FIFTH FLOOR CORNER UNIT

All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, and all the comforts of home.

Each unit comes furnished with either a spacious oceanfront patio or balcony. Ground floor units enjoy walk-out access from the patio to the pool deck and beach--very convenient! The upper floors, however, enjoy elevated balcony views of beautiful Seven Mile Beach.

This fifth-floor unit features expansive living areas, 3 bedroom suites, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are all provided.

Central air conditioning and complimentary high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay. Flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedrooms are equipped with cable programming.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
(Sleeps up to 8 guests max)

  • Master Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, television, ensuite bath with double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower.
  • Guest Suite #1 - queen bed, television, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
  • Guest Suite #2 - 2 queen beds, television, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
  • Additional Guests - a surcharge of $100/night per person applies for the 7th & 8th guests.

Daily housekeeping is provided during your stay except on Sundays and holidays. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers all come provided.

Every condo also includes a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry sink, plus iron and board.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.

The Beachcomber is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, wellness spas, and shops. For nights-in, you will find many takeout or delivery options to choose from.

A rental car is not a necessity as you can get around easily via taxis. You might want to consider one since there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.

Proximity to water sports, nightlife, and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean make The Beachcomber the perfect destination for island travelers.

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. With its barefoot soft sand and aqua blue waters gently rolling along the shore, it's easy to understand why. 

You'll find plenty of opportunities to snorkel and paddleboard, as well as build sandcastles and take long walks along the shore. Situated on the island's western peninsula, sunsets along Seven Mile Beach are phenomenal.  

Plus, The Beachcomber's central location puts you in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. Easily walk to nearby restaurants, beach bars, wellness spas, shops, and other attractions.

The Beachcomber exceeded our expectations! We loved our condo #24! It was absolutely beautiful, the view was spectacular and the entire experience was outstanding!! The condo itself was immaculate as well as the grounds! It never felt busy, we didn’t have to reserve chairs or go down early to put towels on them. The other guests were all pleasant & respectful. If we needed anything they responded instantly, they take such good care of their guests!! The beach is what drew us back to Grand Cayman! Seven Mile Beach rivals Turks & Caicos Grace Bay, which is our favorite spot, but I’d make an offer on this condo we stayed in for the week as it checked every single box of ours! Having a kitchen was wonderful as we got groceries from Fosters (within walking distance or take a public bus which is more like a mini van for $2 each way) and we made breakfast and lunch each day and then enjoyed dinner out or delivery. There were a few restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed - Mex 43 and next door to that was The Hive (order the nachos) and conveniently there is a liquor store across the street from the condo. My favorite restaurant was Peppers which is a local bar & grill with live music and incredibly good food- order the conch fritters and any of the jerk meat. (I do not like anything spicy or hot but this was not spicy or hot but great flavor!! ) and our favorite family restaurant was Casanova by the Sea which is an authentic Italian restaurant with incredible views and truly some of the best Italian food we’ve had!! It’s about a $30 can ride each way. Dinner was roughly $200.

Ran out of space before- Do not miss a bioluminescence tour- it’s an incredible and rare experience. I think what made this such a great stay at The Beachcomber is the location and just how classy and well maintained the property was. I’d give this a 10 out of 10! We brought our own games so we played those at night and sat on the balcony- it was so beautiful and peaceful! We had everything we needed in our condo for a wonderful time with our family! We loved our time at The Beachcomber and look forward to another family vacation there!!

This by far was the classiest rental we have ever stayed in. The view was ridiculously beautiful!! The unit was clean, well stocked and updated completely. The owners thought of everything. They even had top notch Miele appliances. The housekeeping crew was very meticulous and thorough. Front office was super helpful with groceries and shopping suggestions. This place is a must stay. We will be back for sure. Don\'t miss out on this gem!

We have stayed in Grand Cayman several times for our company award trip. This unit was at the very top of our list. Easy to find, great location. The check in process was seamless and they made it so easy for us. We arrived a little before Check-in and they were able to get us in a little earlier which was so great for our team that had been traveling all morning. The interior design was so fresh The grounds were extremely well taken care of and the views are amazing from the balcony! Being a large group we appreciated daily house keeping and fresh beach towels delivered every morning. Walking distance to great restaurants like one of our favorites Tillies and also the Ritz if your looking to book spa experiences to relax and unwind. My group and I could not recommend The Beachcomber more! We’re already planning out next years trip!

My husband, two children 12 and 10 and my sister in law and brother in law stayed at the Beachcomber # 24 for 7 days in February. It is arguably the easier loveliest vacation we have taken. The property is beautiful and close to many restaurants within 1-2 min walking distance. The property was pristinely clean and the pool was beautiful. The beach the property sits on seems to be the best spot on Seven Mile. The balcony view and size was amazing. We loved our stay!

Booking Rules

  • Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates BEFORE booking.
  • 3-night minimum: Mid-April to Late May, Late August to Thanksgiving.
  • 5-night minimum: Late May to Mid-August, Early January to Early March.
  • 6-night minimum: Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum: Festive Holiday Season & Spring Break (Early March to Mid-April).
  • Inquire about last-minute stays.

Resort Policies

  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
  • No arrivals on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. 
  • All units are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside and on the patios or balconies. 
  • Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 
  • No pets are permitted on the property. 
  • No parties, weddings, or events are allowed without prior written consent from the front office. 
  • We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool, or on their patios or balconies, by keeping the noise to a minimum. 

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • Summer Stays (Apr. 16 - Dec. 16): 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Thanksgiving & Winter Stays (Jan. - Apr. 15): 90 days prior to arrival. 
    • Winter Holiday Stays (Dec. 17 - Jan. 2): 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
  • Free cancellation with no fees if done within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations outside of 48 hours but within the timeframe below are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee:
    • Summer Stays: Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival.
    • Thanksgiving & Winter Stays: Cancel 90 days or more prior to arrival. 
    • Winter Holiday Stays: Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
  • No refunds for shortened stays within the cancelation period.

Getting Around

A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
