Second Floor | Oceanfront
Situated on the second floor and near to the beach, this spacious condo directly overlooks the pool and beach. It offers sweeping views of beautiful tropical landscaping and Seven Mile Beach. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the small den has a double sleeper sofa. Due to the addition of the den, the living area is smaller than our other oceanfront units. A high chair or crib can be accommodated.
In all of our oceanfront units, you can choose to stay put to enjoy the magnificent ocean vistas and the full glory of our famous sunsets. Our one and two-bedroom oceanfront condos provide direct views of the white sand of Seven Mile Beach and the sparkling blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. These beachfront condos are at the heart of all activity on the property. The ground floor units offer easy access to the beach and pool areas through their screened lanais. The upper floor condos offer sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, as well as the far reaches of Seven Mile beach - in fact, the higher you go in the building, the better the view.
Our oceanfront condos have modern furnishings, as well as, updated kitchens and bathrooms. All units have fully equipped kitchens and a washer and dryer so you can pack light. Condos offer comfortable bed linens, bathroom toiletries, and quality paper consumables. Bath and beach towels are replenished daily.
Flat-screen TVs are located in both the living area and in each bedroom. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans are standard in each unit. Inclusive in our rental rates is daily housekeeping service provided Monday through Saturday. A variety of pool and beach toys are freely available for use at the pool/beach area, making it easy for families to enjoy the beach and water.
Our units also offer free local calls to schedule island tours, order pizza, or simply make a dinner reservation. Plantana Condos on Seven Mile Beach also offer free high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and DVD player all to allow you to relax indoors after a long day in the sun and sand.
Published rates for 2-bedroom units are priced for up to 4 guests. An additional daily surcharge of $50 per person will be charged for the 5th and 6th guests after booking.

Great place to relax!
Our unit was very clean, pretty decor, and up to date amenities. It would be nice to have a small gym with some weights and cardio machines. But the beach is beautiful plenty of chairs and umbrellas and shade. Great place for families to come together like we did!
Paradise!
My family have been coming to Plantana for over 20 years. Some of my fondest memories of growing up happened on Plantana grounds. The staff and owners do an amazing job maintaining the same pristine look year in and year out. Our stay this August maintained the status quo of perfection and we got to discover a new unit that has recently been renovated. We can’t wait to come back again next year
Great stay!
Reserving and stay were easy and excellent. The view was just as pictured and staff super friendly. For the space, location, and price this is truly an exceptional experience. Would be off the charts if there were a bartender serving cold fruity beverages during the day,but we made/Broughton own. Plan on coming back for sure.

The staff was amazing. The facility was great very clean. We love every moment there highly recommend staying here! We have now stayed at the Westin and the Plantana and we much rather prefer the calmness and the beautiful beaches of the Plantana! Thank you for sure an amazing week!

I knew I wanted to stay on 7 mile beach. I knew there were condos near the prime hotels. I knew I struck gold when I found Plantana #32. The staff was friendly and the property was meticulous. The unit was perfect for us! It was upgraded with nice finishes, felt like home and vacation combined!
Plantana Review
Beautiful location , I would stay on 1st or 2nd floor . No elevator and getting luggage up stairs is not easy . I went for the highly floor beach front because of view . Just something to think about .

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in #32 at Plantana. The condo was beautifully appointed, clean, quiet, and had an amazing view of Seven Mile Beach. We stayed during the off season, so no rushing down at 6 am to secure a chair. I doubt if you would ever need to do that at Plantana. Plenty of seats, umbrellas, floaties at your disposal. Plantana also cleaned our condo every day except for Sunday, which you don't find in many places anymore. Plantana is located near some great restaurants, a liquor and grocery store. Also nearby you will find Captain Marvin's charters for snorkeling and Paddle Wheel Adventures for bike tours. Finally, the resident cat Coconut, was a ray of sunshine, not that we needed anymore. We will be back!
Relaxing and enchanting vacation!
My wife and I have always enjoyed Plantana. This is by far the best beach location on the island, immaculately kept by kind professionals. On this trip we were able to share our time with another couple who were first-timers to Grand Cayman. They are well-traveled individuals, but were very impressed! Needless to say their appreciation was confirmation of what we’ve known for some time. We (and our friends) will certainly be back!
Great condo at the heart of 7 mile beach
We have stayed at Plantana several times and have enjoyed every visit. Most units have a great view of the beach from the large veranda. The unit was recently renovated with new appliances and multiple tv’s. What we liked most about it is the location. It is one of the most beautiful stretches of 7 mile beach and a shot walk to the Westin where we enjoyed happy hour at sunset. The management staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We will be returning again.

