Welcome to Maravilla, a bright and inviting 4-bedroom, two-story oceanfront villa located on the tranquil North Side. With direct beach access and spacious interiors, Maravilla is designed for family fun and groups seeking a peaceful seaside getaway.
Outside, the villa's oceanfront setting delivers stunning ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Step down to the beach for sunbathing, reef-protected snorkeling, or kayaking. Complimentary aqua shoes are provided for foot protection when entering the water.
On the land, mature trees provide pockets of shade along the beach. Guests can also take refuge from the island sun under the elevated pergola, which features sun loungers overlooking the ocean.
Inside, an airy, open-concept great room is filled with natural light, modern fixtures, and tasteful décor, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the home.
The main living area features an oversized sectional sofa and a large cable SmartTV. For added entertainment, there's a convertible pool & ping-pong table, plus a PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers and a small assortment of games.
A sleek staircase leads to the upper level, where you'll find the home's four bedrooms and leisure areas. There's an oceanside poker room with a minifridge, card table, and poker set, plus a small puzzle and board game area on the upper landing.

Maravilla's fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample workspace—ideal for preparing quick breakfasts to family-style dinners. There's also a propane grill for island cookouts.
For nights out on the town, you're a short drive away from food + drinks at Over the Edge Cafe, Rum Point Club, and Kaibo. A small grocery store, Chisholm's, is also just a short walk away.

Amenities
Beach Notes
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The beach at Maravilla offers great reef-protected snorkeling.
The beaches on the North Side usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have some spots of rocky ironshore. With the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.
The big draw to this area is its proximity to the Rum Point Club, a popular beach club open to the public with a barefoot beach, watersport rentals, food + drinks, plus pick-up beach volleyball games. Also nearby is the Kaibo, a beachfront dining destination with a casual bar and grill, a fine dining restaurant, and a breakfast cafe.
Lastly, we have two large resorts in the east end, Morritt's and The Reef. Both offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, beach bars, a modern grocery store, a liquor store, and souvenir shops.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a harmless seaweed that has increased in frequency during the summer. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
