT!
Just As The Pictures Show
The house is just as the pictures show, absolutely beautiful! We loved the calm water for our young ones and the screened in porches were so perfect to stay away from the bugs. All the fans made it very comfortable. The large house and all the space was great for our party of 11. We enjoyed our trip and all the activities we did!
50th Wedding Anniversary
We celebrated our grandparents/parents 50th wedding anniversary, with a dinner on the beach and lots of other fun activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, stingray city, and overall just exploring the island. The house was perfect for all 14 of us to get together, it provided us with all the wonderful amenities, so we could just relax and enjoy each others company. The kayaks were great, we got to go out and see all of the fish and big starfish, plus at night we saw bioluminous bay light up. Overall the trip was amazing and very relaxing!

8th Visit to Grand Cayman
This was our 8th visit to Grand Cayman and Cos Kai was definitely our favorite villa on the island. We spent a lot of time out in the fabulous screenroom as well as on the beach. We hit all of our favorite spots - Over the Edge, Tukkas, Vivine\'s Kitchen, and the Lighthouse for dinner. We spent time at Kaibo, Rum Point, and even spent an afternoon in Georgetown. Your house was wonderful! Loved the location with the clam water. It had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to coming back!

A Little R&R
We came to Grand Cayman for a few days of relaxation and Cos Kai was the perfect choice! Absolute Paradise!
This place is an absolute paradise! We could not have had a more perfect place to stay. We enjoyed kayaking to the bioluminescence and our walk/swim to Rum Point. The boat charter to swim with the stingrays is a must! Would definitely like to come back. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!
Stunning and well worth the visit!
The house is beautiful and almost exactly like the pictures show. It is quite a jaunt to the shopping. Sunsets are truly stunning! The screened in veranda was perfect, especially since there are biting bugs. The large kitchen more than met our needs. Media room was nice I just wish it was more user friendly. You need to be tech savvy to figure it out, not great for my father and kids when they didn?t want to be on the beach. Furniture was nice but with the rules, we were timid to sit and stain it by accident and then get charged for cleanup. The blackout blinds and each room having its own A/C was amazing. It made it so comfortable to sleep and walk into when you needed a break. Bath towels were at a premium with 11 people plan on doing some laundry while you are there. Suite1 was a great room for 2. Suite2 was nice but pulling out the sofa bed would have made it cramped. Suite3 Loved this room! Great for a couple and 2 kids. The bathtub was nice. Loved the screened in balcony with 2 lounge chairs and ocean view. Bedroom4 is very small, there is not bathroom for the room, must share with one of the other bedrooms. Master Suite 5 was amazing and large. The walk-in closet and the ocean view shower was incredible. Downfall to this room is the old TV with terrible picture and its difficulty to use. Again, for my father and mother this was not user friendly. The beach is beautiful but walking barefoot would require some non sensitive feet, it?s a little rough when walking to Kaibo or Starfish point. The water has seaweed and nonpoisonous upside down jellyfish, I would highly suggest shoes for all when in the water. Having the lounge chairs, toys, rafts, table, kayaks and paddleboards made for a great day by the ocean. Missed the sound of crashing waves, Cos Kai is in a cove, it?s the calmest water I?ve ever seen. Overall this was a stunning house, Claudia has done a beautiful job of making everyone feel welcomed to enjoy their beach vacation!