A Perfect Week in Cayman
Plantana never disappoints - the grounds are always beautiful and well maintained. the Plantana staff is welcoming and very helpful if anything is needed. Planatana's location on Seven Mile Beach is perfect. Condo #32 was lovely and well appointed. We will request the condo again!
We love it!
Overall excellent especially the staff! We have stayed in this condo many times and the only thing we would change is the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. It is at its end of life and uncomfortable.
The perfect family vacation spot
Went with my family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 5, 3 & 1). Condo was perfect size. Very clean. Great view of pool and ocean. Quiet and very private. Only negative is lack of food options in the area.

Week Away at Plantana
We continue to come back and never disappointed. Location, ease, units, staff are fantastic and always an amazing visit.
Exceeded all expectations!!
This condo was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. With a king bed, two doubles in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in a den (with barn doors that closed for privacy) we each got our own bed! The unit itself had everything we needed and more! From dishes, to cutlery, glasses, plastic glasses for the beach, a cooler, pots and pans, a safe, shampoo etc, there was nothing omitted. The beds were comfy and the condo spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony, with a lovely patio set, had spectacular views of the sunset! I highly recommend Plantana to anyone looking for somewhere extra special to stay while on seven mile beach but specially unit 32. It was perfection!

We stayed at Plantana on my birthday weekend in June and absolutely loved the condo, the decoration, the cleanliness, the staff and everything else was just wonderful. Will stay there again.

A Weekend in Paradise
Excellent view, excellent vibes in the condo, nice balcony which is perfect for hanging out at night time. Beach is a 1 minute walk away. Amazing bedrooms/bathrooms. Celebrated my birthday here over the weekend and it couldn't have been anymore perfect.Great service at the front office, the Gentlemen was very friendly and helpful.

I asked for a unit with a beach view & Kristy who works in the office was extremely helpful. She hit the nail on the head with her recommendation. The unit was very comfortable & well equipped. The beach was very clean & the swimming fantastic.The view was fantastic & we enjoyed our time immensely. Would book this unit again in a heartbeat! I felt safe and completely relaxed. Best staycation spot!!
I booked a staycation for my girls’ birthdays on 28 and 29 January and took advantage of the special - pay for 4 nights and stay 7. This was our 4th staycation since last summer and by far the best. Hopefully we can make it back for Easter :)Unit 32 is the perfect size, beautifully decorated with all the amenities. The complex is quiet, the grounds are immaculate and we appreciated the security presence at night. The staff are helpful and welcoming from the ladies in the office to the maintenance crew and groundsmen. Plantana is our new go-to for staycation!

- $50 extra per person is charged per night for the 5th and 6th guests in 2-bedroom units only.

Booking Rules
- 3 night minimum stay during Spring, Summer & Fall seasons (Apr 15th – Dec 14th)
- 5-night minimum stay during Winter season (Dec 15th – Dec 19th & Jan 5th – Apr 14th) and for stays that include any night of Thanksgiving Week (Saturday before to Saturday after)
- 7-night minimum stay during the Holiday period of December 20th – January 4th
- Holiday Season Surcharge of US$150 per night December 20th through January 4th
- Thanksgiving Week Surcharge of US$100 per night from the Saturday before to the Saturday after Thanksgiving Day
- Absolutely no discounts are extended from December 20th through to January 4th
Deposit Policy
- 3 nights rental rate will be charged as a deposit for your reservation.
- Once the deposit is taken, cancellation or change to the dates of stay or length of stay is subject to a US$150 cancellation/change fee.
Final Payment Due Dates
The remaining balance will be charged in full:
- 30 days prior to arrival – for stays during Spring, Summer & Fall seasons (Apr 15th – Dec 14th)
- 60 days prior to arrival – for stays during Winter season (Dec 15th – Dec 19th and Jan 5th – Apr 14th) and for stays that include any night of Thanksgiving Week (Saturday before to Saturday after)
- 90 days prior to arrival – for stays during the Christmas/New Year Holiday period of Dec 20th – Jan 4th
- 90 days prior to arrival – for all group stays, including wedding parties
Cancellation Policy
The deposit less a $150 cancellation fee is refundable prior to the following penalty periods:
- 30 days prior to arrival – for stays during Spring, Summer & Fall seasons (Apr 15th – Dec 14th)
- 60 days prior to arrival – for stays during Winter season (Dec 15th – Dec 19th and Jan 5th – Apr 14th) and for stays that include any night of Thanksgiving Week (Saturday before to Saturday after)
- 90 days prior to arrival – for any group stays (including wedding parties) and/or stays during the Christmas/New Year Holiday period of Dec 20th – Jan 4th.
Late cancellation inside the 30, 60, or 90-day penalty period is subject to forfeiture of the initial deposit amount of 3 nights rental, plus the US$150 cancellation/change fee.
Any cancellations within the 90-day penalty period for Christmas/New Year Holiday bookings are fully non-refundable for the entire reservation total.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended as a safeguard against cancellation or no-show for any reason.
