Set within a gated enclave of nine brand-new villas on West Bay's ironshore coastline, Oceans 9 is an expansive 8-bedroom retreat spanning two matching villas—Villa 8 & Villa 9 side by side—for multi-generational families and two households traveling together who want their own space without giving up shared time.
Each villa opens into a sleek, open-concept living area with massive sliding glass walls that dissolve completely, letting salty cross-breezes sweep through. A chef's kitchen with top-tier appliances and island seating flows into the dining and lounge areas.
The 8 bedrooms are split evenly between the two villas, four to a side, each following the same layout: three bedrooms upstairs and one down, anchored by a primary suite with a private balcony and a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower.

Just a short drive from the property, Seven Mile Beach's restaurant scene is easy to reach—from casual beachfront grills to elevated dining with sunset views, there's a table for every mood. West Bay itself is home to several of the island's dive operators, putting Grand Cayman's celebrated reefs and wrecks within easy reach for anyone looking to fit in a dive between pool days.

Oceans 9 sits on an expansive stretch of sugar-white sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing, beach games, or simply relaxing to the sound of the waves.
While the shoreline meets natural iron shore rock, there is an access point where guests can enter the water. However, pool shoes and fins are recommended when entering the water.
Snorkelers and swimmers will find calm, reef-protected waters just offshore. Those seeking barefoot water entry can reach West Bay Beach in 5 minutes by car, or Cemetery Beach at the north end of Seven Mile Beach, in 10 minutes.

Booking Rules
- 5 night minimum stay required year round.
- 6 night minimum stay required over Thanksgiving week.

- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire to book.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around
Taxi service is reliable along Seven Mile Beach, but can run expensive if you are the exploring type. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