Cos kai
I was mostly satisfied and the residence was as nice as pictured.Enjoyed the stay.A couple of gaps that would have made this perfect.Remember, i was looking for a premium experience not a discounted house. So maybe i am overly sensitive.Owners who were super nice, were also pationate about not setting the AC below 75 f.I ended up ignoring that request, but also kept doors closed so no condensation or waste of electricity. But we are more used to a house 72 in the day and 70 at night, it was too hot.. maybe folks living there get used to that temperature and its no big deal, we couldn\'t. The back wall slides completly open, i do understand why you wouldn\'t open that up all day and also run AC. Ice machine outside was broken.And tv up stairs is very dated.But other than that it was great experience and as represented.I could go on, but just look at the pictures.. other then what I mentioned it is as shown.I am not complaining as much as giving advice of what I would focus on if i was owner.I would note ice machine could have just failed, I also can understand that.The dual washer dryer was nice to have.
Above and Beyond!!!!
We had six adults and seven children in this home and we all fit so comfortably! It was very clean when we arrived and the house manager was always just a phone call away if we needed anything. The house was fully stocked so not much was needed! The view and location is amazing! Above and Beyond!
We had six adults and seven children in this home and we all fit so comfortably! It was very clean when we arrived and the house manager was always just a phone call away if we needed anything. The house was fully stocked so not much was needed! The view and location is amazing! Great Week at Cos Kai
We just returned after spending seven great days at Cos Kai. The house is very well maintained and is just as beautiful as the pictures. The entire management team was great to work with. Pam, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. There were eight of us. My wife and I, our four adult children, and two friends. We had plenty of room, and it never felt crowded. The beds are very comfortable, linens are of high quality, and the furniture is very nice. The screened in porch is very large and a beautiful place to eat and relax. The owner just added three high quality outdoor couches that are very comfortable. We spent a lot of time there taking in the incredible water view and enjoying great family time. The house has double washers and dryers, three coffee makers plus a Keurig, multiple ice makers, a large refrigerator/freezer, outdoor bar refrigerator, and more kitchen supplies and spices than the normal home. It is very well equipped. We used the grill to BBQ almost every day. It\'s a good size and in very good condition. We arranged two boat charters with Silver Thatch Charters, and pre-ordered a stand up paddle board and float from the rental company, empty suitcases. I recommend both of these companies. The house comes with a couple of kayaks and some floats, however if you have a large group, you may want more toys. The water is very calm which is great for floating! I would recommend people consider water shoes to protect your feet from shells and sea life when walking in the water. When we booked this trip, we were looking for a luxurious home with a lot of privacy. This house exceeded our expectations.

Great!
Our stay at Cos Kai was wonderful. We had 13 people including 6 kids with enough room for all of us. It is a quite location with Rum Point and Kaibo restaurant walking distance from the house. The Red Sail Sting Ray City tour out of Rum Point was fun and convenient. Claudia the manager was very helpful with any questions we had including pre ordering food to be delivered to the house. We came in late on Saturday the house was stocked with our pre ordered food which was helpful to not have to go out and shop. The house itself is very well kept and clean. Our overall experience was great.
Beautiful home in paradise!
We loved our stay at Cos Kai! The layout was perfect for our family of grown children. We spent most of our time in the back porch area. Perfect for morning breakfast and evening card games! The hosts were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The Rum Point area is the quieter side of the island and we enjoyed it. Close walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Beautiful snorkeling. We couldn\'t have asked for anything better! We will be back again.
Unbelievable Oceanfront Experience. One of a Kind Location!
Cos Kai is stunning. The house is BIG. We had a family of 12 with everyone in beds and plenty of room. And no tripping over each other in the evenings. Its spacious and comfortable. But the back of the house is the true gem. Awesome screened in porch that seats everyone. Big dining table to eat at. Then you go outside and enjoy your own personal beach with water as calm as a swimming pool. We had windy, stormy days a few times during our trip...it never made the water even ripple behind our house. It\'s THE best beach experience for kids of all ages and grown ups who like to swim or relax on a floaty like you\'re in a swimming pool. And Pam, the house manager, is on the spot to help you with anything you may need. Just a great experience.

