#3 – Capped Service Fee at 10-Days
Booking an extended stay with us doesn’t only give you access to exclusive, reduced rates. In addition, we also cap our 10% service fee at 10 days of rent! That means you get to save even more money and use it for more fun activities!
Our service fee is calculated at 10% of the rent on your villa. If you were to book a 14-night stay, our service fee would only calculate at 10-days of rent instead of the full 14 days. It’s just another way we passing along some savings to you for booking a longer stay!
