Perched on a wide bluff above the deep blue Caribbean Sea, this exquisite 5-bedroom and 5.5 bath architectural masterpiece offers the ultimate in luxury island living. Bella Vista has no neighbors on either side and boasts 5,000 square feet of ocean-focused views from all five king bedrooms, as well as all five en-suite bathrooms.
This stunning vacation villa is a true masterpiece of design, decor, and craftsmanship. A huge oceanfront pool deck, heated spa, and multiple covered verandahs offer our guests plenty of room to spread out and enjoy panoramic vistas, especially during the sunset hours.
The entry foyer leads to a jaw-dropping greatroom layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, utilizing almost 40 feet of sliding glass doors to the pool deck.
The gourmet kitchen, with a large island and dining table, seats up to 14. While the thoughtful decor offers plantation shutters and shades, most of our guests don't feel the need to use them for privacy from the ocean!
Bella Vista is equipped with luxury linens and toiletries, a wet bar, air conditioning in all rooms, luxury appliances, and modern fixtures. You are also just a 15-minute drive from our Welcome and Fitness Center, located on Frank Sound Road. Bella Vista checks many boxes, especially for those needing large bed suites.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, Bella Vista is located on the ironshore bluff, so for beach swimming, our guests will usually drive to the famous Rum Point Club, where our guests are welcomed to use the sun loungers, swim in the water, dine and drink, or hire watersports...all with a 10% discount earned by renting with our company.
All guests will receive a guest benefit card, accepted at select restaurants and vendors throughout Grand Cayman.

Dream House!
We had an excellent time in this dream house. It is very well appointed. Every room was spacious with King Size beds in each and with their own private bathroom, shower, and tub. We arrived just a couple days after a hurricane passed the Caymans and there were a few minor issues, but the property managers were quick to make any fixes. We made amazing memories and Bella Vista and we will definitely be returning!!!
Easily Recommend!
This was our second stay and are already looking forward to our next. Home is beautiful, well beyond photos can show. Very neat, organized, pool area is beyond belief. Infinity wall has you on the water. Blowholes to gaze at all day. Easily recommend to all. Great for a larger group or family.

Absolutely Perfect
Our stay at this house in the Cayman Islands was absolutely perfect. The inside was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. But honestly, the outside area stole the show — it was beyond anything we expected! The pool and hot tub were fantastic, with a great sound system to set the mood, tons of comfy seating, and stunning views that made every moment feel like paradise. W spent most of our time outdoors just soaking it all in. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat! The house manager responded quickly to our minor issue, getting the sound system going. Out of 5 rentals we've had in the Caymans, this one is the by far the best. Quit looking and book this one.

We enjoyed our week at the home. There were 5 couples and the house was spacious enough to accommodate. The kitchen was well stocked.