Blissful 5 days
The perfect family getaway - stunning location, tastefully furnished, plenty of room. We had to tear ourselves away at the end feeling very relaxed and regenerated. We would go again without hesitation.
A true isalnd getaway with just the right amount of comfort and privacy without feeling isolated.
Our stay at Cos Kai could not have been better. The booking process was easy and seamless. For some reason we felt more comfortable dealing with a company based out of Richmond. Everything was answered quickly and accurately.The property itself was one of the first places that the actual house was better than the pictures which were thorough and professionally taken. It was beautifully designed and furnished. We all truly felt we were staying in a friend?s home. Cooking there was a pleasure, easy and fun because we had everything we needed. Several of us had to work while there and since it was so spacious and comfortable it made work seem like play. Our dinners were wonderful family events that none of us will forget. I cannot think of a single shortcoming.Our on-island property managers were the home owners. They were both perfectly wonderful people. My only regret is that I didn?t have the opportunity to meet either one in person. Claudia was so helpful and accommodating beforehand in the planning. We wanted to have a cook come in one evening for a birthday celebration and Claudia recommended the perfect chef and hostess. It was actually the best meal we had on the island. We had a small problem with the shower and they had someone out there to fix it that day. The neighbors were wonderful and it was clear they all looked out for each other.The house amenities were everything we wanted. We never turned a television on but if we were so inclined there were plenty. The house sound system was awesome and the ocean kayaks were used daily. The house wifi was crucial for calling, data and emails. We had to at least sound concerned while having breakfast on the beach during the largest snowstorms to hit the east coast in decades. Other than a couple of trips to grocery stores and airport we stayed at Cos Kai which was exactly what we wanted to do.We could not recommend it more.
PERFECT PLACE
We recently stayed at Cos Kai, and it was by far the best rental we have had in our yearly Cayman vacations! We had to families of 4, with 4 kids under the age of 4. The home was perfect as my family stayed on the 2nd floor, and the other family stayed on the 1st floor. We had plenty of space, and the beach was perfect for our children. The location is also perfect as we could walk to Rum Point or Kaibo Yacht Club. It was truly a home away from home as we had no needs the entire time that we were there. Claudia was even kind enough to help us find a reliable sitter for one of the evenings, so that we could go out to dinner. Great stay, we already looking forward to next year?s trip!!
Paradise on Earth
We decided to escape the crowds in Europe this summer and it was the best decision we made for our holidays ever! We absolutely loved our time in Cos Kai in idyllic Grand Cayman. The house is huge and exquisitely furnished. All rooms are very spacious and airy. All very elegant, yet practical. We had everything we could wish for to make our stay relaxing and comfortable, from the appliances to the very comfortable beds. A big hit for us and our kids was the outdoor areas. We dined alfresco everyday in the enormous varanda and loved watching the sunset from there (there is a bar area) or from the beach and pier. Our 9 and 6 year-olds had a ball jumping from the pier into the warm Caribbean sea. They repeatedly spotted some \'residents\' under the pier: a cute family of Angel Fish and a lobster!! The house is very close to restaurants in Kaibo and Rum Point, where we hang out when we felt like socialising. I would highly recommend Cos Kai!
Great Stay for the "Great Eight"
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cos Kai. Four couples. The Great Eight travel together to the Caribbean every 2 years. This was our 8th trip,. Everything was smooth from the time we decided to book until we left. Any questions we had about the villa before booking were answered quickly and honestly which is very important. The benefit of booking with Grand Cayman Villas became very obvious. They know what they are doing.Cos Kai is a beautiful home. Each couple had a great bedroom and en suite bathroom. The kitchen is awesome. Two ice machine take away any ice worries. Huge screened in porch with bar and dining table for eight. Upper deck over the porch was great for sunset cocktails. Villa manager Claudia was there to greet us upon arrival and give us all info we needed. She also answered many questions before we arrived. The location is a big plus. Easy walk to Kaibo Beach Club and Rum Point. We took a mid afternoon private charter to stingray sandbar and 2 snorkeling spots right from Kaibo 5 minute walk. 1 minute drive.An easy one mile walk down our beach to starfish point was made many mornings. With sightings of rays, barracudas and more every day. And the many starfish at the point. Cos Kai is a nice starting point in either direction for morning walks as there is very little traffic .We are so happy we were here and NOT on Seven Mile Beach. We all did the Mastic Trail Thru the middle of the island one morning. Its only a 5 minute drive. And a quick 20 minute ride along north coast is a grocery and liquor store. Right across from Morritts. While there take a snorkel under Morritts dock to see the large school of tarpon and other fish.That should not be missed. I think you can tell we had a great time. Just wish our stay was longer. We would recommend Grand Cayman Villas and Cos Kai to anyone.

Booking Rules
- No children under 10 years of age, please. Infants, 2 or under, sleeping in cribs/pack-n-plays do not count towards occupancy.
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
- Owner requests that guests do not smoke inside the house or in the screened porch.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
