All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #25 is a corner unit on the fourth floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across three bedrooms (king, queen, and queen beds) each with a private ensuite bath.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families.
The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

Wonderful week away!
We had a wonderful stay at the Meridian. The property was clean and well-maintained and the office managers were very helpful. Prior to the pandemic we owned a condo two properties north so we already knew the location was outstanding sitting in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. I would definitely recommend to family or friend. We did the typical attractions like Sting Ray City and Starfish Point and ocean, ocean, ocean! Grand Cayman has always had wonderful restaurants and our favorites were Abacus (with Gelato & Co. for dessert), Duke's, Luca, Blue Cilantro and Calypso.

The Meridian is our go to location every year.We have always enjoyed our stay and the management co. has always been great! First time in unit 25. Great unit - just needs some minor cosmetic update. Paint, trim, nothing major. Still a great corner unit.

Villa 25 was as advertised. Absolute perfect location on 7 mile beach. Many great restaurants, shops, liquor stores literally right across the street. My family and I had a great time and would definitely come back again. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the shower gets either very hot or cold, as soon as someone else showers, flushes toilet, etc. But a lot of places, including my old house had that problem. HaHa 🙂

We had a great time in Grand Cayman and at The Meridian. Our condo #25 was perfect - spotless and comfortable with a beautiful of the ocean. It looks just like the pictures you see online. The people were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Meridian.

My family frequents the caymans quite a bit and this was our 1st time staying at condos on the island. The Meridian did not disappoint. Great location on seven mile beach. Condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and perfect location on 7 mile beach. Villa 25 has everything you need. We had 2 teenagers-so they each had their own room and bath. The master was great too with double sinks and vanities. Kitchen has everything you need as well.

What's not to like? Right on a postcard-ready beach, surrounded by great restaurants, supermarket and doctor across the street, walking distance to snorkel equipment store, need I go on? Definitely the go-to vacation place for us. So close from Texas too. This was our second straight year

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Meridian with two of our children. Everything was great. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The grocery store is directly across the street so that made meals easy. Beach was perfect. Can't wait to return.

Booking Rules
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Getting Around
A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