The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Bella Vista for my husband’s 60th birthday. 4 couples, 2 couples stayed for an extended weekend, and the other 2 couples stayed for a week. Water pressure is low in the kitchen and we did advise property management of the low pressure. Hot tub was a bit tricky to heat up but after a few attempts it did heat up. Very lovely view, simply amazing.
Beautiful House
This house was beautiful and thoughtfully designed for family/multi-family vacations. The only negatives were a few minor maintenance items and damage to the backyard done a few weeks prior by a hurricane. We had plenty of room and an amazing view. Local food shacks and restaurants were surprisingly the highlight. We were close enough to drive into town for a few activities but equally as close to the North end for other popular activities.
Grand Cayman Gem
Minor mechanical issues that were quickly resolved. Water supply/water tank issue. A/C unit issue. Property manager Kent responded immediately, problems solved. Could not expect more. Awesome response time. House was immaculate, pictures are 100% accurate. Great location away from crowds, but easily accessible. Could use more food storage containers, but not a deal breaker.. rent this home, do not think twice. If you’re into laid back atmosphere and food, quirky joint, Czech Inn 10 minutes away.. Go there, great food, George the owner is AWESOME.. 100% Energy and awesome Chef.
Stunning!
The home was everything as seen on the site...and more.Stunning views. Beautiful pool. Perfect location--far away from congestion but close enough to drive everywhere. A hidden gem.Our house Manager, Kent, was a wealth of knowledge, very responsive to our needs and made excellent recommendations.
Sad It's Over!
We had a great trip and the house had everything we needed. So sad the week is over. We had a party of 10 with ages ranging from 16-53. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Perfect House for our Group
We had a group of 8, ranging ages. The house was perfect with plenty of rooms, restrooms, spacious kitchen, and sitting areas. The outside property is just gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are amazing and we enjoyed it every day. The view was beyond compare as we relaxed in the water or on the patio.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The location was just what we needed - somewhat remote, very quiet, with some places to eat nearby. The house was well-appointed, and the view was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Trip of a Lifetime
My wife, 2 sons, daughter in law and her sister (6 total) stayed at the Bella Vista for a week. The property looks as nice as what is published on the site. The villa is beautiful and clean. The living space is open, beds were wonderful and everything was just exactly what was expected and more. The views off of the deck and pool are amazing and we spent most of our time outside (there was zero rain). Kent was a huge help including giving me a hand when a couple of bags were forgotten on the flight home (not sure how I did that). The family raved about the villa, pool, hot tub and everything. I would recommend it to anyone and can't say enough about Kent's help. Driving on the left side of the road was not that bad. I would recommend hiring Cayman Transport for the ride from the airport to the villa just to give you someone to follow if you rent a car and are not used to the left side. It gives you some time to adjust. Went fishing and private charter with Captain Marvin. BOth trips the charter teams were great, patient and willing to do what we wanted to do. Overall the trip of a lifetime.
Loved the East End
I was a little hesitant about staying this far from Seven Mile. Turns out our group loved hanging mostly on East End and Rum Point. The house is really nice. Great floorplan for groups.
Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay
This property was amazing. The views were incredible and the house was beautiful. Host Kent was very responsive and very accommodating with all of our requests and provided the service call needed for the whirlpool quickly. The house was very clean and comfortable and all 9 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Huge, Beautiful, Immaculate House
We stayed with my parents and our two teen daughters. We all agreed that the pictures online didn’t do this house justice. The house was huge, beautiful, and immaculate. The views were just breathtaking and and pool was amazing. Highly recommend. Blue Rock restaurant was just a couple of minutes away by the health center if anyone needs a close, really good restaurant. It only took us 30 to and from the airport too, which was a pleasant surprise. Rum Point was only 10-15 min drive to Rum Point Club restaurant was our favorite. Thanks for the great house! We loved it all!
Fabulous Vacation Rental
Bella Vista is a fabulous vacation rental with breathtaking views of the Caribbean! The home itself was clean and spacious and allowed our extended group of 11 plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were large and perfect for the kids and adults. Lots of outdoor seating and a fire pit for relaxing at night. It is located on the East End so be prepared to drive, but there are several great restaurants nearby and we didn’t find the drive to be an issue. If you have a large group, this is a perfect home for your vacation!

The property was well maintained and decorated beautiful and tasteful. My wife literally did not want to leave, and would love to live at this location. The views were tranquil and picturesque! We had 8 in our group, we never felt cramped and everybody had their space.Well equipped kitchen, towels and furniture. We give this place 10 stars.
Book It!
We vacationed here with two other couples. This house is EVERYTHING you see in the listing and so much more. Each couple had their own king suite with a bathroom. We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very private. There are no other properties close by. We stayed on the East End for our entire stay. We ate at neighborhood spots and were never disappointed. We did drive to Georgetown one day and didn’t even stop the car. It is very crowded, very touristy. The East End is perfection. We hope to return to this property with our children and grand children in the future. Our last night on the island we had the chefs from Chellamella come to cook for us. They presented an INCREDIBLE 6 course meal highlighting the bounty the island provides. I highly recommend having them come in to prepare a meal. I could rave on and on about this property. If you’ve stopped to take a look at it here, just go ahead and book it. You won’t find a better home on the island.
Lots of Space
Very clean and plenty of amenities, lots of space and this was the highlight of the trip!
This was our home for 8 days. Me and my wife loved it for the space and views. The kids all enjoyed their own rooms and privacy. Grandparents we able to keep is simple and easy with us not needing to leave the property to have fun. It was a little vacation all by itself!
Fabulous Week
Our family had a fabulous week at Bella Vista. The pictures don't do it justice. The home is stunning and beautifully appointed - and yet homey, comfortable. The amazing amenities, outstanding views from every room and private location will exceed your expectations . One of our favorite features is the perfect southern exposure with amazing views of both the sunrise and sunsets! We were up every morning with coffee to watch the sun come up. We really loved the relaxed atmosphere of the East End. We spent a day in Rum Point and another on Seven Mile beach, but looked forward to returning to our beautiful retreat. The property management team were very responsive, kind and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful environment to enjoy memories with our family.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
