Welcome to Casa Luna, a luxurious residential resort nestled along the coastline just south of Seven Mile Beach.
Inspired by Tuscan architecture, Casa Luna blends modern luxury living with award-winning landscape design to create a secluded Caribbean oasis to call your very own.
Casa Luna appeals to two sets of travelers. Those who are considering a stand-alone villa but want more resort amenities, and those who are weighing a Seven Mile Beach stay but want more privacy, more livable space, and less guest density.
Casa Luna #15 is a wonderful option to experience the best of both worlds: a private and spacious villa with the resort amenities of a larger resort, minus the crowds. Exclusive to owners and guests, the resort's pool, fitness center, and beach cove are never overcrowded.
The three suites are a great fit for both families and multiple couples. 3,721 square feet of living space offers great value as well as room to spread out.
Casa Luna #15 is a multi-level private residence with an open-concept design, vaulted ceilings, and luxe interiors. The home's three-bedroom suites are located on the upper and lower levels.
Sleeping Arrangements

- Primary Suite — upper-level, ocean view, king bed, furnished private balcony, television, ensuite bath with double vanity, soaking tub, plus a separate shower with water wand, dual body jets, and rainfall showerhead.
- Guest Suite #1 — lower level, king bed, television, ensuite with shower.
- Guest Suite #2 — lower level, two twin beds, television, ensuite with shower. Twin beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request.
The living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the middle level and open out onto a private veranda and backyard.

Casa Luna 15 is amazing!
This is one of the best places we have ever stayed!! Huge, modern house with everything you could ever need, and a private beach and pool. And in a perfect location that is very quiet but close to all the restaurants. Casa Luna 15 is awesome!!!
Relaxing Stay
Started the year off right with a relaxing stay at Casa Luna! Our villa had plenty of space and was a comfortable retreat after long days at the beach and pool.
Wonderful Time
Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Luna 15! The booking process was a breeze and the manager Louise was super friendly and knowledgeable. We got to enjoy the pool and beach every day- some days we had the space to ourselves! We drove to Governers Beach one afternoon and walked to Smith Cove another day and enjoyed snorkeling there. We tried several great restaurants- our favorite was Abacus. We sure do hope we can plan a return trip in the coming years! Highly recommend!

Really Nice Gym!
We chose Casa Luna because it was near 7 Mile Beach and Georgetown, but away from the crowds. Aside from the beautiful views, one of our favorite parts was the fitness center- it is huge and has plenty of equipment. We went to eat at the Grand Ole House, which is close by, and enjoyed our meal there. Hope to return!

Summer Vacation
My husband and I, along with our 4 best friends, really enjoyed our stay at Casa Luna! We enjoyed relaxing days at the pool and beach and ventured out to nearby resturants each evening. A few of us even made time to enjoy the fitness center. We would recommend!
Family Trip
Brought my family to Casa Luna 15. I liked the fact that this was a gated community. Nice pool and beach. Kids want to come back next year.

Booking Rules
- 6 nights minimum stay required.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire to book.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
