Three king bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, oceanfront, fully equipped villa. Enjoy white powder sand beach located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. Flat screen televisions in all bedrooms. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom on ocean side of villa. Kitchen fully equipped. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), housekeeping supply dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels. Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Fully equipped workout facility. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Many restaurants deliver, just add BENTO app to your cell phone.

Our stay at The Meridian was nothing short of exceptional! It was the perfect vacation rental for our family of four. Pat and Leigh went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; their kindness and helpfulness added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Both units were well appointed, fully stocked with everything we needed for a week long family gathering. Plenty, plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas and “to borrow” kids pool toys. Staff was always available to answer questions. Will return to Cayman and the Meridian!

Everyone enjoyed our stay at the Meridian. Even better than the pictures on the website..Spacious rooms. More than enough room for the 7 of us. So quiet and peaceful, pretty much had the beach and pool all to ourselves, and what a beach!! Prime location. Close to restaurants and shopping. All of the questions I had prior to our stay were answered right away. We would all recommend this property 100%. While we were in Cayman, we ate at LLoyds, Regazzi, Taco Cantina and 7 Mile burger. We shopped downtown and took a private stingray, snorkel, starfish excursion. Everything was fantastic. You need to stay at the Meridian!!

Unit #11 needed blinds that covered the arched portion of bedroom 2/3Master bedroom fan wobbled badly on higher speed. #14 was great.

Absolutely will be returning.We walked south down the beach, this location has a better beach than anything to the south.Checkin and out was easy.Perfect distance from store, shops, restaurants, etc.Literally only thing not perfect was temperature of the pool. It’s really hot, but it sits out in the sun all day with no shade. Not a problem because the Beach is almost perfect. Hopped in a couple of times to rinse/cool off at the end of the day and it’s very very warm. If you’re going to cayman to spend time in the pool, you’re missing the point. 100% will be returning

This place was gorgeous. Beach access 1 min walk out of the building. Amazing sand/water quality... very quiet/relaxed (not busy like the big hotels nearby). Just bring your own drinks as there won't be hotel like amentities. Very well kept grounds. Safe. Walking distance to a number of excellent restaurants!

The Meridian is my favorite place on earth to stay. A wonderful experience EVERY time. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy it. This was my first stay in villa 11 and it was as beautiful as all of the others.

Total paradise - there are not enough words to describe The Meridian, it has everything you could want and more.
2020 Cayman Holiday
We have stayed at The Meridian for a number of year. Unit 11 was furnished much nicer compared to Unit 32 which my patient are staying. However I felt the maid service was not up to par.

I walked him thru many villas and he liked that the best- since then it has had some new furniture put in, so I am not sure why he didn't like the one he picked... You can always send me an email regarding housekeeping, as I am unsure in what way was not up to par- I would like to know as this is a we can improve on it. .Perfect

Love this location. Smack dab in the middle of Seven Mile beach. Close enough to walk to restaurants, other resorts, water sports. The views are spectacular, gorgeous sunsets, turquoise water, white sand beach with chairs, umbrellas, as well as a swimming pool. Just bring a swim suit!

We stay at the Meridian a couple times a year. It's fantastic, much more quiet than other areas of 7-mile beach. Staff is great. Proximity to great restaurants and grocery is right across the street. Unit 11 is beautiful. We will definitely try to get it again.

Clean, new, beach is best (plenty of chairs but not covered in chairs like the Ritz and other places), pool is great, cleaning is easy and flexible, unit is stocked and awesome. Can’t beat it. FYI — best dive shop is Living the Dream (by far largest boats and crew is great).

Great experience, apartment was exactly as photographed, spotless and well equipped modern interior, fabulous spacious balcony. Beach amazing, pool could be heated more for my taste but still lovely. Would be back in a heartbeat! Loved its location too, very central to everything you need. We were all sad to leave.

Just fabulous! Great location. Awesome beach! All staff were professional but warm and accommodating! We also had Villa 7 on this trip. Beautiful! We love Grand Cayman. Our twelfth trip to the island and only stay at the Meridian.
