Conch'ed Out is a cozy oceanfront cottage in Old Man Bay along the island's North Side.
This Caribbean-style 2-bedroom cottage offers excellent snorkeling just steps off the backyard! A sandy trail with paver stones leads down to a pebbly beachfront. We recommend guests wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection when entering the water.
Conch'ed Out sits on an oversized 1-acre lot measuring over 400 feet deep with a gated driveway, private pool, and heavy landscaping out front. The adjacent guesthouse is never rented to unrelated parties of the main cottage guest. It also is available for add-on at any time.
French doors and screened porches, on both the front and rear of the home, provide great cross-ventilation in the winter when air conditioning is seldom necessary. Air conditioning units cool the bedrooms and bathrooms only while ceiling fans cool the living areas.
You can leave the house open from both the front and rear screen porches with ceiling fans running to comfortably cool the home.

- Primary Suite – queen bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the screened porch, ensuite with shower.
- Twin Suite – two twin beds, ocean views, walk-out access to the screened porch, ensuite with shower. Twin beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request.

Great Location & Snorkeling
Great location by the beach just perfect. Really good for snorkelling too and enough to do to keep all ages occupied. A great find.

Wonderful Villa
Our family enjoyed an amazing time at Conch’ed out villa. The view of the water, sound of rolling waves and location was fabulous. Grand Cayman Villas staff and property manager were quick to respond and help out with any questions or requests. Our family loved our time here and look forward to our next stay.

Such a Treasure
Truly loved our stay at Conched Out! Loved the screened in porches, lots of ceiling fans, the sandy garden yard with palms and tropical flowers and shrubs added such a beautiful ambiance. Kids loved playing hide and go seek in the large yard! View from porch was incredible and such easy access to beach. The tiki picnic table was a place our family used so much to eat and grill outside ocean side! This place is such a treasure! Would definitely come back and stay again!!!
Would Definitely Stay Again
The best thing was the view and serenity! Plenty of space for our family of 5 with teen daughters and son. Kayaks were a great bonus. Restaurants near by. Not far from the beautiful blow holes and Elizabeth gardens. Would definitely stay again!
Perfect Seaside Cottage
Fun and well maintained place with plenty of room for 2 couples. It was nicely decorated and the pool and out door area were great. Good snorkeling right off the beach with some underwater sculptures. Had all the amenities we needed and the washer/dryer was great to have on site. Close to Kaibo and East end resorts, and best sunset and great food at Southcoast Bar and Grill. Don\\\'t miss the Crystal caves tour, just down the road. It was surprising and impressive!
Amazing
We absolutely love this little private haven! It was even better than the photos. We?ll certainly miss it and hope to come back again!
Privacy
We loved the privacy at Conch\\\'ed Out. And the beauty of the Caribbean, the palms, white sand? brilliant stars at night- it was paradise. We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner than later!!!
Tranquil and Private
Such a beautiful place away from the tourist areas! The property was large with gorgeous views of the ocean right from the huge screened in patio. Saw beautiful sunset skies on the beach to the left! The pool was refreshing and used daily. Winds shifted during our stay making water too choppy for kayaks/snorkeling at the property, but we were able to elsewhere. Besides relaxing, we walked to Cayman Crystal Caves for a guided tour (so amazing); went on a 3 hour bicycle tour on the west side - learned about the island and native plants; and we visited the many beautiful beaches all over the island. Enjoyed meals at Tukka and Over the Edge. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Silver Thatch Guest Services were welcoming and helpful with all our needs during the week. Had to call the property manager once for a minor issue with water pressure and she responded immediately. Issue was resolved quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed Grand Cayman Island and our stay at Conch\\\'d Out!!

Exceeded expectations, great time of year to go had the whole beach to ourselves. Outstanding property that I would happily rent again.
Spectacular stay!
This was our second time back to this wonderful piece of paradise and it was absolutely fantastic! What an amazingly comfy and beautiful home with views of the ocean that take your breath away! Completely able to relax and take in all the great things on the island!Had the best experience with the property manager and Silver Thatch- so kind and helpful!We will be back every year!

Peace and quiet, relax and recharge, Conch\'ed Out had all of these and more. We enjoyed our 14 night stay here so much we are already talking about plans for next year. Waking up every morning to views of he sea and the sounds of the water just out side of the screened in back porch were just amazing and hard to describe. Evenings at the Villa were the best, again on the back porch with a nice cold beverage and seeing the stars and listening to the waves, not sure there was much more to ask for.

Peaceful
We had a wonderful stay at Conched Out. The place was even better in person than in the photos. We would recommend this place to our friends and family and would come back ourselves in a heartbeat! The property is very peaceful and serene?a perfect place to relax and let time slow down.
Cozy and welcoming villa in a pretty setting
Conch\'ed Out was one of the nicest villas we have stayed in on GC. Though small, it was cozy and welcoming, and perfect for the two of us. It is an attractive house, screened from neighbors, and we loved the setting--the sand garden out front, the way the villa is set back from the road, the large screened porch in back, the palapa, and the small but big-enough-for-us pool. We arrived to find the villa clean, tidy, and well-equipped. We like the North side for its relative quiet and the fact that there are restaurants and small markets not too far away. Without a/c in the living/kitchen area, it got pretty warm, though fans helped and we got used to it. Opening the front and back doors to the porches made it even warmer and more humid. We were grateful for bedroom a/c. The only significant issue we had is that we lost the internet (phone and tv, too) mid-week and never got it back for more than an hour or two at a time. Thelda was going to send someone but it came back on and we let her know. We left for a few hours. When we returned, it was out and only came back for an hour that night and that was it for the rest of our stay. When service was on for that hour, I let Thelda know that we had been losing service a lot, as I knew more guests were arriving the next day. We had problems getting on cellular, too. We gave up and for three nights we sat around and read. Minor issues were a couple of kitchen drawers that need repair--one near the fridge doesn\'t stay closed and one near the sink has a loose handle; one end of it is detached. The listing includes a Keurig coffee maker but there isn\'t one and I had brought pods. I went out and bought ground coffee for the drip coffee maker. Maybe the Keurig should be removed from the listing? Heavier bases for the pool umbrellas would be helpful, too, as they often blew over. We really enjoyed our week at Conch\'ed Out and would definitely come again.
Exactly what we had wished for
The wait we endured for this vacation was truly worth it! We all were pleasantly surprised at the size of our rental home and we fully enjoyed the screened in porch on both sides of the house. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids as well as the adults. We enjoyed snorkeling right out front and found some wonderful underwater sculptures just east of the property. We traveled the island every day to check out new locations, beaches and adventures. There was so much to see and do! We absolutely loved it here!!!

Booking Rules
- 4 nights minimum stay required.
- 5 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
